My main doctor wants me to come in for my yearly check up before I can get any further anxiety pill refills beyond what I got today but that's fine because I needed to update them anyways.

I have Problems. Last year we addressed two issues: My leg joints always hurting and my stomach problems. For the legs, you guessed it, I was told simply that maybe exercise would help. And for the gut, I speculated it was probably anxiety and so I'd further explore that with a mental health person.

Now, I've been doing a lot better.

Truly the secret is trying to take a walk once a day to keep them working but not Too Hard. Also: Fucking Shoe Inserts. Like those cushions and gels and shit that you always gotta squeeze when you see the little try me window. Yeah. Holy fuck those make a world of a difference. I still have to take it easy and rest much more than most others I'm around but still, damn.

One time I made the mistake of wearing a pair of shoes without cushions in them and I instantly paid for it. Pain within like, 20 minutes of standing, ouch oof ow my bones, et cetera.

And the stomach problems were indeed 97% anxiety. I have significantly less stomach problems now that I'm on hydroxyzine. Though I'm definitely much more sensitive and when I do get honest to goodness illness, I'm usually hit the hardest out of everyone else who ate the same thing.

So. I suppose I'll say all that. I think I may also ask about getting an official tourettes diagnosis. Definitely avoiding an autism diagnosis like the plague, but Tourettes is on the list of disorders that can get you a "Can Smoke Weed Legally" card here so im shooting for the stars there
