Dottore has a large collection of records. He has a record player in his lab and one in his office. He plays a lot of opera music, folk songs from Fontaine and Scheznayan orchestra pieces as well. He’s a performer, he does enjoy singing so you’ll often hear him singing from outside of his lab, his deranged laughter cutting into pieces as he works. If you’re interested in music, he’d be elated! You two could sing a duet together just for fun or for any balls at the Zapolyarny Palace! Though he is a bit judgmental at times, huffing and pointing out that you’re off key or not breathing at the right times

It can be kinda sweet, singing together, gazing into each other’s eyes as you harmonize. He’ll even hold your hand and kiss it when the song is over. It’s a short lived moment but Alain really does have a bit of warmth left in that cold heart of his. Or…he’s good at pretending he does

Since he works around a lot of fumes, loud sounds and annoying people, he occasionally gets absolutely skull splitting migraines. It’s rare because he does practice caution around fumes! But when he gets like this he can be…docile. He lays there in bed in the dark, groaning in pain and frustration. He’s nicer to you too “Ugh…this is just what I needed. Thank you, dearest. You could have been a bit faster though” he’s such an ass

Though if he can’t afford to spend the day in bed, wallowing in pain, he’ll be irate all day long which only worsens his headache. He snaps at the other harbingers (more than usual), he’ll lose his shit over little mistakes in the lab and if he sees you slacking around, he won’t hesitate to march over to you and slap your cup of tea or book right out of your hands “Get off your lazy ass this instant! Go make yourself useful and clean up around here, this place is disgusting. And pick this up!”

There have been plenty of times where he’s threatened to run experiments on you. He’ll shove you onto his table and threaten to inject you with something or strap you down, taunting you with medical equipment and vials of acids. He’ll put on a big show, convincing you that you’re in danger only to ‘mercifully’ let you go at the last second “Enough. Get out of my sight, you’re so utterly boring. I cant bear to look at you anymore” and with that, you’re promptly kicked out of his lab. Your heart is racing, your clothes are torn, you’re sweating and shaking. He’s unfazed, couldn’t care less. And he expects you to be all cleaned up by dinner time

He makes a lot of threats. His favorites are “I’ll cut off those pretty little fingers one by one!” “Do you want to end up like my last lab rat? No? Then behave, you wretch” and “One of these days…I’m going to just snap that neck of yours if you don’t SHUT UP” :/ Thats not very nice

^^Other harbingers will occasionally step in, Childe will more than others, when they hear him yelling at you. This will only make him angrier but at least now he’s directing his anger at his coworkers and not you

Dottore travels to his various labs often and he’ll bring you along just to have someone ‘likable’ to chat with. Since he’s made hundreds of ruin guards and ruin hunters, he isn’t afraid of them. In fact, if you two were to ever come across one in the wild, he’d roll his eyes and go deconstruct the thing with his bare hands. He’s built and deconstructed these guys so many times, he’s memorized every part of them. He climbs on top of them and rips open their top hatches, removing their cores and…done! He’ll hop off of the machine before it topples over, handing the chaos core to you as a little souvenir. As a fun treat, Alain may even re-wire it so it self destructs. He’s quick with it, hurrying to drag you away from it to watch the explosion from afar, grinning at the display of fire and the sound of screeching metal

Dottore does get jealous when you spend time with the other harbingers. He also finds it annoying that you like them in general! They treat him like an outcast, call him a maniac, bother him in his workspace and now they befriend you? They push him away but allow you to come play chess or take archery lessons with them? Childe cooks with you? Signora takes you for walks in the garden? It absolutely irks Dottore to no end! He’s always been treated this way anyways. He won’t sulk but he will ignore you when you get back from your ‘play dates’ as he calls them. Then he’ll make you sleep on the couch :/

When you’re feeling sick, he’ll actually be helpful. Alain is a doctor…a messed up one but a doctor nonetheless. He won’t be by your side all day, his bedside manner is awful, but he does come check on you periodically. He’ll even make you medicine from scratch, guaranteeing that you’ll feel better and…well, he isn’t lying. He may be crazy but you can’t deny that he knows what he’s doing! You’ll feel ten times better once that medicine kicks in :) maybe he isn’t so bad! Yes he is

He wants to hear about your family, your childhood, school, friends, all of it. He’ll listen while he works, occasionally making judgmental remarks or asking questions. However, he’ll never share anything in return. He’ll ever only talk about his time at the Sumeru Academy or his time here as a Harbinger. You don’t know anything about his family, home town, old friends, nothing. The only reason you know he’s from Fontaine is from when he offhandedly mentioned it once (and because he has a French accent too…not a prominent one but it’s there)

Ending on a nicer note, he will make dinner for the two of you for special occasions. He’s one hell of a baker, probably cause baking is a science in itself. You two can have a night where you don’t talk about lab reports or harbinger business and just be a normal couple…He’ll even clean up afterward. He won’t come to bed though, now he’s gonna pull an all nighter to catch up on the work he missed out on while cooking/baking for you

^^He realizes that he has to put effort into this relationship in order to keep you interested. Bits of praise and attention will only go so far. Grander gestures will keep you happy and waiting for your next outing or dinner together. Then he won’t have to look at you sulking around lmao. He’s heartless but he does get tired of seeing you moping about all the time….jeez

Trash to Treasure - Eisuke Ichinomiya x reader

Chapter 3

It felt like days since I had first arrived in the fancy room yet the ticking clock on the wall said otherwise. The bodyguard was busy typing away on a laptop with furrowed brows. He would spare a glance at me every now and again but otherwise his sight stayed glued to the screen.

In the few hours I had been here two other men had shown up. The tense atmosphere didnt hold up for long with them around as they greeted me in the least serious way possible and joked around with each other while introducing themselves.

"Sor, I didnt think I'd ever find you alone with a pretty lady like this," the one in a red jacket said while nudging him slightly before turning to me. "You can call me Baba, pretty lady," he beamed with a wink. He was definitely a strange man and I didnt hesitate to move away slightly as I eyed him suspiciously. The small gesture of discomfort caused the other man to laugh at Baba as he pouted in rejection. However, it didnt take him long to recover and move closer to me.

