yeS!!!! gem au!!!! emmet and Ingo fusion :DDDDDD !!!! i call them Emigo!!!

pretty sure its canon that the more compatible gems are with each other, the more “normal” their fusion will look. this is why garnets only odd feature is the third eye, but looks normal otherwise, and malachite is some hand centaur monster thing. so!!! Emmet and Ingos fusion is verrrry normal looking! two arms two legs two eyes! the only thing that's kinda odd is that they have no visible pupils, cus the gems in their eyes kinda took them over

My original design of their fusion had four arms, but it kinda made it too cluttered since I already had the split color outfit going on :/ so two arms it is!!!

True onyx is verrrrry emotional, and expressive to an almost cartoonish extent! They are curious about everything but also seem to have an unfiltered knowledge of everything around them. its kinda weird

Speaking of unfiltered, True onyx has no speaking filter whatsoever. They always say whatever comes to their mind no matter the situation

and a verrrrry important thing about them is that they are verrry stimmy!!! theyre always stimming!!! flappy hands and rocking back and forth and making little noises always!!!! verrry important!!!!!!!!

notes about my dragons and their genetics because that is interesting to me (making things up is my passion)

Ingo and Emmet are not identical twins! which is obvious because one of them is a standard snow and the other is an onyx, right? well actually, not at all. visually, yeah, Ingo looks like an onyx but he isn't, he's genetically a melanistic snow. now usually, melanistic snows turn out grey or even navy blue in colour, but Ingo popped out with the blackest fur i've ever seen on a dragon that wasn't pure onyx. which is weird because he and Emmet hatched from the same egg. here comes my tinfoil hat territory because i don't know what their parents were, i think they both carried the allele for melanism because it's recessive in dragons but presented as pure snows, so the were Ss. this led to Emmet recieving either SS genes (making him pure snow) or Ss genes (making him a carrier for melanism without presenting as such) and Ingo recieving ss genes, making him visibly melanistic. they aren't identical so this is definitely possible. (unless Ingo had a random gene mutation that gave him melanism outside of parents genetics, which would still result in them being fraternal twins instead of identical) Ingo and Emmet came from breeders (who could verify that Ingo is a snow because she showed me the video of him and Emmet hatching)

cucumber isn't a pure sage, either. their mama was a rose dragon and, presumably, their papa was a sage. there aren't any funny genes in roses or sages that make them present funny so cucumber has normal genes. they have the rose allele in them but the sage one is dominant, in the same way that i carry an allele for blonde hair (recessive) but the brown hair one is dominant so it wins by default. they came from a different breeder to the twins who was not very good at their job and had failed to notice that their own pet rose had gotten very friendly with the sage they owned. well they had a really runty pup that needed hand-rearing (which i absolutely did not trust them to do) and so i ended up with a very small sage-rose who is actually older than all of my others by kind of a lot

tax evasion? pure dexter. there was never a purer dexter in existence. it's a recessive allele so there is absolutely no way there's anything else in him. he was a rescue that had been spotted slinking around the back of a bookshop i used to frequent who kept shredding the cardboard boxes they had to throw away. well i trapped him in one and took him home cause he was a lil matted and smelly so clearly nobody else was coming for him. he warmed up right away and he leaves the house with me sometimes cause he's the most used to being out there but he's definitely a lapdragon. all he wants is snooze and cuddle. makes me wonder who owned him before me and why they would leave him out there. their loss, he's my special boy now

Before diving into the sketches I need to talk about this song. This remix slaps me to the moon and back. How can you improve perfection? You can't! So better head over to a new track! In other words, the Subway Bosses theme can't apparently be beaten, but this remix plays no second fiddle to it! Let this sexy jazz piano duet accompany this post featuring the handsome gents in their fanciest attires yet. (Fun observation: The song shifts themes pretty much in sync with the Sync Moves being used in Pokémas!)

By chance I got into submas & installed Pokemas during the first run of The Curious Tea Party event, a week before butler Ingo's banner. I was so hyped to meet the boys in game so soon, and I was super lucky to get Ingo on his release day! Emmet on the other hand eluded me until the very last day ahah (the struggle was real), but I was so glad to FINALLY REUNITE THEM. The agony for their situation was so painfully fresh at the time, that brought a bit of relief to the suffering ahah. At first the costumes felt a little strange to me, but now I adooore them. Dang, do they look dashing and sleek in those fancy tailcoats and mirrored monocles!!

