This Year's Actions: Had Creekslip attack Butterflyfreckle as punishment for being pregnant with outsider kits; Gave birth to her and Blizzardchase's own first litter (Rain, Hail, Sleet and Snow); Took on her daughter Snowpaw as her apprentice (maybe bec she looks the most like her??); Got herself and Snowpaw into a fight with a large dog, getting Snow injured; Got herself injured in a border skirmish; At the end of the year her mate had their second litter, a single male kit named Peakkit!

Notable Relationships: Still REALLY loves and trusts her mate Blizzardchase; has strong trust for Creekslip and that's it, she just knows Creek will do whatever she says; her favorite daughter is Rainpaw, probably bec the takes after Tempest in motives and personality; her least favorite daughter is Snowpaw, she actually has some dislike for her... what a GREAT mom; annnd Hailstripe, is Tempest's second fave daughter which explains why she made her a warrior early.

This Year's Actions: Attacked Butterflyfreckle on Tempeststar's orders to punish her for being pregnant with outsider kits; Was made deputy after Blizzardchase's retirement (Tempeststar knows that Creek will follow her every command); Received Partridgepaw as an apprentice.

Notable Relationships: Has some romantic like for the Healer Bramblespeck; Has started to befriend Wisp the Healer who joined the clan this year; has some platonic like, respect and trust for her apprentice Partridepaw.

This Year's Actions: She has done nothing, unproblematic queen.

Notable Relationships: Dislikes Snowpaw a bit, probably bec she had to deal with Snow in the healer den for a while (Snow is very bratty); Has some dislike for Tempeststar... fucking fair; most friendly with Skipspot.

Little backstory: Was a kittypet before joining the clan; her sister joined Roaringclan and bec of this Celeste hung around the clans a lot; Sired Weedpatch with a Roaringclan warrior and her sister had Jaggedheart around the same time; Weed and Jagged then left with the other founders to become Whisperingclan; Celeste didnt come around Roaringclan as much and instead searched for her son; Sired Rattle with another kittypet and raised her alongside them; found out where Weed was and told Rattle about it; Rattle ended up leaving for Whisperinclan, wanting to be a warrior; Celeste would travel to meet her kits at the border once a moon; found out Weed died and decided she needed to join to be there for Rattlepaw. I love her.

This Year's Actions: announced she was expecting kits with an outsider; was attacked by Creekslip under Tempeststar's orders as punishment; had a litter of three (Partridge, Gull, and Heron); Heronkit died at 4 moons due to kittencough (he was actually accidentally taken too soon by Starclan, Whispering cave shit); was assigned Hailpaw as an apprentice; Gullpaw died due to kittencough one moon after becoming an apprentice; Some how after ALL of this she trained Hail so good she was made a warrior a moon early.

Notable Relationships: Strong platonic like for her daughter Partridgepaw; likes AND dislikes several cats equally??? (Sunmane, Creekslip; Tempeststar-fair, and Snowpaw); dislikes Rainpaw and Wisp, also Chivekit a bit??? HES A BABY??; has like very few friends/ platonic like, she is going through some shit.

HAPPILY

so unfortunately DrPepperClan (so named because I was drinking Dr Pepper at the time) was lost during an old update, but i still have screenshots and liveblogs. this was them, when i first started out

as you can probably tell, it was a very Silly clan. first time playing, i just wanted to have fun and figure things out.

Mallowgaze and Weedsmoke were the first couple i ever got together. at the time, i also had same-sex kits on, and they did have multiple!

here's the clan after a little while had passed

Sleetpaw and Hornetpaw were MallowWeed's kits. Peepaw, if i recall correctly, was eventually deputy of DrPepperClan, but I don't think she ever became leader.

also worth mentioning that Sleet and Hornet fucking Despised each other, for some reason.