"So what do you see in Sor then?" he questioned me while wiggling my eyebrows. Thankfully, I didnt have to reply before Sor dragged him away from me and out of the room with the other man. I couldn't help but silently thank whatever god sent him my way to save me from the situation. Eventually the Sor guy returned alone thankfully and the silence from before the clowns came had returned as well.

More time ticked by yet before I knew it the familiar sound of the elevator opening filled the room and out sauntered a familiar face. My hopes were high as my heart began to pound before I remembered my random, crazy act before and realised this most likely wasn't going to go well. The good thing is that he didnt have a lawyer with him so maybe I wasnt going to end up in prison.

Sor finally looked up to Eisuke who pulled out his phone as he made his way to the sofa. "Come to the lounge and bring Mamoru," he ordered before ending the call without wasting a second of his precious time. He continued over to the raven haired male who showed him his laptop screen. Eisuke's eyes swiftly scanned whatever was on the screen before looking at me. Oh boy.

Just as I gulped and anxiety flooded me, the two clowns from before returned with a sleepy looking man who I'm assuming is the Mamoru that Eisuke ordered to come here. They all sat on the sofas as I felt the breath from my lungs leave. Why did Eisuke want so many people here? Maybe they were his legal team which would mean I was in deep trouble.

The thought made my hands clammy. All I wanted was to carry out my mothers will yet the day just couldn't go as planned and here I was surrounded by men who would most likely change my life. Its moments like this where i would go to my mother for support, comfort and advice but none of it was on the table anymore and I was alone in this world. Eisuke wasnt pleaded in the slightest at me just standing outside his hotel so imagining how he would respond to me acting like a wacko lady and causing a scene sent a shiver down my spine.

As I continued dreading the potential future that was going to be thrown my way they talked among themselves. Even if I was paying attention their voices were hushed enough that it would have been loud enough for me to hear; not that I wanted to hear it though.

"So you're mother is (mother name)?" Eisuke's voice pulls me from my dark thoughts. After processing his question I nodded hesitantly.

"You knew her?" I asked. It didnt click that Eisuke would have known my mother and I didnt really know anyone else who knew her so he would be the first person who I could talk to about her.

"Knew?" he questioned.

Before I could talk, I felt like a pile of bricks had been dropped on me. I hadn't said it out loud yet. I bit my lip as my eyes stung from the familiar heat of tears. I blinked them back as I questioned if I wanted to say it. It was real if I said it. I spent days feeling numb on my own before throwing myself into finding Eisuke so I never got to come to terms with the cold, hard truth.

"She... died," I mumbled back in response. Those two words not only confirmed that she was gone but also dragged a dull atmosphere into the room as a short silence followed suit. My heart ached and I could sense the look of pity on one or two of the mens faces and I hated it so for my sake I tried to move the conversation on.

I took a deep breath to soothe myself and forced the tears back before speaking. "That's why I wanted to talk to you, Mr Ichinomiya," I said as I turned toward him. His brows knitted together in thought as I awkwardly waited in response.

After what felt like the longest few seconds he finally turned towards the other men. "Her safety is to take top priority. Get ready for the meeting for when I'm back," he ordered as he got up and walked towards me. "You, with me," he barked and left before I could respond.

"Where are we going?" I asked but followed anyway despite knowing our destination like a loyal dog.

"Your room. My girlfriend should stay in my penthouse after all," he replied but the answer only fueled my confusion.

"I dont have a room here, I cant afford it. Plus what do I have to do with your girlfriend?" I quizzed yet was only greeted with silence. I turned to the others and noticed the clowns laughing at my confusion. Was it that obvious? I thought over the phrase before it clicked.

"Wait, you mean me?! I'm the girlfriend?" His only response was silence as I was practically running after him to catch up with his long, quick strides. Cold much. After chasing after him we finally arrived in a lounge that felt a little more homely yet still as sophisticated as the room I was in prior.

"Y-you didnt... answer... me back there," I huffed out of breath.

"I shouldn't ask questions you already know the answer to. You'll be staying in the guest room. Dont leave the penthouse without my permission. If you leave then I trust you know what trouble will be waiting for you and if I call you better answer immediately."

"You dont even have my number," I said confused, however, my phone buzzed with a message from an unknown number.

"The only replied I should get from you are yes and okay," he half scolded while putting his phone away and nodding his head in the direction of a door. "That's your room."

Without another word he turned on his heel and went back the way we came. That was short and quick. My brain was baffled by the past week's events. I felt foolish for expecting answers as I stood in the lounge all on my own.

Sighing I turned around and walked towards what would be my new room. None of this sat right with me but it was what my mother wanted so I had no choice but to go through with it and trust that she knew what she was doing when she sent me Eisuke's way even if Eisuke was a bit of a dick.

I closed the door to the room behind me as I scanned over the room. It was as elegant as every other room in the hotel but one thing stuck out to me; my things. Why were they here and how? I shuffled through everything to confirm it was mine and after doing so I stared in shock.

Did he do this in the time I was sat with that bodyguard? How would he have been able to find my address then transport it all here? The bad feeling in my gut only worsened as I felt things were going to go downhill with me knowing these people. Not to mention the fact that he's keeping me here and I didnt even have a say in it. The pile of bricks from before hit me ten times harder as I tried to hold onto faith that my mother would keep me from harm's way.

I sat on the bed as the darkness of the night consumed me just like my thoughts did. Surely I was safe, right? Mother would never put me on harm's way. I continued to try and justify what was happening and before I knew it my eyes were opening to the harsh rays of the sun. I guess I fell asleep at some point last night.

I rubbed the sleep from my eyes as everything came flooding back to me while my gaze wandered around the room, focusing on my things that mysteriously appeared here. As I pulled my body out of bed I noticed the view of Tokyo. The view was breathtaking and looked like something I would never be able to afford even if I saved up five lifetimes. I felt like I was in a trance as I soaked in the modern scenery and ant sized people.

