Some Charon Head Cannons I Finally have the Balls to Share:

He was a US Green Beret captured in Anchorage by Chinese and Russian Special Forces in 2076, 11 months before the Great War and had many experiments done on him while a POW.

He was deployed at 28, one of the youngest in his squad. Charon was born in Pennsylvania and came from a military background, later joining the US Army at 19, soon after the USA announced war against the Republic of China.

In the end, he would be the only survivor from his squad, all others having been executed or dying from the Dachau-Level experiments.

As tensions around the world heightened, the US government burned all records of him and his squadron, considering them casualties of war.

As a POW (Prisoner of War) his physical stature, mental fortitude, and expert combat training made him a candidate for a “Reprograming Operation” by the Russian KGB where he was the only successful test subject.

After months of brainwashing he was finally assigned to a KGB Spy who was planted in the US government, where he was designed to assassinate and perform other reconnaissance operations.

However, the Great War broke out mere months after he was “assigned” and his contract made many unfortunate passes before reaching the Lone Wanderers.

Charon’s previous employers all had dark, ulterior motives that mainly used him as a deviant errand boy. When he becomes employed by the LW, he almost feels at peace. Though he will forever live with PTSD, he is able to put his guard down in certain circumstances, giving him small glimpses of joy and happiness again.

Until he becomes to care too much, and becomes over protective. The LW unknowingly reminds him of his pre-war life. When there was still hope and a dream of change. He doesn’t know why, but he clings to their selflessness. He watches people abuse the LW’s kindness, and then get stuck in a cycle of people pleasing because they are the Wastelands Last Hope.

Been rewatching some of the Mighty Nein campaign cause I was missing them and also I'm excited for their one shot soon! I've seen a few people speculating about the one shot so thought I'd put my thoughts out into the void as well.

I honestly don't know at all what to expect from this one shot. I don't even remember what the description was beyond that it has to do with the apogee solstice stuff. I haven't kept up much with campaign 3 for my own reasons that I don't need to get into now. However, I did actually watch a couple of the episodes during the solstice and got lucky with watching the ep with beau and caleb in it. But otherwise, I barely know what's going on. I have no idea what the M9 will be dealing with. My theories include anything from getting Beau and Caleb back and dealing with cultists along the way to dealing with the Cerberus Assembly's/Ludinus' attachments to this whole thing to stopping Tharizdun or some other entity from doing some fuck shit. Honestly, I don't fucking know man. I don't even really think any of that shit will happen.

I don't know if it's been confirmed that Caduceus is gonna be the one in this one shot but I really hope it is him. One of the things that's been bothering me about this arc from the BH perspective (at least that I've seen) is that none of them or any that they've come across has been able to argue for the side of the gods and the good that some of them can do. As someone who really likes the worldbuilding and rp that gods can bring to settings like this, not having that perspective represented has been disappointing for me. (This is not the fault of the cast or their guests or anything like that, that is not what I'm saying. It is their choice what characters they play and it is Matt's choice as the DM which NPCs/areas they come across in wherever they decide to explore. I'm just mentioning my own preference and feelings as it pertains to the one shot which is what I'm talking about). Anyway, I hope it's Caduceus because I think he will bring an incredibly interesting perspective on this whole thing. And I think Fjord will too but not to the extent that Cad can since Cad and his family grew up as worshippers of Melora.

We don't know the fate of Beau and Caleb and while I don't think they're dead, I really hope they aren't gone for most of this one shot. Beau is my favorite character in any media ever. I fucking love Beau so much. And Beauyasha is my favorite couple, I love them. I will be literally so sad if Marisha isn't playing Beau for this one shot. Like I'll understand but also I will indeed be devastated. Beauyasha is like my Roman Empire (this joke will be aging this post LMAO but its a good comparison honestly), I think about them A LOT. I want to see more content from them. I was at SDCC, I was there when Ashley said she felt like she wasn't fully finished with Yasha and that's exactly how I feel. The Mighty Nein's story was so good but the way it ended felt so long and then so abrupt (but that's another post). I will always be wanting more of Beau and Yasha's story. I want to know as much as Marisha and Ashley are willing to give us. So I hope the one shot starts with Beau and Caleb and how they reunite with the Nein and then get to business. Or even better, with them already reunited for maximum Nein time.

Those are my main two thoughts for now. I actually need to go to bed cause I got work in the morning and it's been kicking my ass these last two weeks so imma cut it there and check back tomorrow. If you somehow see this, I hope you enjoyed my ramblings lol

"How is it different love? You always tell me you can handle anything" she nods "and I believe I can however I have so much on my plate as soon as I started to mourn my brother's death boom! New enemy new family member dead I'm next in line people want me to take the throne but I still love my science and I don't really want to be the black panther it's just a lot...it so much" you take a drag and hand it to her she's confused but grabs it "what do I do with this?" You take the blunt back seeing how hesitant she is and continues braiding "I won't pressure you" she nods "I want to try it" you take a drag before placing it in front of her mouth and letting her do the same she does so but bites off a bit more than she can chew which causes her to choke you gently pat her back "you good?"