Grinkletpelt (named by my friend that I was liveblogging to) and Coniferfur were also mates. they had more than one litter, but I only seem to have screenshots of one.

one memorable thing is that the first biome i ever played in was the mountains (much like Fallenclan), but for a specific reason.

yes, Swallowstar lost. all 9 lives in one go. because she got eaten by birds. i got my wish but at what cost.

one of my favorite cats (who came along later) was Riverstep. they joined as a kitten, were born without one of their front legs, and came out as nonbinary when they were an apprentice.

unfortunately . uh

they never returned, but they never died either. i think i made a new clan not long after they were taken.

I'm not cut out for warrior work. I barely made it through that fight alive, I was lucky to come out of it with just a broken leg.

Fireheart's best friend in the whole world! Cinderpaw has always been an active and adventurous cat. From the moment she opened her eyes, she left her parents and brother behind to explore the camp, causing an entire search as she played hide and seek. She's always been known for her speed and agility. She was destined to be a warrior.

But what if that's not what she wanted? Despite her active lifestyle, she never wanted to be in battle. Even when she was apprenticed to Lionheart, she never quite felt right as a warrior, but her mother encouraged her to be a great warrior alongside her brother. So, she continued to train alongside her fellow apprentices Sleetpaw, Snowpaw, and Longpaw, as well as make friends with Ravenpaw.

That's when she met Pumpkinfang, who spoke to her less like a mysterious speaker of prophecies like Spottedleaf, and more like a mother. As she learned about Pumpkinfang's work, she began to grow more and more curious... And she knew at last what she wanted to do.

Newleaf

Pouncesight knows she will always love Apricotclaw, but has decided to move on for now. She knows that one day, she will reunite with her mate in StarClan.

Pinepeak and Sootwhisker welcome a litter of three kits. They name them Mosskit (male), Rowankit (female), and Sapkit (female).

Fernthistle has announced that she is expecting kits, although the Clan does not know who her mate is.

Grasscrawl and Pouncesight have become mates.

The last few moons have been rough on Swiftstar. He attempts to continue, but just isn’t able. One night he goes to sleep, but loses all of his lives to old age. Although the Clan mourns, he reunites with Minnowstripe in StarClan. Stoneclaw has inherited the title of LotusClan leader, and chooses Ravendapple as the new deputy.

Fernthistle gives birth to her two kits: Duskkit (male) and Sleetkit (male). They look suspiciously like Stonestar, and the two finally become mates.

Greenleaf

Goldfur discovers an abandoned kit. They name her Flutterkit.

Pumpkinpaw and Dovepaw are apprenticed to Lichenheart and Sootwhisker respectively.

Rushfall has realized she-cat doesn’t describe how he feels anymore.

Mosspaw, Rowanpaw, and Sappaw are apprenticed to Rosepelt, Talonfoot, and Ravendapple respectively.

Leaf-fall

Goldfur wandered out of the camp and was later found dead, right before Flutterpaw’s apprentice ceremony. Flutterpaw decides to become a medicine cat apprentice mentored by Hornetsting so she can see Goldfur in StarClan.

Pouncesight was found dead near the JayClan border.

Jayshade and Lichenheart have become mates.

Dovepaw has realized that tom doesn’t describe how they feel anymore.

Duskpaw and Sleetpaw are apprenticed to Mistshard and Honeyfur respectively.

Sharpleaf and Hazelshine have become mates.

Leafbare

Mistlebreeze and Rushfall find an abandoned kit. They name her Cicadakit.

Strikepaw is named Strikewhisker.

Pumpkinpaw and Dovepaw are named Pumpkintail and Doveleaf respectively.

Willowstripe and Chivepatch die of yellowcough. In StarClan, Chivepatch and Sneezefeather reunite and become mates once more.

From atop the Light Rock once more, Lightrunner couldn't help being apprehensive about the decisions she had to make this season. So many things were changing so quickly... between discovering the Moontree, Honeypurr's kits becoming warriors, and Pepperfrost's litter reaching six moons... Stormflower's advice seemed more and more sound.

The kits' mentors were a large decision on their own. She could give each of the kits to the new warriors, but they were all still a bit wet behind the ears... were they truly ready? Even so, if she were to assign them to more experienced warriors- namely herself and Honeypurr- she couldn't assign any of them to Pepperfrost in good faith. StarClan knows apprentices get too spoiled when their own mother mentors them. She could assign just one of the kits to the new warriors, but that would mean giving one sibling an apprentice and not the others.