A knock from the door echoed through the otherwise silent room. I turned as the door swung open to reveal a maid in a blue uniform dress that bowed down to me slightly. "Good afternoon Miss L/n. It's time for your appointments. I've been requested to show you to them," she stated as she raised her head to me.

"Appointments? Afternoon?" I seriously overslept.

"Yes. Mr Ichinomiya is waiting for you. He's a busy man as you know. We must hurry," she replied while eyeing my day old, wrinkled clothing. I'm guessing these wont do for his standards.

As I scurried to the bathroom to get dress I wondered about the appointments the maid was going on about. I dont remember being told about any but yesterday is kind of a blur but I did remember him telling me that leaving him waiting would lead to trouble for me so I hurried along and reappeared in front of the maid.

"Ready? We must be quick," the maid said, leaving the room before I could even answer. Do I get a say with anyone in this hotel or am I just a doormat?

We soon arrived in front of an empty boutique. I turned to the maid with a quizzical look but all she did was stand by the door gesturing for me to go in. Eyeing the empty shop suspiciously, I pushed the clean glass door open and looked around in curiosity before my gaze landed on the one and only Eisuke Ichinomiya.

"You're late," he scolded. His brows were furrowed as he looked down at me in disapproval. "Try these on," he ordered. He jerked his head in the direction of several tracks of dresses as confusion took over me slightly.

"Which ones?"

He scoffed in return and as I looked at him I just managed to see him roll his eyes at me. Wasnt he supposed to be my boyfriend? Does he not know that definition of boyfriend or is this how he treats every woman?

"All of them obviously."

My jaw almost dropped in shock as I stared at all the dresses. He wanted me to try all of them on? This was going to be a long day and it was already way into the afternoon.

Day 13: after math (@arcana-echoes )

I stare at the knotted wood of the door infront of me. The air around me feels worlds away. My skin feels so foreign to me as I build up the courage to knock on his door. My cheeks turn to ice as I glance to the road behind me. I could go back. I could avoid telling him. I just can't run the risk of him running up to her if he sees her. My heart pounds violently as my shaking hands rap against the wood.

My poorly reversed lines lump in my throat as footsteps make their way to the door. My arms cling around my empty stomach as he appears in front of me. Though his beard frames a bubble of a smile, his eyes meet mine in an exhausted grief. His shoulders slouch in the slightest before he addresses me. "Hey. Its been a while."

My voice tries to slip away from me as we share a familial hug. "Yeah..." I force out a chuckle as I pull from him. My eyes dart from my feet to the starry sky. "Couldn't sleep much and thought you'd be up to chat some." After a moment of considerable hesitation. He steps aside, welcoming me in to the once familiar home.

I step into the cluttered home, the warm tone walls dimmed as a single lamp dusts the room with anxiety. The door shuts behind us. Though I face away from him, the air between us thickening as he eventually breaks the silence. "I'm not gonna lie, Asra," I turn to briefly meet his gaze. His discomfort plain on his face, he shifts in his spot and hides his hands in his pockets. "I, uh, I wasn't expecting to see you. It's kind of out of the blue, huh?"

His voice pierces through me. I can barely look at him with out my chest turning to stone. I cant imagine what he must see when he looks at me. I swallow the lump in my throat in vain. "Yeah. Sorry about this...."

He sighs and gestures towards a chair. "You need to talk. It dont take a magician to see that." After a heart beat, I let myself sink into the cushioned seat. Dread slowly builds over the frustration, pain, and excitement over the last few months. It all hangs heavy over my lips as I avoid his eyes. "We haven't talked in well over a year, son. Whats been going on?"

I force out a deep breath, nodding to myself. Just say it. Let it out. Don't beat around the bush. I look towards him with a cold smile. "Well. As you know, the plagues gone now. I was at the palace helping with that, then been helping..." I let put a forced laugh and rub my hands together. "Well. Helping Vala... readjust... to life again..."

He stares at me, his empty eyes clouded in confusion. His forehead furrows as he leans forward in the chair next to me. "Wait. What are you talking about. You and I both know that she..." His breaking voice trailing off.

"She is alive..." I force out on a whisper. Gods, I know he's still heart broken. I may have lost my love, but the man lost his daughter. I'm starting to wish I hadn't had come, but it needs to be done. "A lot's happened and-"

"Shes... alive?" He nearly shouts. He runs his hand through his hair as he blinks at me. "Well, where the hell you been hiding her?" He says with a astounded laugh.

I only now realize how unprepared I am for this. Looking at him, his eyes tearing up as his cheeks redden from his smile, how do I tell him this? "She's home. At the shop." My voice strained to be heard.

He stands up with out warning. "What are we waiting for then? Let's go!" He runs to the coat rack as I stand up behind him.

"No!" I shout.

He looks back to me, an eyebrow raised. "What do you mean no? I hear my girl is a live after thinking she was dead all this time, and I cant see her?"

I rake my fingers through my tangled locks as I look at him thoughtfully. "Well. She has been dead. I went there..."

Anger starts to haze through him as his takes a step closer. "Then what the hell do you mean shes alive?" He looks me over and his eyes widen. "Asra. What the hell did you do?"

I try to swallow the anxiety and fold my arms over me. "Well. After going there, and meeting with you once we found out, I just. Kept losing my mind. Replaying the last things we said to eachother and rereading her letter. I mean. She died because of my fucking pride..." Tears pool around the edges of my eyes as I look at the floor. "I couldn't let it go. Not with out trying to bring her back... but I couldn't afford what it would take to do the ritual. So I went to the palace, telling everyone I was there to help find a cure. I heard a rumor that the count was looking into making a deal. So I pretended to get close, casually mentioned I knew a ritual and let it seem like it was his idea. I cant remember anything that happened during that night. Just that something went wrong on his end and I had given her half of my heart. Now he's dead and she's here... She just... can't remember anything that happened before she woke up. "

I look up to face the horror in his eyes. "You..." Shaking his head, he paces for a moment. My heart drops as the palm of his hand slams into a nearby bookshelf, knocking over a picture frame of Vala from when she was a child. He takes a deep, shaking breath. "Damn it! What the hell is wrong with you?"

