Keyhole Top Surgery Procedure
- what can qualify/disqualify you from having it.
Tumblr media
Let's all be on the same page. In no way shape or form does safely binding affect your qualifications for keyhole surgery.
As said by many in the medical community, I will summarize the procedure and what can disqualify you from keyhole top surgery.
It is recommended to have a very small cup size/ be flat chested or extreme elasticity due to not removing any access skin.
They make an incision around the areola and take the tissue out through the small cut around your areola. They do not remove any access skin, so this procedure is recommended for a very small cup size or extreme elasticity skin.
This means if you are a bigger cup size than the clinic/ surgeon feels comfortable doing without leaving a lot of access skin hanging (to be removed in another, later procedure if possible), you may not qualify. This is why moisturizing your pecs, and exercise will help you, along with binding properly.
Source
Therefore, there is no reason not to bind (unless medically instructed not to). Most of the time, the factors mentioned above can be genetic, and you may never qualify for the keyhole procedure.
I did not get keyhole, I was given the option if I came back later (6months +) for a skin removal surgery, or the one step option ( and more affordable) was the flap procedure.
I was only a B cup, just as reference.
Surgerons want the best results, they have a reputation to uphold as a plastic surgeon. They can't have you walking around a mess or they look bad. Please understand people.

Okay here’s my first top surgery update! No photos yet since I’m still in a binder
I got keyhole surgery in Chicago, I can name the surgeon in DMs if anyone’s curious. The hospital staff was great and all called me the right name and mostly the right pronouns. They were helpful with questions and explaining things and making everything as easy and painless as possible.
I checked in at 2pm and went into surgery about 3:30. It took about 3 hours I think, at least that’s when my partner got the text that I was resting. I was out of recovery and into a post-op room by around 7pm and they checked a bunch of stuff and went over instructions for home while I had a snack. We finally left at about 9pm. Pain was about a 2/10 after surgery.
The car ride was not too bad but I slept because it was almost an hour drive. When I got home I ate some soup and emptied drains and went to bed. I had Tylenol at 7pm and tramadol at about 10. I slept through the entire night except to take more meds. Pain today (1 day post op about 11am now) is still 2/10 if I’m resting and 3/10 if I’m standing and moving.

Laparoscopy surgery: Everything you need to know
Laparoscopic Surgery in Hanamkonda is a minimally invasive surgical technique that is performed in the abdomen and pelvis. It employs a laparoscope — a thin, telescopic rod with a camera at the end — to look into your body without completely opening it up. A Laparoscopic Surgeon in Hanamkonda makes two to four small incisions of half an inch or less instead of the 6- to 12-inch cut required for open abdominal surgery. One holds the camera, while the others hold the surgical instruments. Because of the small incisions, minimally invasive surgery is sometimes known as "keyhole surgery."
Because the majority of laparoscopic procedures are performed under general anaesthesia, by Laparoscopic Surgeon in Hanamkonda you'll need to prepare in a few ways. You should not eat or drink anything for at least eight hours before the operation. This is done to avoid nausea from the anaesthetic. You should also make arrangements for someone to drive you home following the surgery. You should be able to go home the same day, but you may be disoriented as a result of the anaesthetic. Your doctor may provide you with more specific drug instructions.
It is as least as safe as open surgery, with some hazards minimized. Infection, blood loss, and postoperative problems such as wound separation and incisional hernia are reduced with smaller wounds. Laparoscopic surgery reduces direct contact between the Laparoscopic surgeon and the patient, lowering the danger of germ transfer between the two. It also lessens the hazards of prolonged bed rest, such as blood clots, by minimizing post-operative recovery time.
Laparoscopic surgery in Hanamkonda uses tools and techniques that are improving, allowing more difficult surgeries to be performed safely through keyhole incisions. Many operations that were previously thought to be too challenging for minimally invasive techniques can now be performed laparoscopically or with a combination of laparoscopic and manual or robotic assistance. These advancements can make surgery less intimidating, whether it is elective, preventative, or emergency surgery. Laparoscopic surgery significantly reduces the risk and recovery burdens.

Arthroscopy is a Keyhole surgery which is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that is used by surgeons to examine any form of joint in the body. Keyhole surgery is a safe and low risk procedure. The whole procedure is not much time taking and usually the surgeries are performed within a day. For the surgical procedure, two small incisions are made on either side of the affected area.
Through one of the punctured holes a surgical instrument is passed and through another hole an arthroscope is passed. (Arthroscope is a thin flexible tube with a light and a camera; an image is projected on the monitor so that the specialist doctor can see the clear image of the affected part).