She sits the second blunt of the night down in your ash tray as she grabs your ass through your jeans gently squeezing. "You make it seem like I'm seeing someone else you know you're the only woman for me." You scoff and poke your mouth out "that's funny" she grabs your face and forces you to look at her "I mean that at first this was some playing around stuff like we're teenagers but I'm tired of it I want you in my bed when I wake and sleep not when I get my hair down every two weeks." You look at the blunt then her "you must be high as hell" she laughs and pecks your lips "I'll let you think it over while we finish this." Shuri grabs the blunt and inhales deeply you grab her hand from your face and intertwine your fingers between her own as you lean down and kiss her while she exhales the smoke you return it by blowing it in her face while smiling. "I hope you're a bit more relaxed now" she smiles at you and nods your head.

Henry Cavill’s Characters’ Zodiac Signs

This is (in my opinion) the zodiac vibes I get from each Henry Cavill character. I am not an astrologist, this is just based off my observations of each sign and the energy I get from these characters. If there’s a character I missed or you wanted to see on this list, let me know!!!!

So it’s basically canon that Sy is a bull, and understandable. He gives HELLA Taurus energy. He’s strong, sturdy, a little cocky, but only because he can back up all the hype. He can be stubborn as all hell, which is to be expect from the bullheaded Taurus (my brother was born in May and the boy will never budge in a fight). Negotiations during deployments is hell for his fellow comrades. And just like the grounded earth sign it takes awhile for him to soften up, but when he does, he would do ANYTHING for those he cares about, and that passion can be overwhelming to some. He’s a hard worker, but when he’s not overseas he’s DEFINITELY take some leisure time to himself, he deserves to be lazy! And don’t get started on a Taurus’ appetite. Just like the bull, I see Sy as a grazing type, munching on little snacks throughout the day, but will not hesitate to tear it up at dinner time, and his desert ;)

August is a Scorpio. I feel like this doesn’t need an explanation, but I’m gonna give you one anyway. As a CIA Agent/Terrorist, the man can’t trust anyone. Ever. Just like how a Scorpio takes forever to trust, he makes sure to know every detail about anyone he encounters. Scorpios also shroud themselves in mystery and secrecy. He’s proved time and again in the movie that he would kill to keep his secret diabolical plan from getting out. And it’s also cannon on tumblr that he’s obsessive. God help you if a Scorpio catches a liking to you, cause once they do, you are theirs FOREVER, whether you like it or not. Oh, and don’t even THINK about trying to have the control around August, it’s just not gonna happen. 

Charles is a Leo, through and through. Those who meet him think he’s arrogant, self-centered, and in those first couple seasons, they were right. He’s definitely full of himself, but we do get to see little peeks at the insecurity he feels deep down at being born lower class. Leos are very insecure, though they try to hide it (trust me, all of our confidence is fake, coming from a Leo herself), but the way his face falls when his title (or lack of) is brought up in the first season, not to mention in the later seasons when he starts to contemplate his own actions and morals after doing what he did on Henry’s orders. Now, I know what some might say, “but Tay, Leos are so loyal!” And they are! His infidelity to Margaret was born of his own ego and arrogance. But his loyalty to HENRY?? After all the bullshit he put Charles through? Only a Leo could have a heart so big as to still love and advise a friend who treated them so. And the way he lights up a room! Much like the sun, Leo’s ruling planet, Charles lit up court. He always looks good, outfits pristine and his hair always so perfectly groomed. I can go on forever, but Imma stop here. 

Walter just ooooozes Virgo energy. Work-aholic, perfectionist, never relaxes. Sometimes a little blunt, but only because they don’t have time to sugarcoat shit. But also like the earth sign, he’s consistent. You can always trust he will do the right thing and be there at the right time. Can also smell bullshit from a mile away, which is a wonderful skill set for his job. I also feel like he’s really good at budgeting and money management. 

Mikey is a Sagittarius, there’s no changing my mind. His wild and care-free personality really shines through in the movie. And just like Walter he’s blunt. “He’s dead Chelsea, time move on.” Only a Sagg has the audacity! And the entire movie all he is concerned with is having a good time and hooking up. In my limited interactions with Sagittarius men, that’s really all they cared about. I feel like if he wasn’t killed off in the movie, he could have definitely evolved into a more defined character. 

Geralt just gives Capricorn energy. So focused on his work, and very stoic in his emotions. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel them, he just buries them, deep, deep, DEEP down. And just like Scorpio it takes ALOT for him to open up. But when he does, BOYYYY. Fuck with the people he loves. I’ve also never met a Cap that isn’t determined to do EVERYTHING on their own (my sister is the best example. Full time vet student on top of two full time jobs, constantly refusing help when offered). He’s definitely an over-thinker. He stays up at night thinking through every scenario and preparing for any situation. But he’s sturdy and strong and loyal, if a little abrupt and abrasive at times. Hates people and gets along so much better with animals, and again, I’ve never met a Capricorn who like human beings over dogs, or in his case, Roach. 

Sherlock is an Aquarius. It just makes the most sense to me. Not good with emotions at all, and this is coming from experience of having an Aquarius mother and dating an Aquarius man for three months. He’s an intellectual, and individual, and values that individuality. Not to mention the job that is very outside of the social norms. Aquarians are uninterested in being like the rest, which is a perfect description for Sherlock. Also doesn’t miss a single detail, can pick up on the slightest change in energy. Most people see Aquarius as strange, almost alien-like, and Sherlock for sure stands out. He values his solitude and alone time. I feel like if he were to be in modern times, would hella ghost someone if he felt like they were getting to close and encroaching on his privacy. 