One of the first doodles of the butlers, still learning how to draw the sillies and their funny hats.

Love the suit designs! The tailcoats make the twins look even more graceful and slender, and the tails would float when they dash around! The hats are almost comically large, but after drawing them many times they actually look the best that way! This time no funny clown shoes, but these classy loafers look pretty chunky! And fittingly they are wearing cross ties, which is also another word for railroad ties. Yes there's another train pun in their outfits! Pretty clever design! Emmet's outfit has warm light grey (I believe it's because in a white suit he would look ready for the altar ahah) with sapphire blue accents, while Ingo's is a grayish dark blue with ruby red accents for the contrast they have going in all of their outfits. Furthermore they embrace the ruby and sapphire colors in their EX suits, which make them look even more luxurious!! I imagine them wearing the regular costumes during daylight hours, then switch to EX for late night events and parties. About the details. The metal bits are silver and gold, both reflecting their personalities. Emmet likes to dress bold and go for the gold, while Ingo dons the slightly more modest silver. EX costumes trade them for cool onyx black. That's enough twaddling for this round ahah! Hope you enjoy the rest of my doodles, attempts and experiments! More butler art coming up soon!

Anyways, I really love the clown and red theme ideas! Also, since Vocaloid is technically a music software, I was thinking some music-themed names as well! Also, as long as this isn't too specific, could you maybe do some X-themed things since there's a lot of Xs in his design?

THE ONYX ENCYCLOPEDIA #3 - THE ELVES OF NOUVEAU

Not all Elves are the same!

Elves in Nouveau actually stemmed from humans- not that they'd tell you that, anyways. Being exposed to magic for a long period of time changed them into the 4 main subgroups we see today.

CALYX ELVES were the first to come about, changed by using agricultural and floral magics used for farming and landscaping. This significantly helped the population grow. These elves take on a variety of skin, hair, and eye colors, but the most common are green and pink. Their ears mimic the shape of various types of flora. Their innate magical abilities revolve around growing things, and affecting the nature around them; most Calyx elves take up agricultural jobs, but are so populous that it's common to see them doing anything nowadays.

CICATRIX ELVES came about shortly after, when blood magic became highly used to treat wounds and sickness. It is common to see Cicatrix elves with scars on their faces, as it is a cultural rite of passage to wound oneself and be able to instantaneously heal it. They come in flesh and blood tones, with black sclera and red irises. Their innate magical ability is essentially to bend the blood to one's will, and there is a strict code of ethics to follow- not that every Cicatrix follows it, anyways. The Cicatrix take up medical jobs and combat jobs mostly, for this reason.

NEXUS ELVES are a younger subrace of elves who sought further enlightenment through complex Arcana. This enlightenment caused the development of a metaphorical third eye, giving them the innate magical ability to hear the thoughts of others. There is an aura of distrust that emanates from being a Nexus elf, because everybody knows you can hear their thoughts. The innate magical abilities of the Nexus Elves include telepathy, telekinesis, and enhanced memory, putting them in jobs that would benefit from a heightened mind, such as engineering and education, but not without being discriminated against for their invasive abilities. They wear circlets with a precious gem centered on their foreheads, as a representation of the third eye. Also unique to the Nexus is their tube-curly hair; no one is quite sure why this happened.

JINX ELVES are the youngest of the elven subraces and most peculiar for their odd ability surrounding Luck and Omens. During the initial occupation of Deco, Elves from Nouveau had started integrating themselves into Decan society and the strange magic of the dark started to affect them too, creating a fourth subrace of elves; more Jinx elves started popping up during the Nouveau-Deco War and unrest in the region caused some Nouveauians to defect and help the other side. Because of this history, these elves get a bad wrap from the more traditional people of Nouveau, but nowadays you can see them in both Deco and Nouveau taking up all kinds of jobs (but you never see them in the army...) These elves possess downturned ears and any value range of grey-white skin; with captivating purple/pink eyes with no pupils or irises.

ELVEN NAMING CONVENTIONS are probably the most dead giveaway as to what subrace of elf someone is. The structure of a name goes as this:

First name. Elves can be named anything, like humans. Janika, Desiree, Emmet, Tobias- first names are given as normal, by one's parents.

Middle name. This acts as the surname, and is often the father's surname as well. During marriage, women will change their middle name. Also, middle names are always no more than 3-4 letters.

