As far as I'm aware, it is crack pairing that was coining/made up by live journal user skoosiepants that was started as a joke from a convo with a friend/other lj user.

I think it's just one of those ships that started off as a little joke and then fans just started running with it to the point that it's bandom lore when it comes to tai
