Thanks!! Ohhh I can relate to that, once I found and booted up my 3DS not so long ago, I played literally all my free time through the remaining story, because it was so amazing and had so many twists I honestly couldnt foresee. It’s kind of shame that I barely rememeber the beginning…. but my memories of it are very fond too. I feel like replaying it eventually would still be a great experinece, even if we sort of know major plot points already. I hope you enjoy your time with it!!

Im slowly going through the post-credit part rn, I really love how much stuff one can explore and how many playable pokemon are there. I am, actually, a big fan of Sunkern!!! And I recently got it on my orb?? I’m so excited for when I’ll be able to connect with it.

Emelino/Emerald are the same person, the amnesiac hero, just with a different name. Emerald is her current name and the one she went by when she lost her memoriess, but Emelino was her name in the dark future

initially, the only ones who were aware that Emelino was once her name are all the people from the future, which includes Leaf (whose birth name is Maria, for the curious)

this redraw has the actual teams from the games i did finish, which unfortunately does not include gti. i do have a gti save (with a snivy hero & oshawott partner), but its been kind of just gathering dust. i think the farthest i got was completing gurdurr's story, so im Very early in it. might restart it for a different team tbh

a character design idea for a pokemon whos from the dark future and knew emerald & leaf personally

my current working lore is that emerald & leaf's parents got fucking stranded in the dark future since they tagged along with an injured celebi, who brought them here by accident

thanks to primal dialga Existing, they could get in the timeline but couldn't get out. also their first adventure when they got in was running the fuck away from primal dialga. this umbreon was one of those trainers' pokemon, and was 1 of the few pokemon who helped raise emerald and leaf