Last name. It is a strict requirement in elven culture to put your subrace as your last name- while there is no formal law for this, it is frowned upon not to state which brood you come from with pride- or with shame, should they think you deserve it.

So, the structure would look like: Stewart Vino-Jinx, Loch Von-Cicatrix, Nessa Glen-Calyx, etc.

Appearance:

Isabel is an elderly woman in her late sixties, pale skin marked with slight wrinkles indicating her age in addition to noticeable gray hair arranged elegantly in a low bun and what stands out most are her heterochromatic eyes, the left one being black. like onyx and the right a blue. She has a fairly average height of 5'4'' (163 cm) and even for her age she still has a slim build.

Usually her dress style adheres to a casual style that still conveys a lot of elegance being mainly blouses, long skirts, jeans or dress pants, shoes and some jewelry pieces such as those made with pearl and light makeup especially her favorite element which is pink lipstick.

Personality:

Isabel is very calm, kind, laid back and charismatic in addition to being very motherly, always being a friendly shoulder for those in need, especially the younger ones (as an example between Hop's age and most gym leaders who are close to the age of Kelly). She also has a sixth sense and is very instinctive because of her motherly side, knowing when someone is feeling overwhelmed and trying to hide it by pretending everything is fine (having a daughter who is a pop idol helped her experience this).

She is also very modest and polite, especially with more experienced people or someone older than her or culture from other regions and other people's opinion as it is influenced by the Johntonian customs that founded her education, especially in moral questions that were passed on to her niece who raised as her own daughter.

Also influenced by her Johtonian upbringing, Isabel is very zealous about her relationships, be they friendships, family relationships or romantic; a trait she inherited from her parents and that Isabel taught to her daughter. She can also be quite resolute despite her laid back way of relating to people most of the time because when someone is being reckless (especially Kelly when younger) towards her loved ones or the local culture, entire cities or regions (she's a cutural and folklore nerd, well like mother, like daughter).

While many see her as a caring mother, that doesn't mean she doesn't know yhe need of the discipline and Kelly is testament to this by having her fair share of scolding her mother gave her throughout her life when she got into trouble or recklessly exposed herself to dangerous situations unnecessary.

One aspect that Kelly inherited from her mother is being quite spiteful and Isabel is much more spiteful than her daughter can be when her trust is betrayed, being much worse when someone she loves is hurt which turns her into something that a furious beast that some of Kelly's friends testify that it's not a pretty sight to behold (Emmet is the major witness as he saw Isabel nearly beat up a man when she heard of the incident in the subway car when a scoundrel tried to grop Kelly who was returning from a part time job).

Biography:

Isabel was born and raised in the city of Ecruteak in Johto, her mother was born in Ecruteak having been the city's gym leader for years and was part of the world-renowned Inagawa clan for being the holder of one of the largest business networks in various pokémon industries. From Pokemon battle district management to traditional SPAs and teahouses heavily based on Ecruteak teahouses.

Her father was originally from Kanto and had moved to Ecruteak as a teenager and took an interest in traditional apricorn Poké Ball crafting, eventually being accepted as an apprentice to an artisan in the city and taking up the position as an artisan asfter his master retirement.

Eventually the two met living a love story and the fruit of the union were blessed with Isabel and her younger brother, eventually Isabel ended up going on a pokémon journey at the age of ten with Dante the Honchkrow who at the time was a murkrow that she rescued her from a group of bullies when she was five.

During her journey she had her fair share of adventures, challenges, and unspeakable encounters with people and pokémon as she traveled through the regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. She decided to interrupt her journey in the Unova region in order to return to her studies to become a Pokemon therapist after seeing how some Pokemon who suffered from the cruelty of humanity's minority needed someone she could help.

Returning to Ecruteak she studied hard and her efforts were rewarded when she received a letter from a prestigious university in Unova offering a scholarship and even though it was a big change in her life she took all the risks. Arceus seemed to bless her soul, she gained numerous merits and recognition both academic and professional allowing her to live permanently in Unova.

But due to family issues, custody of Kelly was transferred to her who was furious that her brother had done something so horrendous to her niece that she might not have survived due to so much neglect. Isabel who had been willing to accept custody of Kelly, raised her as her own daughter even with the challenges of being a single mother she was able to raise her to be someone different than the girl's parents were.