In the end, she had decided on the latter- but which of the new warriors would be picked, and who would be left to dry? Mousetail, Antstride, and Birchshine were all wonderful warriors, and she was sure any one of them would understand. They had such good heads on their shoulders. But Mousetail was a little easily distracted, Birchshine was far too focused on her painstakingly-obvious "secret" relationship with Magicburst, and Antstride... well, with him as sick as he was, he couldn't exactly train an apprentice until he was better.

Were these the sort of complicated decisions that only a good leader could make? Or at least someone with a more decisive personality. Lightrunner had never been very decisive herself.

"Elmpaw, your new mentor will be Honeypurr. I will be Sleetpaw's new mentor. And Flowerpaw-" She hesitated, hoping that her rather complicated train of thought hadn't delayed the ceremony any- or worse, caused her clanmates any concern. "-will be mentored by Antstride. However, due to his current sickness, her training will be handled by Birchshine until he recovers."

"Elmpaw!"

"Sleetpaw!"

"Flowerpaw!"

Lightrunner gave the cats a chance to cheer the apprentices' new names. Elmpaw seemed a bit meek as he approached his new mentor, but with Honeypurr's warm, maternal personality, Lightrunner was sure she would nurture his talents in a way that would boost his confidence.

Flowerpaw seemed a little bit disappointed about Antstride's sickness, but with her being one of the more easygoing of the litter, she would surely readjust just fine when her mentor was back to his duties.

As for Sleetpaw... the young cat was so small, yet so assertively eager to train that Lightrunner could tell she was struggling not to bounce up onto the rock next to her. She would have to teach the young tortoiseshell not to be so pushy, yet give her the enrichment she needs to grow.

"Before you all are dismissed, I have one last announcement to make."

All but a pawful of cats seemed surprised at the sudden interruption. Had they not expected this? Lightrunner felt for a moment like she might get cold feet, but she couldn't. Not now.

"I have been speaking with Stormflower recently, and... with the recent discovery of the Moontree and LightClan's ever-increasing size, I... believe this has been a long time coming. As I have... admittedly been filling this role for a while, I have decided to take the official title of LightClan's leader.

A couple of the younger cats gasped, and others just seemed confused. However, the older cats didn't seem surprised in the slightest. She had, of course, asked around for advice... this was Stormflower's idea, and yet, she hadn't quite been sold on the concept. Honeypurr had offered her full support, as always, and Pepperfrost...

"On the next night with nice weather, I will head to the Moontree with Stormflower to ask for StarClan's approval. If that happens-"

"You mean when it happens!"

-One of the cats below shouted out at her, interrupting her speech. Oh, it was Pepperfrost... encouraging as always. Though Lightrunner did send her a warning glance, she cleared her throat and adjusted her statement.

"-When that happens, I will receive my nine lives and take on the full role of leader. I want you all to know that this changes nothing but my name and status... I will always be the same cat, and I will support this clan with my life."

Pepperfrost cheered, followed by her kits, and then more and more cats. Lightrunner felt her chest tighten with emotion.

"W-With that being said, any leader needs a deputy..." She hesitated. Would the younger members of the clan even know what a deputy is? They hadn't had one until this point. "...A second-in-command to take charge in case of emergency. And I think I have decided who would best fit this role."

Though she felt a little silly about it following the interruption of an important meeting...

"May StarClan shine on all of us like a warm ray of light. With their blessing, the new deputy shall be... Pepperfrost."

Many cheers rang out in the crowd once more. Pepperfrost's chest seemed to puff out proudly, and she was soon swarmed by her kits, who congratulated her despite likely not understanding what the deputy position meant. Pepperfrost had needed some explaining, too, but once she understood... she seemed like she was ready for that sort of responsibility, given how diligently she trained Magicburst.

