Do not order phones through Straight Talk Wireless

I ordered a phone and accompanying service card to replace my daughter's phone on 11/9/2022. Apparently it was out of stock when I ordered it. It's a refurbished phone so the likelihood that it will be "restocked" and actually shipped to me is about as real as a chickatang. I've never waited this long for my order to be shipped in the more than 10 years I've been a customer. Never. Now, 2 follow ups and 2 ticket numbers later, I'm still being asked to wait before a refund will be issued. By the way, this is being posted across all of my social media and I'm tagging as many people as I can so that word gets out about how incredibly "bad" (I can't actually speak my peace here as the words forming in my head are inappropriate, so we'll just go with "bad") the service has been. I'm less than impressed with Straight Talk's "new customer service experience" since the merger with Verizon. I will never be ordering from this company again. I can't even begin to describe my level of frustration. I had purchased this for my daughter expecting the phone to come before her current service had run out, but not the case. So in purchasing the phone and the accompanying service card I have had to make an additional purchase of service so that she can try to continue to use her current phone which is now several years old and ceasing to function properly for calls. My nearly $65 order originally is now about $100. Yet, I'm still waiting to be told if I can even get a refund. If you are a new Straight Talk customer, rethink your life choices, there are better services out there. Ummm, the fucking MERCENARY PARK I'm contacting for help just fucking said that my FIRST MISTAKE was housing those two CLASSES together and the fact that my "mIsTAkeS" lead them to believe that, and I quote, "i dIdN'T dO mUch rEseArCh AT aLl" and "tHeY'D bE hApPy TO tAke ThE mErCs OfF mY hAndS".