His voice cuts deep, forcing me to take a step back. "What do you mean? Shes alive again!"

"She's suppose to be dead! She made sure of that!" He shouts, surprising himself. "The dead needs to stay dead. Or you'll bring back something else."

Anger rises in my chest as I stare at him. "But she wasn't suppose to be-"

"Don't you think I know that?" His voice rises. "Your not the only one who misses her."

"We don't have to anymore." The desperation grows beneath my throat. "She's here! It may take a bit but she's here!"

"I don't know who you brought back, but that's not my daughter." He stares at me intently. "She didn't even know her name. How can you possibly say its her?"

My heart is beating so fast, I feel out of breath. "She's still there! If you just talk to her-"

"Are you out of your mind?" He shouts. "I've mourned her for a long time now. And you want me to meet someone with her face, her voice..." his voice trails off as it wavers.

My eyes burn as I close them. My mouth twists in disgust. "So thats it? You're not even going to try?"

He buries his head in his hands, his fingers curling into his forehead as he let's out a jagged breath. They soon fall carelessly to his sides as defeat plagues his face. "I think you need to leave.." He says, just barely above a whisper as his tear stained eyes fall to the ground absently. I scoff, making my way to the door, my hands shaking from disbelief. Just as I open it, the ghost of his voice rings in my ears. "If... if she does remember, let me know... please."

Unpopular Opinion.

can I just say, especially after sleeping on it, the movie!verse isn’t actually that bad with Crowley and Aziraphale’s personalities?

Like, just hear me out. We know Crowley has a temper in tv!omens. He's stressed out! Movie Crowley is just as much a box of little anxieties as any other version.

Based on what they say when it starts, both sides have basically ignored them since Eden. Aziraphale has fallen into a comfortable routine of the same thing every week because we all know he doesn't do change well. thus the: he lets Crowley cheat to win checkers every single time. Its routine! He likes routine! He likes spending time with Crowley! Why call him on it?

Meanwhile Crowley has fallen into the same routine, but he LIKES change and the lack of it frustrates him. He doesn't make a move to actually change anything up himself, because he DOES like Aziraphale, calling him his dear angel at one point. But he's frustrated, and anxious because he’s a demon, life isn't supposed to be simple and easy going for him, which only adds to his temper when it finally goes off.

Not to mention Aziraphale is just constantly playing nice and being positive when all Crowley wants is to yell and argue with someone, but you can’t satisfy a fight urge with someone who wont stop being optimistic. It'll just make you feel worse.

Crowley wasn't thinking about not being around Aziraphale when he wanted to leave earth. He just wanted something new! Something to change already! He wouldn't have considered or fully realized at the time that leaving would have meant LEAVING Aziraphale entirely. He is offered an out from a job he hates, he jumps at it

When he realizes he fucked up, he's panicked! He says things he wouldn't have said normally, he calls Az stupid (and the movie verse establishes how he views stupidity) and tells him he doesn't deserve to live.

The problem with a script is you cant hear the tone of voice. But there are hesitations in this line between the parts. He's angry, he's panicking, and here’s Aziraphale, telling him everything will be fine and dandy. What’s Az know about it?! Whats he got to worry about?! Hes with heaven! HE doesn't have to fear for the rest of HIS eternity!!

and yet, despite being nasty to him, Aziraphale doesn't react to it. He GETS that Crowley has a temper and understands he wouldn't say something like this normally. Just like in tv!omens when Aziraphale doesn't react to the wall slam. Crowley acts out. He’s a demon, he's got a lot of shit to deal with even in the best meta. Aziraphale doesn't fault him for it. Az doesn't get upset until Crowley is actually trying to run away at the end.

And that's when Aziraphale breaks his moral code. He cheats! He does the one thing he said he never would. Because winning is finally more important than taking the high road and sticking to their routine.

If he wins, Crowley stays. If he looses, Crowley leaves and it’s the end of the world. He might get a scolding from heaven but there’s no punishment up there that would match Crowley’s if he fucks this up for Satan. It’s not about Heaven. It’s about loosing his best friend. The demon who says they AREN’T anymore because then he can convince himself its ok to leave it all behind. because as much as he wants change, being tortured for eternity isn't a thing he wants and hes scared.

As far as their relationship itself! I know lots of folks have been saying old married couple, that's valid. But I think its more: They established a routine and failed to establish what exactly they meant to each other.

So while they're close enough to be easily recognized as a couple (getting turned away by all the anti-gay bed n breakfasts) they haven't really discussed it, or put any labels. They stick to their routines. This antichrist business has really shaken things up, and given the fact Hell doesn't want Crowley anymore, things might start changing for them for the better. Perhaps half his need for change wasn't a problem with earth but a problem with their level of relationship? Checkers once a week and periodic casual dates isn't as fulfilling anymore when he wishes for something more from his dear angel. He might have even reached the point he feels there’s not chance for things to BECOME anything more than they currently have.

In the TV series, Crowley is the one trying to get Aziraphale to help him. In the movie verse, Aziraphale is trying to get Crowley to help. Both of them are turned down at first. So they pull on their strings. “Let’s have lunch” “let’s play a game.” Let us do this one thing i know you enjoy, to remind you that you enjoy it and allow me to convince you to prevent this and stay with me. Let me tempt you with something you’ve valued during out time together. And it WORKS.

Which is why when Aziraphale cheats, Crowley lets him get away with it. He’s done something different. He’s abandoned his morals in order to win. and the only thing he gains from this victory is Crowley staying with him. So Crowley plays fair. He lets Az cheat. he throws the game.

Now one more thing! This version of Crowley? he doesn’t have house plants! Nothing for him to vent his frustration and anger out on. He’s surrounded by humans regularly, he runs a NIGHT CLUB, he can’t afford to take his emotions out on the people who work for him or visit the club! He has to play the nice game, keep up the smile and business facade. The only place he is SAFE to express his emotions with someone is with Aziraphale!