Clark Kent. My sweet baby, my Kansas farm boy. He’s a Libra, absolutely. His sense of justice and constant battle for balance wouldn’t allow him to be anything else. His need to use his powers for good to save people shines just as bright as the sunlight he gets his strength from is sometimes overshadowed by his darker side of just finally snapping and becoming the GOD he knows he is. And have you ever seen a pissed off Libra? Those red eyes are not just for show. Momma Kent did a good job of raising our boy to be a good-hearted man, but that Kryptonian blood will not relent so easily. But he loves deeply and won’t hesitate to make decisions when it comes to those he loves. Making sure they are well and safe and happy is not something he has to make a pros and cons list for. 

I know I’ve made a post saying I think Napoleon is a Leo, and I still kinda feel that way. But I can also see him being a Gemini. Now the big stereotype surrounding Geminis is that they’re two-faced. But in reality they’re a mirror. The energy you give them is the energy you are gonna receive. Being a spy, he has to learn to be a chameleon, he changes with every environment but can also blend in and be unseen. He’s only loyal to the CIA because he has to be, you can bet your lucky stars when those chains are gone he can flip the script on them in a heartbeat. But also like a typical Gemini he’s charming, knows exactly how attractive he is and uses that to his full advantage.

Serious story from a Furrian (Furry and Therian)

"Furry Girl!", "Kill yourself!", "Awoo!", "Nobody wants you here! Nobody wants a Furry ass wetback like you!" More and more is told in front of my face or back every single day. This is sick and tiring, especially since they know that I have depression. School makes me being a Furry feel like I should be a closeted one. Only a few people respect me at school, but the whole 6th grade tells me very horrible stuff. I wonder what it's like to be appreciated and loved at school. I wonder what it's like to not be told to kill yourself and have so many friends. I wonder what it's like to not have been spreaded with rumors which caused me to almost get in a fight with something over something not true. I wonder what it's like to not be physically and verbally abused everyday. I wonder what it's like to not have an ex boyfriend that talks shit about you in front of people and forced you to sit on his lap. People at school know what I go through, most of them just don't care. People treat me like this for what? Because I'm a Furry and a Therian! People at school record me, post pictures of my other therian friend on Instagram, treat the 3 of us therian besties as shit for what? Being different and having different hobbies. I cry almost everyday at school, but I never tell my friends! My own friends! I one time got cornered by a group of boys and they were talking shit to me and asking me why I was a Furry and a "animal rapist". (They called me an animal rapist because I'm a Therian! Like, what the fuck?!) They were all laughing and one of them slapped me on the face. They did that while I was cornered! I almost get in fights for being a Furry and a Therian. Seriously, the boys were trying to jump me before just because I was a what? A Furry and a Therian. My math teacher embarrassed me in front of my class. She was using me as an example to a fraction problem and said "Now, Imma act like [My dead name]! The only thing I think of is animals and Furries!" Everyone was laughing at me and I almost cried. She knew what the hell she was fucking doing! I cried in my sleep because her sentence repeated over and over in my head, and so was other peoples. I just hate how society odds out specific hobbies, beliefs, or personalities.

Example:

Furrian: "Hello, friend!"

"Good" person: "Hello! What do you like to do?"

Furrian: "Oh, I'm a Furry and a Therian, so I like dressing up in my own anthropomorphic (did i spell it wrong?) character and I do quads-"

"Good" person: Oh! So you have sex with animals?! Bye! I hope you lose your virginity to an animal and die! Oh wait, you already did! Just go and die! Kill yourself!

Like, come on?! Are you really gonna start acting like that when you first encounter a Furrian? That shit is something I have to go through everyday. Trust me, in real life, it's sad. Guys, just don't bully furries or therians. Some of them could be suicidal and/or are depressed. I met a suicidal Furrian online. I helped them (It was a Non-Binary Furry and Therian) I just wish nobody ditched us for 2 specific or more things.

Angel looked at the itinerary on David's clipboard. Most of it was the usual. Checking up on how the pack is doing, informing them what jobs Shaw Security received and reminding them that covert was still prevalent and had to be maintained. (Asher, can you please stop shifting in front on the Pizza Guy before the Department gets on our ass?)

But at the bottom of the page, they found a special note. A line that he had boldened and underlined, something he only does in special occasions. (Him announcing Angel as his mate was one of those said occasions.)

'Tank's coming back today, and I swear if someone gives them shit, they will be dealt with.'

Oh? Well this meeting just got a whole lot interesting.

Angel hadn't met the famous 'Tank', only knowing of them from the stories the other wolves told them, mainly from Amanda and Milo. From what they gathered, Tank was a loner, a scarred, no-nonsense person who will fight when provoked.

They had asked Milo if Tank and David were the exactly the same. Milo shook his head.

"No, they ain't similar in the slightest. Like, they're similar, but Tank's always been... kinder? I know it sounds like they're mean, but they've always had a soft edge to them, don't let that dead face say otherwise."

Every new piece of information made Angel desperate to meet them, to figure out what kind of person they are. And now they'll get the chance to.

"Here Angel, some of your hair is showing," he says as he tucked their hair back under their scarf. The fact that David would do little things to make them comfortable made their heart swoon. It also meant that people were going to enter soon. That Tank was coming too.

For someone who's hyper early to everything, Darlin' sure as hell took their sweet time getting to the meeting.