Life had been amazing, while Kelly was away on her journey and on a normal day at work one of the pokémon that were patients at the clinic where Isabel worked went crazy and became violent. Several damages were done, including Isabel being badly injured and due to the poison of that pokémon's blow reaching her spinal cord and having relatively damaged the nervous system, it caused sequels that affected her motor coordination.

Eventually Isabel received therapy, but unfortunately the sequels made it impossible for her to continue working as a therapist and she had to retire. But there was another concern that Isabel was having difficulty taking care of her own pokémon and by law passed in several regions besides Unova, in case the trainer has limitations that lead to harmful stress to their own health and at the same time the neglect of the care of their pokémon they must be taken into custody by the authorities and sent to shelters.

Fortunately Kelly was old enough by law in Unova parameters to step up and take responsibility for the custody of her mother's pokémon and with that none of them were taken from Isabel's possession.

Eventually Kelly managed to make her career as a pop idol and singer prosper after signing an important contract with the biggest record label in Galar and one of the biggest in the world and this led to her moving with her daughter to Motostoke in Galar.

Isabel is the one who stimulated Kelly's taste in music, since the pop idol's mother is very fond of jazz and classical music;

She used to be known as the heroine of Ecruteak because she was a karate expert since childhood and no bully dared to cause trouble;

In addition to being known as the heroine of Ecruteak, Isabel is also known as the dragon mother by family and close friends for being like a magnet for dragon-type pokémon;

Another fact of receiving this someone is that with her maternal aura it made even dragon-type individuals with more stubborn or short-tempered personalities become calmer and less stubborn;

Another thing that justifies it is that even Dragon-type Pokémon that are naturally affectionate simply break out of their Poké Balls to gain Isabel's affection when they feel her calm and loving presence;

(Raihan almost had a heart attack when he saw Goodra just breaking out of her pokéball and walking straight up to Isabel who was coming back from a medical appointment and hugging her out of nowhere and he spent almost half an hour apologizing but Isabel didn't mind at all being covered in the dragon-type's goo);

Even with the sequels Isabel still manages to do most daily activities that are not extremely physically exhausting;

What the consequences of the accident most affected was her mobility, so she has difficulties walking as she did before the accident, needing the help of a cane;

Isabel's favorite hobby is gardening and she loves growing bonsai trees.

Good old fashioned angst: Ingo, Emmet, and/or Adaman being saved from a rampaging Pokemon by their S/O. To take it easy on your (and all of our) heart(s), S/O lives but is badly hurt. Bonus: as they're being rushed to medical care, a small box with a ring falls out of their pocket; they were going to propose before the attack happened. (Sorry I always request these three, I just love my boys <3)

Ingo:

Ingo can't keep up with the paramedics. His leg hurts; he probably pulled a muscle when you tackled him earlier. He felt a sharp pain, but it wasn't nearly as painful as the sound of your shriek of pain.

The way you went limp atop him. Ingo shakes his head. Not now, he can't worry about that now. Not when you're hurt.

He notices something fall off your stretcher as the paramedics load you into the ambulance. It's a tiny velvet box, and it bounces towards him in slow motion. Everything falls silent around him as he hyper-focuses on the box, watching it roll until it bumps against his toe.

Numb, he reaches down and picks it up, carefully cracking it open. The ring inside shines a beautiful onyx, tiny ruby hearts decorating the band. You had this. You were. . . you were going to propose.

And then the Liepard attacked you both in the park. And you pushed Ingo out of the way, getting the brunt of the horrible attack yourself.

And now here he stands, alone, watching the paramedics take you away. He hopes you're still unconscious. Maybe then you won't hear him scream in anguish.

Emmet:

They're trying to take you away. Emmet won't let them, clinging desperately to your body. You're freezing. The Cryogonal had used a Sheer Cold on you, and now you're slowly turning blue. He can't move, can't let you go. You'll freeze.

He shrieks as several paramedics pry him off of you. Despite his jerking and kicking, then drag him away, letting others shroud you from his sight. Emmet screams for you, but you don't answer.

You're taken away on a stretcher, to an ambulance, and they don't let him follow. They keep him restrained despite his threats and fighting. It's not until a paled paramedic approaches him with a tiny black box that he quiets, frozen as he stares at it.

"They. . ." The paramedic shifts, unnerved by the now silent Emmet. "They had this in their pocket. . ."