As he keeps saying at the beginning, Things are going “too well” for them. heaven has no part in the movie at all, not a peep. Only Satan and hell, and from what Crowely’s said they haven’t had him do anything since Eden! 6000 years without observation, just complaining about the state of the planet and humanity itself. But Crowley has to check in with Hell regularly. He knows no matter how good things seem to be it can’t get TOO great because Hell is just under the surface waiting to pull something.

But even still, things are going well for them. he might have days where hes more irritated than others, but overall they’re not that stressed out on Earth. Which leads the possibility they never came up with plans or alternatives for his angry outbursts when he has them. Again, no houseplants. So this Crowley doesn’t have some method to handle anger and thus he lashes out at Aziraphale who knows that Crowley doesn’t mean it and thus he doesn’t react to it, unlike in the Tv series, where Aziraphale is the one who is scared and ends up saying hurtful things to Crowley, who practically visually internalizes his comments.

Movie verse isn’t a healthy relationship, I’m not trying to excuse his actions, but they do love and care for each other in their own way. They just need to ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE once in a while. Just like the TV series A/C.

If the movie script had actually gone on to resolve the issues instead of ending with them walking away, maybe y’all wouldn’t be so rabid! but good lord. Drop the pitchforks! Just because someone says something bad doesn’t make them a bad person, it means instead of writing kill the Crowley fics, y’all should do some got dang couples therapy for them!

hi hi 50k special!! this is gonna be either two or three parts and it's a lot different from what i've written before but i think y'all are gonna like this anyways so... i hope y'all do enjoy this

summary: being a teenage vigilante can be fun, especially when you're on the bad side and spider-man is your nemesis. 2k words

warnings: swearing, reader is a saucy and spicy little villain, peter is a blushing mess sometimes, angst, fight scenes!! violence!

you never expected to get in the way of queens well renowned hero—spider-man. that is until you had to relocate to queens from the bronx. it was...definitely a change from all aspects. your dad moved out with you, wanting a better place to go to school for you, since you had been leaving home very often for...you know, villainous duties. yet you were an extraordinary student, which led to you being enrolled in midtown school of science and technology. as well as having to scope out queens at night and having several run ins with the spider-man.

the worst part, you know you went to school with the masked hero because you frequently saw him entering the roof of the school in his suit. now you, you were way more careful and you worked alone, besides for a woman in her 30's who had taken you under her wing, trained you, and demanded you commit crimes for her and for yourself. she was the base operation and you did everything she asked, even when you moved, she moved. you were like her little goon. you excelled in combat and had unusually incredible strength due to being caught up between some dangerous radioactive weaponry in your sophomore year back in the bronx. you began junior year at midtown in queens, you made some friends, but knew to keep your distance. spider-man had become your main and pretty much only focus since you arrived. you know what they say, keep your friends close but your enemies closer.

you didn't want to hurt or kill spider-man, you just wanted to make his life absolutely miserable. that's how you worked, manipulate and mess with, not murder. you stole pretty much anything you could get your hands on because well, you were broke. you beat people up, robbed stores, manipulated civilians, and threatened people. yeah. your dad could barely afford meals for you both and lived in a very rusty apartment. but hey that's life and you were making it through. well, illegally. you told your dad you got a job at night in queens when you began showing up with money and clothes and food and god knows what else. it was a perfect alibi for a father who really didn't even give a shit.

and this spider-man, oh this lovely beautiful boy, was getting in your way. you were just trying to survive right? that and doing things for this mystery woman. and gosh did you want to find out who was behind the mask. it was obviously a boy your age. every night you tried to find him, meet up with him, talk and find out about him and of course, fight each other. he never hurt you though and you knew he had a soft spot for you. maybe it was your flirty nature.

and now you were on a rooftop at midnight, sitting with your nemesis.

"violet," spider-man called out, "nice to see you again."

your 'villain' name was violet because of the violet mask you bought from party city awhile ago. it was...fitting. and a pretty name that sounded so good coming from his mouth. you may have had a little tiny teeny crush on him. he looked fantastic in that suit and imagined what was underneath. little did you know he did the same about you. black leather pants and a black and violet zip up top matching your mask.

"hey spidey! catch any criminals tonight?" you asked.

"mmm none yet because you're out here."

"awe baby am i distracting you?" you walked over to him, close enough for him to rip off your mask.

"kinda," he replied, masked eyes slanting down.

"well tell me about yourself before you get in my pants. who is spider-man."

"wouldn't you like to know. is violet your real name?"

you scoffed, "do you think i'm dumb?"

"no i just- no."

you took your hand bringing it up to lay on his shoulder and slowly and teasingly dragged it over his abs.

"you're really ripped babe."

"don't babe me, you know i can take you."

"oh so you think you can take me? what about that one time i had you pinned down outside your school."

"how do you know i go to midtown," he asked in a panic.

"i knew it! so you do go there! i've seen you entering through the roof. watch yourself."

he grabbed your hand, locking it with his own. he stared at your signature red nail polish which made his head run wild.

"i've got you now. you watch yourself."

you twisted your wrist and swept a leg under his causing him to fall, but he caught you and brought you down with him. you fell on top of him with a groan.

"damn spidey. getting right into it are we?"

"shut up," he said and rolled over so he now had you pinned down on the roof.

he twisted his head at you, eyes focused on your face and you neatly done hair in two dutch braids. you noticed his distracted state and smirked pushing him over so now you straddled his waist and pinned his arms to the roof. just like before.

"still distracted i see?"

"well i cant help it sometimes. even though i'm supposed to hate you."

"awe spidey. you're so sweet. but you know i'm not gonna let you go."

you leaned down into him to whisper in his ear, "you're too pretty underneath me."

he strained his neck back, melting because of you, "stop," he demanded.

"no," you said jokingly then pressed a kiss on the cheek of his mask. you didn't know it but the boy was blushing underneath. you got up and let him get up to follow you. you walked to the other side of the roof, showing off your hips.

"don't get into any trouble tonight, whatever your name really is."