Thankfully, they timed their arrival perfectly. They weren't too late, nor were they early enough for someone to berate them before the meeting starts. For the record, they were only here because David would absolutely drag their ass to this meeting. (And Sam would be disappointed in them.)

The meeting went on as it always does. Most of it went over their head, though they couldn't hide their smile when David had brought up Asher's Pizza Guy shenanigans. 'Still the same idiot as ever.'

Less important details were shared, causing Darlin' to zone out a bit. They didn't need to retain irrelevant information, and they were here for already an hour. Darlin' deserves to let their mind wander to a certain vampire they've been spending time with.

And by the time they zoned back in, the meeting was over and people were leaving. They took a deep breath. 'It's ok, it's only David, you have dealt with worse.'

"Tank, get over here!"

"Ya Hmar, David! You could have called them over nicely!"

Before they registered that maybe they shouldn't be laughing at their Alpha, Darlin' doubled over laughing. The simple insult had brought back years of old memories, leaving them damn near dying on the ground.

Through teary eyes, they saw David's unimpressed face and his mate's amused expression. Darlin' remembered where they were and who was in front of them, straightening up and wiping the tears off their face. They cleared their throat, apologizing for their outburst.

Before David could start berating Darlin', Angel hesitantly asked them, "so, um, weird question, and super intrusive, so if you don't want to answer I get it..." Angel trailed off, only continuing when Darlin' nodded their head. "Are you maybe Arab? Like I don't see someone laugh like that unless they know what hmar means, but I didn't want to assume-"

Darlin's smile cut the rambling human off. "I'm not Arab, but I'm Pakistani, so I pick up on a lot of arab words." They snickered, "and I got called a hmar a lotttt back home."

"You had Arab friends?" They said it with such shocked, Darlin' thought it was the first time they'd heard a phrase like that.

"Yea, they were Lebanese and-"

"THEY WERE LEBANESE??" Angel pounced on that piece information, asking more questions that Darlin' was willing to answer.

(David, realizing that neither Angel and Darlin' remembering that he is in the room left with a smile. If there was anyone who would bring Tank back it be them.)

An hour go by, and Darlin's cheeks were hurting. When was the last time they laughed this hard? Talked for this long? Reminisced about the days before Dahlia?

Angel fidgeted with their hands. "I'm sorry for keeping you in for this long. It's just- I love the pack, but I can never talk like this," they gestured to the space between them and Darlin', "with them. They just wouldn't... get it."

Darlin' tipped their head back with a smile. "I get it. And if you ever need to talk like this again, hit me up and I'll be there." They held their hand out.

Angel took their hand and shook it. "Being goofy like this, brings me back, ya know? It almost feels like-"

"Like home?"

"Yea, like home."

Ok so my brain decided to deepen its own damage last night as I was rewatching The Winchesters (season 1) finale so buckle up it’s a long one fellas.

So I was listening and when I heard Keep on Rambling come on during the bar scene with Joan, my mind went huh, I wonder where this is placed in the album. So I went and checked. Mainly I was curious cuz usually an album tells a story and Jensen made it pretty clear that unlike the previous two albums where they were just trying shit out, this one was meant to be more consistent and have a clear throughline. So as I said, I checked.

It’s the 6th song btw, the 1st of the 2nd half of the album. I kind lost it after that tbh. Let me explain why ok:

So if we go by the logic that the album tells a story and we tie it to Dean (and destiel cuz duh tbh) we have this shit happening: Right Kind of Trouble - you can tie this to SPN directly, this is Dean realizing that Cas is basically it for him despite the constant fights they’ve been having and more so allowing himself to acknowledge that. Basically this is the Purgatory apology. Like legit this song is to me what Dean really wanted to tell Cas, that Cas didn’t allow him to. This is a love confession itself, one that says I know I fucked up, but If you give me a chance again I will do so much better cuz you’re it for me, we match. Like look at this shit guys:

Like this is pure divorce era Deancas and you can’t tell me otherwise, but more specifically, Dean thoughts as he eventually apologized in 15x09 The Trap.

Then we got Forever ain’t Long. This for me can of course still be about the divorce era, sure, but more so it feels like 15x18 Despair and regretting having gotten to this point and now it being too late to change anything cuz Cas is dead. Like how much clearer can it be? Like it’s literally a plea for time to turn back and for the relationship to go back to being as it was before all the mess Chuck and just the divorce era caused, but cannot since Cas is dead (Take me forever/forever ain’t long). And also, just this song screams Despair to me, it’s one of the saddest ones on the whole album, it reeks of grief. And it’s a direct call for Cas with the heaven line off the bat:

Also this part? This is mindspace for sobbing on the floor and 15x19 vibes for me.

Next is Every Light, the ultimate Dean song right? Well specifically this ties into 15x19 - telling Chuck he can just have his ending, just bring Cas back - and more importantly, and it’s also something I think we all heard, it’s about what shall not be named, the fucking 15x20 finale. I don’t need to bang on too much here but like, it’s even more than that. Because with TW 1x13 we find out he decided to stray from heaven while we were still mid ep 15x20 which means these are him going, hey I need to do sth about this, I need to figure out what’s wrong here, make sense of it and make it right cuz fuck this, I ain’t just taking this shit hand I’ve been given. Like I could literally put the whole song here but like imma put just some:

Ain’t no telling is next on the list and this is now heading into Winchester territory a bit, but not quite fully there. I see it as a continuation of the above aka I don’t want to go, but now that I’m gone and it’s not good, why is it not good, who am I after all, does anyone really know and does it really matter? And by anyone I do mean Cas tbh cuz like yea, it would make sense. The song literally says hey, you love me through all of it, despite me not always being sure who tf I am or how far away from each other we are, but we are still going to take advantage of every second we have. Basically this to me feels like a retrospective of the divorce arc put into context by the confession and this restlessness and need to find something Dean gets while in heaven. Like the 1st verse if soooo Dean I just can’t.

