Time Is Money 🤑 Acrylic Full Set How long does it take you to complete a full set of acrylic nails? I get this question all the time. My former students would ask me this and I'd have to be honest. Everyone is different and starts where they start. Be honest with yourself and what level your work is on. Your time isn't the next nail techs time so be honest with your clients when they ask you how long do you take to accomplish a beautiful full set. She chose one of my favs... I love Turquoise in any shade. Acrylic Extensions w/Gel Polish Recollections Signature Glitter-Bling (from Michael's)❤🎨 Sometimes you have to go down all the aisles in Michael's to find hidden treasures like Recollections beautiful high priced glitter colors in the card making aisle 🤑. Pricey but very pigmented, fine granules & they pop on the nail. Clients don't ask for this particular design of mine often but this glitter I've had a long while now. I love to bring her out! You'll see why the glitters are pricey, they are soft not spikey and course to the touch. I just dry dust the glitter on the inhibition layer then apply a bit more glitter to pop out the bling factor lol! You already know striping tape either is or ain't behaving lol. Keep your fingers off the nail and the tape as much as possible. Wipe that nail clean after you top coat whatever is underneath or you'll be pissed! Then go for it with the tape...oh and balance the finger on a bottle of polish or protein bond it's short enough for you to see the nail and the tape as you apply it. Use your best cutters or nippers to get close but not right up to the sidewall with the tape, then cut. I use a silicone pen to seal the tape down right before I top coat. The silicone pen takes the place of my finger on the nail. Just a tool that aids in moving the tedious striping tape madness along alot faster and the tape won't keep popping up at all.