"sure thing babe."

he jumped off the roof backwards, watching you then swinging away.

you arrived to school the next day with a little more intuition about the masked hero. his voice was distinct. it was higher than most boys, and you doubted he used a voice changer because it would have that staticky feedback. and you swore you had heard that voice somewhere, but you couldn't put your finger on it.

"hey y/n," peter parker, you chem lab partner said smiling and sitting down next to you.

you hesitated, "hi...peter."

you gave you a confused smile and opened his books.

you think you have your guy. huh. easy as that. you tapped your red nails on the desk.

you scribbled up a note to spider-man and well, peter. after lab and working closer with peter, you realized his demeanour and actions were very similar to spidey, further proving your hypothesis. you followed him to his locker, close behind him, and waited by a water fountain till he left his locker, then slipped the note in.

at the end of the day peter headed to his locker, opening it when a note fell out. he picked it up and looked around the hall. the note read:

hi spidey. i know it's you. and gosh it's about time. meet me on top of the tall apartment complex on grand central parkway tonight at 9. thanks petey xoxo, violet

it was written in purple ink and adorned with a red heart next to your name. oh shit. he was fucked.

when peter got home he was panicking. this villain went to school with him. a literal manipulative villain. and you were his age! he wondered if he knew you. you obviously knew him.

peter showed up to the spot at exactly 9 pm to find you in your suit. upon his impact, you jumped up, running to greet him.

"oh peter! you made it. i'm so glad because i—"

he grabbed both of your wrists tightly and put his face in yours, "how? how did you find out."

you gulped, "you're not a very careful person peter."

he ripped off his mask, there was no point.

"look at me," he demanded and you gladly did. you bit your lip at the sight of his messy brown locks and stern brown eyes. was he always this hot when he was angry?

"you can't tell anyone. and i know that won't stop you, but guess what? every time we hang out and fight and you flirt or whatever, i could easily rip off that mask, what, is it from the dollar store? or—"

"party city," you cut him off.

"stop! listen to me! i could've easily ripped off your mask at any time. but i don't. i never do. you know why? because you're different. your funny and you don't actually hurt me but i have to stop you because you hurt others. and-and you're so cool but you're a villain. and you're really pretty even though i can barely see your face and...yeah. now that i know you go to my school, i know you're someone like me. you're just a troubled kid who got caught up in the wrong crowd. but you're the bad one. and i'm sorry and i like spending time with you but you can't do this to me."

you gulped again, looking down at your feet. you could tell he meant what he said. and like you had always promised, you never wanted to deliberately hurt spider-man. or peter.

"i-i'm so sorry. i shouldn't have—i'm sorry."

"it's okay, just promise me you won't tell."

you reached your hand up to touch his cheek, red nails stroking his skin, "i promise."

"thank you."

"i should go. i'm sorry peter."

you hopped off the roof and he watched you leave. you had to go meet up with your head lady who was named daria. she told you to expose spider-man and get him off your radar, but you made a promise and now you were kinda scared.

"so, did you find him?" daria asked.

you hesitated, "no, not exactly."

she walked over to you and slapped you across the face.

"i'm disappointed in you. you find him or else i cant deal with you anymore."

you just stood there.

"say something!"

"i cant find him," you lied, "it's impossible."

"you're lying. i know you are boyfriend girlfriend with him. it's all over the news. you get him tomorrow night. nothing more."

"yes daria."

you left her shady apartment and headed straight home, done for the night. she genuinely scared you and you were worried she was going to kill you if you didn't turn peter in. but you couldn't do that to him? could you?

the next morning during chem lab you were late. you joined peter at your table. you had a wicked purple and yellow bruise on your face, which peter took notice of. it was from daria.

"y/n oh my god, are you okay?" he asked pointing to your face.

"'m fine," you replied covering the bruise with your hand. peter watched your fingers cover the bruise. your painted, red, fingernails.

Spring Petals

A/N: I’ve been really wanting to write ff’s for a while science I personally read so much xD. This is my first attempt on it so I’m sorry if it’s sloppy and has mistakes I’ll do my best to proof it of any mistakes.

Genre: Angst(?), Fluff.

Warning!: Mentions of death. If you are sensitive to this stuff i advise you don’t read it.

Pairing: Yoongi x Reader (Y/N)

Summary: You’ve been very, really sick for a while and have been avoiding it, after all hospital bill’s just weren’t something you could’ve afforded. With all the pressure from work and stress that has been building up to pay the bills you have been ignoring for what should be about 3 months now ,and not having your boyfriend Yoongi by you has just added to the amount of stress you already had in hand , and only to find out you don’t have much time left, it feels like life just really doesn’t like you.

It’s been rough, very rough, especially when you go home, only to be greeted by the cold emptiness of your house that once greeted you with warmth when Yoongi was there, the flickering light bulb that swings like it’s almost about to fall, empty bottles of pain killers on top of the wooden coffee table in front of the large TV that lights up the room more than the cheap light bulb. You wouldn’t have been moving here if it wasn’t for the last ass hole of a landlord that couldn’t wait one more week for your pay day.

You missed him more than anything, from his lazy warm cuddles to his pouty lips when you teased him. His embrace was all you wanted but that was more than impossible at the moment. He was on tour and has been busy. There was no way you could’ve went with him. Not when the fans were even following them to the restaurant they were going to, to the point where their manager had to ask the fans to back off so that the boys could eat in peace. You were’t the only one under stress ,Yoongi was too. He just couldn’t wait to come home. But what he didn’t know was... your illness. You didn’t tell him. You didn’t want to. He was under enough stress with the tour and they already were working on the new album. Yoongi had enough on his shoulders already, you knew he didn’t need more, so you just decided to deal with it yourself thinking that the growing pain around your stomach wouldn’t be such a big deal, until you went to the hospital the next day...

You got up early around 6:30 and smashed a messy bun on your head. Threw on a short sleeve top and light blue genes as it was spring, you favourite season. (It was just that all the trees around the city turned into cherry blossoms and petals of the flowers falling from the trees with the soft breeze that came and went every now and then made it seem like it was raining pink flowers everywhere. It was one on the small things you would enjoy in life.) You didn’t have anything fancy for breakfast(just a chocolate croissant that you got from the bakery that was conveniently on your way) as you were getting ready to go to the hospital in your not-so-fancy car, but you didn’t really care, as long as it took you to our destination with out problems, you didn’t mind.

