Estate-To-Plate ‘Pensons’ is a Michelin starred restaurant located on the edge of the ‘Netherwood Estate’, halfway between Bromyard and Tenbury Wells. ‘Pensons’ aim is to showcase the very best food, drink and crafts from the local area. The kitchen garden and farm provides many of the ingredients used in creating ‘Pensons’ award winning dishes and foraging helps make up the shortfall. ‘Pensons’ make a point to highlight working closely with other local growers and producers. The Head Chef at ‘Pensons’ is Chris Simpson, who took over the helm from ‘Typing Rooms’’ Lee Wescott. Wescott showed his mettle by winning the venue a Michelin star. ‘Pensons’ is very much and ingredient-led restaurant. Great cooking starts with the quality produce, in season, freshly plucked from the ground. Meat is carefully selected local butchers and farmers ensuring the herds have been grass-fed and reared outside. Fish comes from boats in Cornwall using sustainable fishing methods - delivered overnight. ‘Pensons’ recently added two courtyard bedrooms. Finding the right environment and biodegradable household product choices is so important when making the switch over. . I have found these particular products to be wonderful additions to my household product use. 'peppermint toilet bowl cleaner and disinfectant' the peppermint gives a lovely fresh smell. The ' automatic dishwasher gel' is soft and easy to use especially on my glasses and at the same time washing the crockery and cutlery superbly. I love the fact that all earthsap products are locally made, environment and biodegradable friendly. .