With the important announcements over, Lightrunner hopped down from the rock, looking to see if Sleetpaw was ready to greet her now. But the small apprentice was far too engrossed in her excited rambling now, going off about how her mentor is going to be the leader and her mother is the deputy. Elmpaw and Flowerpaw merely seemed to be going along with Sleetpaw's energy at the moment.

Lightrunner sighed to herself. She really did have her work cut out for her, didn't she?

Flowerpaw's new mentor is Antstride. However, due to Antstride being ill, her training will temporarily be handled by Birchshine.

Lightrunner has decided to take the official role of Leader. She will visit the Moontree soon to receive her nine lives.

Lightrunner assigns Pepperfrost to be her new deputy.

Antstride has contracted the same Sickness that Lilacdream has suffered from.

Lilacdream is confident in her ability to treat Antstride. Antstride will make a full recovery.

Antstride must recuperate before he can continue his duties.

This Year's Actions: Was born alongside her 3 sisters (Hail, Rain, and Snow); Became a Warrior apprentice (thinking about becoming a Mediator after graduating) and was apprenticed to Skipspot; her little brother Peakkit was born at the end of the year.

Notable Relationships: Likes her parents, but is closest to her sister Hailstripe (best friends); She is also close to Rainpaw, isn't too close to Snowpaw though.

This Year's Actions: Was born alongside her 3 sisters (Hail, Rain, and Sleet); Became a Warrior apprentice and her mother Tempeststar took her on as her apprentice; was dragged into fight with a large dog alongside her mother Tempeststar and was injured for a moon; got white cough before she could leave the healer den; her little brother Peakkit was born at the end of the year.

Notable Relationships: has a poor relationship with her mother Tempeststar, some dislike and very little like; closest to her other mom Blizzardchase; likes her siblings but isnt as close to them as they are to each other, used to be close to Rainpaw but they became more distant; Dislikes Whiskers probably bec she made her stay in the healers den while injured/sick, holding her back from training.

This Year's Actions: was born to Butterflyfreckle alongside her brothers (Gull and Heron); Heronkit died at 4 moons of age presumably due to kittencough; Became a warrior apprentice and was apprenticed to Creekslip; Gullpaw died due to kittencough, Partridepaw was deeply effected; has grown a distrust for starclan and an interest in the Dark Forest; Began to meet Jaggedheart in the Dark Forest near the end of the year.

Notable Relationships: Very close to her mom Butterflyfreckle; has started to grow friendly with Hailstripe and Sleetpaw; has grown a little crush on Rainpaw (she returns it)

This Year's Actions: Joined the clan as a older kit after learning that her half brother Weedpatch was a member; became a warrior apprentice and was apprenticed to Weedpatch; Found Weed deceased in the territory after he was lost in a sudden blizzard, she was deeply effected by this loss; her mother, Celeste, joined the clan to be there for Rattle after Weed's death; Got Frostfleck as a new mentor; wasn't paying attention (due to still morning her brother) and got her tail stuck in a twoleg trap, is now in the healer den.

Notable Relationships: Very close/bonded with her mom; was getting close to her brother before his death; likes her new mentor Frostfleck; has grown a little crush on Hailstripe (she returns it).

This Year's Actions: Her mate Tempeststar had their first litter (Hail, Rain, Sleet and Snow; Retired from being deputy and became an elder but decided to stay in the nursery with her kits for now; announced she was pregnant; had a single male kit (Peakkit) with Tempeststar.

Notable Relationships: LOVES her wife Tempeststar; Also loves all of her kits a lot, closest to Hailstripe but only by a bit; strong friendship with her previous apprentice Mossleaf, as well as Frostfleck; gets along with almost everyone despite being married to (and encouraging) the murder lesbian.

This Year's Actions: was born as a single kit litter on the final moon of the year.

Notable Relationships: loves his parents, likes Hailstripe and Wisp

This Year's Actions: were born to Mossleaf and Sunmane alongside their littermate Oakkit; Oakkit died of unknown causes the same moon he was born; have been causing endless mischief since they were no longer beans.

Snowpaw needs to stop being a brat or she will have literally no friends. I feel like a lot of her issues are due to her mom being her mentor though.
