Bueno ahora sí les comparto oficialmente el nuevo proyecto, así es como inicia aunque al final será irreconocible. El objetivo es construir un Baja Bug, capaz de llegar y cruzar las Bajas Californias y regresar a Oaxaca, viaje en el cual pretendo documentar toda la aventura. Por lo pronto ya cuenta con el corazón, que es un motor 1.8 VW extraído de una Combi ya enfriado por agua con una potencia aproximada de 85 caballos. De ahí partimos pero todavía el camino es largo ya que modificaremos transmisión, suspensióón, frenos, carrocería, un interior en el cual pueda llegar a dormir en él, jaula refuerzo estructural para que pueda soportar el maltrato del off road, etc. Por ahora todavía falta bautizarlo per tiene que ser algo muy oaxaqueño ya que procurará ser un digno embajador de Oaxaca en las tierras del norte.