Ok now we get into shady waters a bit because You make me Blue is a bit of an outlier tbh, which considering I think this was written just by Steve, it makes sense, buuut I can still fit it in here seamlessly like this: this is sung to Chuck. This is the realization or resolution to the question posed by Ain’t no telling essentially. This unsureness of self isn’t lying with Dean alone, this was brought on by Chuck and his machinations so the anger in the song matches perfectly. Again, all of this til now has been gearing up to leave heaven but still on the road so to speak, still matching the 15x20 set of events, but his mind is running and trying to make sense of things. And what do we get with this song? We get “I’m finally happy being free/me”. We get a concretised sense of self once it’s been made clear in Dean’s mind just how much Chuck fucked with him (and if you’re a Chuck Won truther like me, how much Chuck is still doing, has the realisation that maybe Jack isn’t quite Jack here cuz sth is clearly wrong, but it doesn’t matter anymore, he knows who he is so Chuck/Jack’s influence can’t affect him anymore). And again this is the one song that matches least, but if we take it to be Dean having trusted Chuck to not be the villain (see him going to shoot Jack for that and promising to bring Mary back), then this still fits for me.

And now that we close this chapter we get to our 1st offender again: Keen on Rambling and the 1st one that is without any doubt taking place during The Winchesters. Like the whole song states everything that we’ve just been told happened throughout season 1. Like ok, verse 1 is deciding to leave heaven even though heaven is meant to be a place to rest (find peace whatever). Then verse 2 is giving the AU he finds himself in with the Akrida a nudge in the right direction (I’m sorry with the calvary in tow??, headed southbound for the season???)  And finally we get to the last one which to me is meeting the Core 4 but especially Mary and John and giving them the journal (I have a story to tell — do tell). So yea, but he’s not done tho. The song is constantly saying to keep on rambling so there’s more to do to get to where he needs to be, he’s still restless. But it is the beginning of this next chapter and the beginning of the second half of the album like I said. It matches soo fuckign well tbh and I’m going a bit insane here so take all this with a grain of salt tbh.

Ok so now that we’ve reached the current point in the Dean story we have 4 more songs. Which to me is basically where Dean needs to get to. 

And honestly a bit of Sweet Escape still fits into the finale for season 1 of TW so let’s get to it. This one is very much saying I’ve been caught red handed and people are trying to keep me contained but I refuse to stay put cuz there’s still shit I need to do/find. Like this is where my Chuck Won truthing hits worst tbh, but it could just be the Jack’s non interference thing too as well tbh, but the other voices that need to be drowned out are def Jack here, who took him back to heaven at the end of 1x13 of TW so this is basically saying you may have gotten me back here, but I’ll break outta the inclosure anyways, you can’t stop me, I’m not done. And with the 1st verse’ ending it feels like not only is he not done, but there’s a plan in motion here. Also I CANNOT overstate how much the 2nd verse makes me think of the Empty.

Return to Me is self explanatory tbh, but I’ll ramble a bit here too. This one answers the question of what he’s searching for, why he can’t stop moving, what’s missing for him to be happy. And what’s missing is a person that he lost aka Cas. Like I really don’t even need to say much here, this song is literally Dean going hey this is what I need to be happy, this is how that can happen. It fucking has the lakeside and raincoat mentions, it’s blatant tbh. And moreso, the last verse is just a reiteration of what we all lost our shit about with Watching over Me aka how did I not know you loved me back, how did I miss that until it was literally too late. 

Restless Man is a prayer to me basically and also the song I relate to the most tbh. So I’ll try not to get lost in the meanings here. But basically it’s Dean asking Cas to give him the space and reason to slow down. Not stop, because it’s still Dean and he can’t do that, but to give him a place or person where he can feel safe to take a break, where he can just be, where he can learn how to just be instead of constantly needing to do everything for everyone else. To have a place where he can just focus on himself a bit and what he needs and wants and how to embrace being happy. And more than just that, it’s saying that he’s finally ready to allow someone to take care of him for a bit, to have a place where he doesn’t need to be constantly on guard.

And it wraps up with Velvet Sky which in this case is the happy ending. Happy not because there’s “peace when you are done” like Jack says, but because now they have a place of their own to go to whenever they are weary of the road. The 1st verse to me is referring to Dean travels through the multiverse - literally seen all the land, every beach and grain of sand  because he literally went and saw all the possibilities for things, saw the wide expanse of the multiverse in search for this place and this person that he can now be with. And it’s not peace here, the sea is angry still, but it’s what works for them. It’ll never be perfect and it doesn’t need to be, Dean just needs this place and person to be free to just be himself and that no one else can reach or affect again, have his story be his own. 

So yea, this is the insanity my brain concocted last night after rewatching The Winchesters season 1 finale and having a random thought about Radio Company. And like I could’ve left it be and not traced any connections, but they fucking used the song in the show and then used Ramble On as the song to send the episode off. I couldn’t just ignore the relevance of that. 