It was around 6:55 when you parked your car on the parking lot. Just in perfect time for your appointment that was supposedly around 7:00. You slowly made your way through the antiseptic smelling hallways that had metal seats fixated to the side of the wall for people that were in line to wait for their own appointment, although there were only one or two people lingering around at the time.

Slowly you knocked on the door that was numbered ‘204′. You were sure it was this room, it was what was writing on your small piece of paper that was given to you when you came to reserve your appointment. As you opened the door you were greeted by a good looking man, brightly smiling as you enter the room.

“Hi. I came here for the reserved appointment.

“Oh! You must be miss Y/N!” he says with a bright smile on his face lifting up from the list in front of him.

Your heart broke into pieces as the words coming out of Dr.Chanyeol’s mouth pierced through your heart like bullets.

“I don’t think you have more than a month to live Miss Y/N..” says the man standing in front of you, looking at the results of the tests you just have taken trying to find a mistake, but utterly failing to.

“Dr.Chanyeol are you sure the results are accurate?” you say hoping for another answer almost in a pleading way. Only to be rejected and hit by the grim reality of life.

“Unfortunately, I’m positive the outcome is not wrong. The machine has never failed in 4 years.” he repeats, you can almost hear the pity in his voice as even he doesn't know what to do.

“Thank you.” is all you can blurt out in a low tone, your eyes all wet,feeling the heat behind your eye balls rising up as you try to hold the stream of tears back. Turning your back and closing the door as you make a run for your car, not even caring about all the stares you get from the few people around, because what did it matter now anyway...

Yoongi’s tour was finally over. He was coming back tomorrow and things seemed to get better, as well as they could get at least. It has been three weeks science you went to the hospital After the day at your doctor you really didn’t do much, came home and crying yourself to sleep, waking up 2 hours later only to regret what you just did, as now all you could think was about the limited time you had in your hands. ‘What do people do when the have a few days left to live?’ you thought to yourself, you didn’t really have any family apart from Yoongi and Bangtan. You were adopted only to be left alone into the cruel world to live alone as soon as you were legal by the law and could work for your own. Life was never easy for you. You didn’t live. It always was a hassle for surviving, never have you ever realised how hard you were on your self. Stressing up on every small interaction you had with someone. never once enjoying yourself to the fullest, until Yoongi came into your life. You always had things you wanted to do like try out new food. You never wanted anything fancy so just like that, you quit your job, (which gave big rush of re-leaf because your boss wasn't the nicest person on earth)and went out to admire the city and eat every piece of food you saw and buy every single thing you felt like buying with the money you have been saving up, at least what has remained of it, which was pretty much just enough.

You’ve done your best to enjoy yourself these three past weeks but there was pretty much nothing left to do. You fulfilled everything in your bucket list but the ones left to do with Yoongi. Thought it seemed like you weren't... gonna make it another week. Heck. You'd be grateful for a week, the growing pain made it feel like you'd be gone in a few days. All that going around only worsened the cramps you were getting. They only seemed to come and go but they were only signs... of....

At this point you didn't care much about anything and you were fine with the end approaching, but the your biggest worry was... Yoongi. You were scared, no, mortified, even at the thought of not being able to see Yoongi ever again. All you wanted was.. one .last . hug.. His embrace, was what felt like the only medicine you ever need and the only cure for the seemingly never ending pain of missing him. It felt like tomorrow wasn't coming, as if time stopped but was still continuing, so slow, almost teasing.

That morning... It was clear.. You weren't gonna make it. The cramps were now so bad that you couldn't ignore them, to the state where you couldn't stand up.Tears starting to blur your already not so clear vision, small sobs filling in the room, suddenly bursting into larger ones as you cant hold it in anymore. Was it too much to ask? Life has always treated you like shit and once in your life you finally have something to cherish. Was it a punishment? You ask yourself; What have I done? What was it that i did to receive such harsh treatment from life. The more you thought about it the more anger it built up inside you, to hate anyone or any thing that brought you to this world. The tears streaming down your cheek from your closed eyes as you scream in pain, in the middle of the bed, crying all of your senses out of your mind as if there was no tomorrow.. cause there wasn't....

“Why?!... Just... j-Just.. One... last--”

You were startled by the unexpected cotton soft sensation on your cheeks that have become red from crying.

As you turned your back you saw... Yoongi.

You didn't believe it. It really was him. It just felt so... unreal.

‘Why is my cutie pie crying?’ he says in the most innocent tone he can make. Every word coming out of his mouth giving you all the comfort you could ever ask for, suddenly forgetting all the misery you are in.

‘Y-Yoongi..’ you utter out, shaking under his touch as he pulls you in for a warm cuddle.

‘Shh... babe.. It’s fine you don’t have to explain... I-I know.... h-how hard...’he hesitates as he tries to speak through his tears.

‘It’s been for you...’ he blurts out as more tears roll down his sugar white, silk smooth skin you oh so long to touch.

‘Yoongi, I-I’m sorry I didn’t tell you.. I-I didn’t want t-to~’

‘Stop. I know. And let’s not spend the last moments like this. I don’t want them withered away like this.’ he cuts you off before you could explain further more.

‘I love you.. Yoongi..’ you whisper, not having any energy to do anything else as you close your eyes to never open them ever again...

‘I love you too... Y/N.. I love you too...’ he responds, only to recieve nothing more than silence.

His sobs getting bigger and bigger as he can’t hold them back anymore. He knew you weren't coming back, the realisation only making him feel worse for how much he has neglected you. He never understood why you stood by him, non the less he was still grateful for every moment you stood by him no matter how hard it was for you.

Eckart raised his head, his chest heaving, as the knob to the door opened to the rooms that were now his prison. He tested the balance of the broken chair leg in his hand, and he flipped it to aim the broken, jagged end against his forearm. He pushed his hair, stringy and sweaty, from his eyes, and waited.

