Menjadi dewasa, lekat dengan kesendirian, berteman dengan sepi. Sebuah episode kehidupan yang mau tidak mau harus dihadapi.
Tak jarang kita rindu pada masa-masa yang lalu. Saat waktu banyak dihabiskan dengan hal-hal menyenangkan, saat tak sulit bertemu dengan kawan-kawan untuk bercerita, bertukar tawa, atau sekadar menghabiskan waktu luang.
Sampai akhirnya, hal-hal yang dulu dimiliki perlahan-lahan beranjak. Masing-masing mulai sibuk dengan tanggung jawab barunya. Semakin jarang bertukar cerita apalagi tawa.
Sebagian sibuk meniti karir dan memperjuangkan finansial. Sebagian lain mulai disibukkan dengan keluarga barunya. Kita, yang dulu adalah teman dalam suka dan duka, bukan lagi menjadi prioritasnya.

Here are seven tips and tricks to hack Amazon’s self publishing platform and be a successful author.

Unless you’re an experienced graphic designer, avoid using tools offered by Amazon. Find an experienced designer who is familiar with your theme and check their portfolio.
Try to reach out to other authors for recommendations, or browse Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to find a freelance designer who works with other authors.
5. Emphasize covers and interior design.
The quickest way to a one-star review is an ugly book cover or interior. When your print book format is a mess, Amazon's visitors will move on to the next competitor.
Don’t gloss over this step. There is a lot of software, like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, that allows you to format your book and make it look professional. My experience:
I am not feeling well today. My head feels a bit light, my arm hurts a little, my body feels tired. I was correcting my sitting position. My thoughts were fine today. I was a little bit impatient by sitting still while my body feels tired.
After thoughts:
I immediately wanted to check my emails after the meditation. I did not had any desire to sit and relax afterwards. I don’t feel my body when I am busy.
Message:
Any moment is worth mentioning your physical and mental state.

My experience:
I meditated before sleep and my mind was making conclusions. I felt detached from the thoughts when I was focusing on my 5 senses and breathing. Time went fast but I felt it was the right about of time that I spend to hear my thoughts.
After thoughts:
It gave me peace to admit some of my shortcomings. It felt safe to admit and conclude that some things are not in our control.
Message:
Not everything is in our control.
They made me feel how they have been treaten. It was all put on me. It was not in my control to choose this amount of influence in my childhood years.