But anyway, none of this could be accurate at the end of the day, but I had to get it out cuz it was stuck on repeat all night. Let me know what you guys think.

AND I REPEAT !! KISS!! SURE SMALL PECKS BUT THATS NOT VERY FRIEND LIKE !! ive read many queerplatonic galaxy duo fanfics, but i think they're just romantically crushing on eachother and w time their relationship quickly escalated and neither of them wants to ask the big "what are we?" question. (plus, I hc every season of the series happens in a different season of the year, maybe in different years?? idk cause i didnt count for 3rd life but i dont think it would count as spring... ANYWAYS Last Life happens in Summer, for angst purposes)

Double Life: I don't wanna talk too much abt their relationship in DL cus it makes me so mentally ill, reminds me of sum personal lore in my life I wont get into, but I still love em. I hc soulmates have some shared features w their soulmates, different for everyone, like these two have the ends of their hair the color of the others hair. after the "divorce" Pearl tried to cut off that teal part but the ends just gew upwards, like the teal part just appeared in his new ends when moon cut off the old ones, so at the end he just used red dye to dye em red. Also I feel like they lowkey miss eachother even if both are too stubborn to talk to eachother and at least try to fix things. (winter. winter freezes. often killing all that in summer grew green)

Limited Life: Oh hoh ho... the drama is back but the toxicity is gone. frienemies, exes, a bit petty still but can joke about it for a lil, have forgiven eachother but at times still feel resentment. they live very far away, yet when they interact in person, if things are 1o1 and there isnt any of their allies nearby, gosh can the tension be cut with a knife. not only tension in the way or anger, but sometimes just being awkward around eachother, sometimes homosexual tension, sometimes homoerotic tension- (half joke, i wont talk abt nsfw stuff but theyre adults). They stare at eachother from across the room thinking either "i wanna punch you so bad" or "i would so go and kiss you right here right now", or both. However theyre still fairly friendly, its not the same as *Our Last Summer*, since they'll maybe pull petty pranks on eachother, specially the Nosy Neighbors on Mean Gills, with Pearl mostly having Scott's ever so slightly upset reaction, if even to get a groan or frown from him, tho he doesnt hate her anymore, its not like winter, thats in the past. Autumn comes and makes leafs fall... it gets rid of the dead waste of what winter killed, preparing for Spring...

Secret Life: ... for a new beginning. Spring comes along, a new, more lighthearted game at the start. After going through so much stuff together, everything they've overcome, "That's in the past" "It was a one time thing?" "Yeah, yeah" "Well, I'm glad we agree... glad we can move past that". And they start again, blank page, althrough clearly stained by past moments, they can look back at them fondly and joke around about it without hard feelings. Not only that, but they finally make up their minds, both of them get their shit together and can finally label their relationship, make it official... tho whats a game about secrets without some secrets of their own? So at first, with a bit of fear of what their allies would say, but also just in a way to keep privacy and get a laugh out of others confusions, they meet up in secret. Secret meetings at night or when their allies are out, whispering to eachother and giving eachother accomplice looks, finding hiden spots to sit down and talk. They're plenty suspicious in plain sight, but with all the reasons there could be for them to be hiding something? Maybe theyre up to no good! Maybe they're plotting destruction! Maybe its got to do with their tasks! Yeah, it drives the yellows mad in particular, trying to guess their tasks just to be told it couldnt be further from correct or that they already complited theirs. Now some participants are a bit oblivious, but others can put 2 and 2 together pretty quickly... they'd keep their mouths shut tho, cause seeing the others lose their mind trying to uncover their "plans" is quite the funny sight. Maybe some would get a push like a little knudge from Cleo "They're dating, Bdubs" "... OHHHH, SO THATS WHY". The Roomies all know for sure, Impulse suspects, to Gem and the Mounders it never crossed their minds, unsure about others tbh but thats what I know for sure. But yeah! Maybe at first they'd have a "Bad Idea" (from Waitress) moment, tho that song also could fit an ""afair"" in LimL from what ive talked with a friend, but yeah. They're destined to die anyways, since the finale means only one can win, and that winner is neither of them, but they'll meet in the next game. Tilly next time. Or, Tilly death does them part...

... except not, cause not even death can do that, cause they are able to find eachother in every single universe, no matter the circumstances, even if their situation isnt ideal in some, they're always together, in one way or another. Lets Talk about: RWBY Volume 9 Ep 1

Oh boy we are in for something this season and I don’t mean that in purely good terms.

Firstly lets get out what I liked about this episode, I did love that they’re not going for the whole ‘group gets separated and takes forever to find each other’ trope. With what i think is happening I don’t think it woulda worked in the long run, personally i’ve grown to slightly dislike the trope but that’s just me.

Then there was this line towards the end of the episode.

“If you thought we wouldn’t come for you you must have forgotten who raised me.”

Something that doesn’t get acknowledged enough in my opinion is how much Yang had to take care of Ruby once Summer died. Qrow was out doing Ozpin missions and missions in general and Tai was a depressed—and theorized— drunk who wasn’t looking after his kids. That left Yang to look after and care for a young Ruby Rose for a long time.

We don’t know exactly how long but it lead to her trying to seek out Raven to try and fix her family so she wouldn’t have to shoulder that burden anymore. Even after Qrow saved her Yang didn’t stop looking after Ruby in her own way—at that point, although i think the show doesn’t show it enough cause i want more, the two were sisters but also had a slight parental child situation going on in their own way.