The door popped open, and dark fingers curved around the edge before large brown eyes peeked through cautiously.

“Little Wing,” Eckart breathed, smiling a little bit. He looked down at the leg in his hand and let it drop to the ground as Raven entered the room and softly shut the door behind him. “What are you doing here?”

“I was worried about you.”

“Ah, my darling. I…thank you. As you can see I am,” Eckart paused and looked down at his disheveled state. “Well, I’ve been better. How are you? How is...Raphael”

“We are both…very surprised.” Raven’s eyes were fixated on the floor. “ Is it true, everything Master said?” Raven said. His hands fiddled with the pendant at his neck. “That you’ve come to hurt us?”

“No.” Eckart breathed it in exasperation. “No, Little Wing. Why would I want to hurt you?”

“You said yourself. Just because someone is nice to you now does not mean they will not hurt you later.” Raven bit his lip and pressed his back against the closed door. “Master is alive, after all this time. I…never realized that this is what I wanted. Surely you understand.”

Eckart sighed. “Little Wing, Drest…your master, he is not a who you think he is. But it doesn’t matter what you think about him, if you are even able to formulate an opinion of him. You’re bound to him, forever, until he dies or you die. I could never convince you to ever help me or turn against him. But…he hurt you before, and he will hurt you again. And I am just afraid that…he will use me to do it.”

“He would never.”

A small smile found its way to Eckart’s face. “I hope you are right.”

Raven looked over the room, his eyes landing on the broken chair, and the severed chair leg at Eckart’s feet. He took in the broken but not shattered window, and the pile of things Eckart had used to try to shatter it. Those dark brown eyes turned to Eckart himself, and looked over the torn and disheveled shirt, and the rumpled state of his hair. A thin sheen of sweat covered his face and the exposed parts of his arms and chest.

“Belinda is resting. She hasn’t woken up.”

“Belinda,” Eckart sighed and leaned back against the shutters of the window. “Little Wing…whatever happens to me, you must keep Drest away from her.”

“You lied to me.”

“I have made it a distinct habit of mine to never lie.”

“You told me that you would have never malform your familiars, as was done to me, and yet Belinda is the same as I. You said you would put them out of their misery, and she still lives. She attacked me…”

“Drest did that, not me!”

“He would never!”

“I assure you, he did,” Eckart scowled it. “He threatened them, and I knew I could never protect them from him, so I…I killed them. Belinda, I severed her head from her body. And Alastor…I…killed them. Both of them. And to see Belinda in the state she is…”

It was Raven’s turn to frown. “I do not believe that my master would do such a thing.”

“Why? Because it would mean he had the power to reverse the spell? To change you back?”

Raven’s eyes widened.

“Because if he can make Belonda like this, he can turn her back. He can turn you back. See it for what it is, my dear. Try. These are the harsh of being a man, Little Wing. You cannot hide behind blind love for your master anymore.”

“Be quiet.”

“A true master would not have left you here to languish as he had!”

“Come now, Michael. You know that I cannot reverse the spell of another man anymore than you can.”

Tension flowed up Eckart’s body, arresting all movement and stealing the breath from his chest as easily as any blow. The door pushed open, and Adam stepped inside as easy as ever. Eckart’s body pressed against the shutter, and his hand gripped at the sill of the window to ground him. He was sure of how he looked to the other man. Wide eyed, frozen, and betraying every ounce of fear within him. Raven looked between the two of them before giving a small bow of his head to his master.

Adam, for his part, looked every bit the courteous host. He spared Raven a stroke to his cheek and a smile before turning his attentions to the room. “I see that you are not happy with the accommodations I’ve afforded you. Such a mess.” He passed his fingers before them and touched him to the door. Eckart kept his eyes on the other man as the room righted itself, and even as the leg to the broken chair rejoined it, each splinter replacing itself as if never dislodged. The glass of the window behind Eckart smoothed with a squeak and a screech. “Did you really think that I would put you somewhere where escape would be so easy?”

“You’ve done it before. After all, I am here now.”

“Yes, thank you for reminding me of how you remain a thorn in my side.” Adam’s grey eyes, shaded by the draw of his brows, leveled a small glare to Eckart before turning to Raven with a much more relaxed expression. “I must have words with our guest. Please let me know the instant his familiar wakes.”

Eckart begged within himself for Raven to disobey, or to at least hesitate, but Raven only bowed and left, leaving them alone. Adam pulled the door shut with finality. “He would never have helped you, Michael. Its bad enough that you’ve corrupted Raphael, but to try to pull Raven to your side? You truly are a fool.”

“I never said I wasn’t a fool,” Eckart said. “You abandoned them both, Drest.”

“I did not abandon them at all,” Adam replied. He gave a chuckle and let his lips part in a boyish grin. “This whole castle is but an extension of me. How could I abandon them if truly I have never left. You may be a fool but you aren’t stupid. I know you’ve put the pieces together.” Adam sighed. “But the fool is the parr of you who convinced yourself that they could ever care for you enough to abandon me.”

“You would never do anything that didn’t serve a more convoluted purpose. This castle is not here to protect. It is a cage. You created it to trap Raphael, and you created it to lure me. You did this…before I was even made.” The wood of the sill creaked under Eckart’s grip. “You can say what you like but I refuse to believe that you care at all about either of them.”

“Believe what you like. It doesn’t change your situation. You are still here and I still have what I want.” Adam blinked and stepped into the sun. He nearly glowed in the light, casting a gleam about him. Eckart frowned at the effect.

“They will follow me into oblivion if I ask them. Too bad it never worked on you.”

“We all make mistakes.”

“Yes,” Adam scowled, but even that looked beautiful on his heavenly features. He turned away from the sun, and the gold-spun of his hair and the silver of his clothing dulled.

“Don’t make me hurt them. Whatever you do…”

Adam gripped the doorknob. “You and I both know that, whatever I ask you to do, a part of you has to want it.”

Eckart was sure the whites of his eyes were showing as much as the gleam of his teeth when Adam left with a soft smile and a cant of his pretty blond head.