Emmet's allowed enough freedom to take the box, cradle it. You were going to propose, he realizes, but then you saw the Cryogonal before he did, and protected him from its Sheer Cold.

And he sinks to the ground, cradling the dainty little ring, its shine blurring with his tears.

Adaman:

Ress boggles him until he registers the body that Adaman carries. Then the guard pales, shouting into the village for someone to get Pesselle. Adaman blazes past him, running towards the village as fast as he can. He's already wasted so much time.

You give a weak whimper at the bang of the Galaxy Hall doors being kicked open. Adaman hushes you, promises that everything will be alright as he moves towards the Medical Ward. Pesselle rushes out, gasping when she sees you, and ushers him inside.

As soon as you're laid out on the closest bed, Tomma pushes him, forcing him out of the room before the door is shut. He bangs his fist against the dark wood, demanding to be let back in, he needs to see you! But no one answers, shouting over him.

He moves back from the door, panicked and angered, only to jump when his foot hits something. He glances down, and sees a tiny wooden box cracked against the floor. Did you drop it? He's never seen it before, so it must be yours.

Adaman reaches to pick it up, but the lid breaks off, revealing a ring inside. Adaman jolts, nearly dropping the precious jewel, and marvels the color of the stone. Such a deep blue. . . why do you have this?

Wait. Adaman shakes his head slowly. No, you couldn't have been. . . Before the Drapion attacked, could you have been. . . planning to propose to him?

Adaman whips towards the door, and readies to break it down. No way is he going without seeing you after this. No, he has to give you his own ring, and help you heal. Even if Pesselle kills him for it.

LEGO Universe AU stuff..

Emmet: Limestone, rectangular cut on the back of his right hand. Jackhammer-y weapon.

Rex: “Dolomite”, actually just another Limestone w/ his gem flipped over to have the point up (to hide the cracks!). He also has a jackhammer, but keeps knuckle dusters in his gem. He’s the original Limestone, but due to his gem being damaged and Red Diamond not knowing how to heal gems, he gets swiftly replaced with a copy of him with the exact same memories but no capacity for growth. So people assume Emmet just stagnates during the timeskip between the two movies - no, it’s because he’s a rushed copy! Rex is very much not happy about being replaced.

Lucy: Fluorite, teardrop cut over her heart. Hammer! Since her gem is fluorescent, she’s got lots of flashy colors.

Benny: A Peridot, but dyed blue, inverted triangle cut over his chest, like where the Classic Space logo is on his suit! He’s got cleats he can hook onto his boots, as well as a laser gun given to every Peridot assigned to a space station. His gem is cracked a little bit. Squads of five Peridots all dyed different colors are assigned to space stations!

Cosmo: Part of a previous squad that got replaced by Benny’s squad after disaster struck. His gem is over his right eye and cracked much worse. Same weapons, but the gun is upgraded to a cannon he can socket inside of a limb extender he uses as a prosthetic arm.

Unikitty: A corrupt but relatively tame Tiger’s Eye. Her gem is a heart cut and on her forehead, and her weapon is a lance that manifests as a big horn she can project out of her gem when corrupt. She can also produce fire!

Vitruvius: An off-color Sapphire, being green instead of blue. His gem is slightly cracked and on the back of his head. He can’t see, so he can’t exactly perceive his future visions very well, but he’s... very good at guessing what happens in them. His weapon is a staff.

Batman: An Onyx with bat-shaped boomerang weapons because of COURSE. His gem is on his chest and kind of ovular, so kind of where the Batman symbol would be on his outfit.

Good Cop / Bad Cop: A Red and Blue Pearl. When the red side is out, it’s Bad Cop, and the gem is nestled in his right palm. When the blue side is out, it’s Good Cop, and the gem is nestled in his left palm. He’s got a gun! Scribble is stuck between both colors and the gem is just... wherever.

Lord Business: Red Diamond, in the usual five-sided diamond cut and on his upper chest like the knot of a tie. He has a Rejuvenator handy at all times, in case his Pearl steps out of line. And, unfortunately, what causes his Pearl to step out of line is his treatment of them, so...

Powers: A Red and Blue Pearl, that was replaced by GCBC after being shattered. But he got reconstructed by rebels! So he’s severely cracked and unstable, but hides his gem in his back. He’s got limb extenders keeping his limbs together and uses blasters in the hands as weapons. And the usual gun.