Now for my favorite part of the episode.

I know they only have ten episodes this season ,which is the shortest season ever in RWBY, but I am REALLY hoping they do Rubys mental breakdown well. I saw hints of it last volume and after everything?

After losing again, the whole complicated thing with Ironwood, the reveal of what the hound was and what that might mean for her mother and now losing Penny AGAIN?

Losing Penny after doing literally everything they could to save her, succeeding in saving her and not being there for her final moments a SECOND time? Well—the way her voice sounded dead when she woke back up probably said everything.

I’ve said before that Ruby either needs to step back and let others take control or have a mental breakdown to further her character growth. With how things are looking they are definitely going with the latter and I hope they do it right since, from the opening, it looks like it’s going to be a heavy focus.

See how she gets further and further away from the group as they go through the areas we’re going to see in the show? And how when everyone else in the team looked bright and hopeful in their solo openings that go through their Volume changes she’s the only one with her back turned?

They are trying to hype up this aspect of the volume and i hope they do it well because once agin they only have ten episodes and most of this episode seemed...off.

Guess that’s a good segway to the negatives eh? Okay so it’s the first episode and I’m not going to lambast it because imma give it room to get better—but I can’t be the only one who noticed the VARIOUS off things in this episode right?

I don’t wanna talk about the opening so imma skip it but It felt like as soon as we shifted to Weiss and Blake the animation took a weird nosedive. There was that moment when they’re trying to get Gambol Shroud and it sounded like the VAs were being held at gunpoint.

It was adorable yes but felt off watching it a second time for analysis.

The animation in the mices were fucking—good lord I aint even gonna get into it but it’s the first episode and imma let it slide by the thinnest of hairs for now.

Another thing I didn’t like is—well i’m not sure if i’m right but that new girl is Neo right? The girl in shadow at the head of the group in the OP and at the end has to be Neo right? If so i feel like they should have saved how she looked like for her first appearance in the actual show. Also, if it turns out that’s not Neo but instead a reincarnation of Pennys soul or some shit i am going to lose my god damned mind.

Naylo, loml, could you pretty please briefly summarize the first three seasons of Stranger things so I can just jump into the fourth?? Please and thank you

Here are some things I know already:

Steve is a man whore apparently but also basically the babysitter? Nancy has a gun? That dude with the bowl cut is gay for Mike but Mike likes Eleven? Aren't Lucas and Max together?

I'm really scratching my head here.. although I guess I could just google it...

I don't wanna binge watch the first 3 seasons cause I know Eddie's not in them. I am totally not a simp, and I enjoy things normally btw

Abby, moon to my stars, imma try my best to summarize everything (im sorry it’s hella long😭)

here is also a video that you can watch that will summarize everything much easier :)

season one:

- so this group of kids (mike, lucas, dustin, and will) love to play dungeons and dragons. one night after coming home from mike’s house, will missing without a trace

-like the next night, mike, lucas, and dustin find this mysterious bald-headed girl named eleven who escaped from dr.brenner, a man she called papa and the head scientist of the lab she escaped from. the boys feel like eleven’s appearance is somehow connected to will’s disappearance

-will’s mom and older brother, joyce and jonathan, are both very distraught by will’s death but joyce kinda goes crazy over it

- meanwhile sometime time later mike’s older sister nancy and her friend barbra go to a small party hosted by nancy’s boyfriend steve (who’s popular at their school and is basically a bully at this point). at that same party, while steve and nancy are off having sex (😒), barbra also goes missing w/out a trace

-it’s also important to mention that jonathan was in the woods taking pictures and happened to stumble upon steve’s house where he took pictures of steve and nancy from the window (hella weird). ones of his pictures depicts a strange figure near barbra right before she disappeared

- felling guilty over her friend’s disappearance, nancy goes to jonathan in hopes of trying to figure out the disappearances (this is where she get all badass and starts messing w/ guns and shit). together they figure out how that that strange figure in one of his photos has something to do with it

-it’s also important to mention that the kids figure out that eleven had telekinetic powers (i forgot how but this is important)

-back w/ joyce, she’s going frantic over her son and is convinced that he’s somehow still alive (even thought his dead body was “found”) and is trying to talk to her through the lights

-through will’s perspective, we see that he’s stuck in an alternate dimension called the upside down where everything’s the same but it’s basically a dark and hazy ghost town with demonic creatures all over the place. unlike barbra, he managed to survive and hide out in the alternate version of his home where is was able to send his mom a signal through the lights

-due to joyce’s persistence, the the leader of the disappearance cases and cheif of police, hopper, goes to the morgue and cuts open will’s dead body to find out that the “body” isn’t real and is just a dummy full of stuffing. this leads to him actually believe her and them teaming up to find out what the hell is going on

-it’s kinda not really improvement to mention that steve and nancy find out about the weird ass pictures jonathan took of them and Steve fought him about it. nancy was defending jonathan tho (bc they became friends over the course of that mystery solving) and steve is like🤨.

-back w/ the kids, i don’t really remember wtf is going on with them but just know the lab she escapes from is out to get her

-something something later jonathan and nancy are in joyce’s house fighting a demogorgan, one of the weird demonic things from the upsized down that came through a gate (like a portal that connects the two words). steve shown up all of a sudden to apologize to nancy and teams up w/ them to beat the shit out of the demogorgon. this leads to him kinda joining their little team

-yeah im ngl the earlier seasons are really fuzzy to me bc i watched them back in like 2017. just know that eleven is presumed to be dead and they end up getting will back. also joyce and hopper found out that this government research center called hawkins lab had something to do with the will’s disappearance and the creation of the upside down (i forgot how💀)

season two:

-i don’t really remember much from this season but just know that this season takes place like a year later. something called the mind flayer possessed will from his upside down days and started controlling him more and more

-it is revealed to the audience that eleven is actually alive and hopper basically unofficially adopted her. they have been secretly in a cabin in the woods bc the lab is still looking for her😪

-meanwhile this girl names max and her racist ass older step-brother billy are new to hawkins. billy basically has beef w/ steve bc he wants to take his place as the “king of hawkins high” and max becomes friends w/ lucas, dustin, and mike

-it’s important to mention that will is basically bedridden cuz he’s sick (even tho it’s really just the miss flayer eating away at home from the inside)

-joyce goes to one of the doctors of hawkins lab (i forgor his name but he’s important in season 4) and is like “what’s wrong with my boy🤨???” and he basically says it’s relay to the upside down

-back w/ hopper and eleven, they get into a fight and she runs away from home. she ends up in some city where she finds her sister who also grew up with her him the lab and has powers. on her little soul searching journey, eleven finds out that her real name is jane and she had a mom but the lab gave her shock therapy making (bc she tried to find her daughter) this making her go crazy

-back in hawkins, nancy and steve breakup. in an effort to get her back he shows up to her house to apologize where he meets dustin (this is where he get a character arc and people start calling him the babysitter) and gets dragged along to help him and his find his pet baby demogorgon (bc he had that for some reason???) before it terrorizes the town

-anyways i think it’s joyce and hopper who find out that the reason the mind flayer had such a hold on will is bc there’s a gate to the upside down that’s still open (and the only one who can close it is eleven)

-anyways eleven comes back from her lil trip and steve is left watching the kids (mike, dustin, lucas, and max) while joyce is off with will and hopper takes eleven to close the gate w/ her powers

-while steve is with the kids, billy shows up outta nowhere looking for his step-sister. he storms in the house and starts besting the shit outta steve (cuz remember they got beef) and once he’s done w/ steve he immediately starts attacking lucas for handing around max (he told her not to hand out with “his kind” some time earlier)

-anyway max ends up being the one to put billy down and the gang and up stealing his car to go set fire to this thing thats attracting the demogorgans (idk i forgot about allat)

-and then eleven closes the gate and will gets unpossessed and everything is good🙂

season three:

-okay so everything isn’t really all that good

-so there’s a really big mall that opens up in town and steve, having graduated high school, gets a summer job where we meet his coworker robin

-i forgot to mention that mike and eleven and lucas and max got together back in season two

- dustin finds some message in russian and he, steve and robin are able to decode it. this leads them to find out that the mall is actually a cover up for a russian operation going on underneath it. also note that lucas’s younger sister erica tags along w/ them and becomes a main character

-in this season, nancy and jonathan are relevant again and are dating. they have an summer job as interns for a newsletter and after some investigating, they find out that the mind flayer is still possessing people

- joyce and hopper also somehow figure out that russians are involved w/ the upside down stuff and basically abduct a russian scientist they found in a secret lab. they go to the town theory conspirator murray who is able to translate what the russian guy is saying

-billy is off somewhere and ens up being the first person fully possessed by the mind flayer. through him, the flayer is able to possess more and more people

-the kids figure out something’s up and end up teaming w/ nancy and jonathan to figure out what’s going on

- back with steve and dustin anc all of them, steve and robin end up getting kidnapped and the russian guys are like “who do you work for😡” and steve’s like “an ice cream shop😩” and then they just beat the shit outta him and drug them up so they can be tortured for information. dustin and erica save them before that happens tho and they all escape back to the mall

-the scientist guy w/ joyce and hopper and Murray lowkey ends up siding w/ them and confesses how to get to the russian lab where they’re experimenting with another open gate to the upside down

-the scientist guy ends up getting killed off and hopper, joyce, and murray go off undercover to the lab to close the gate

-back with nancy and them, all the possessed people (except billy) basically morph into the gross blob that personifies the mind flayer chases them down

-(not important but good to know) while robin and steve are all drugged up and he ends up confessing to her that he has a crush in her she she’s like “mm no🤭🏳️‍🌈” and basically admits that she’s lesbian. i also forgot to mention that will and mike got into a fight way earlier in the season bc all will wanted to do was hang out w/ his original friends and play d&d but mike wanted to hang out with his girlfriend eleven. all of a sudden mike was like “it’s not my fault you don’t like girls🤬” which basically tells us that will is gay

-ANYWAYS everyone finds themselves at the mall so they can close the gate. the big gross mind flayer thing is still hunting then down but billy sacrifices himself to save them. his lil sacrifice doesn’t really do shit and eleven ends up being the one killing it(💀). it’s makes her loose her powers

-back with joyce and her little group, her and hopper are left having to close the gate but hopper has to go down and fight some russian guy trying to killing them. joyce is left having to close the gate by herself while hopper is hella close to it. this leaves the audience to assume that he’s dead (in season 4 it’s revealed that he’s not dead and was actually just captured by russians)

-at the end of the season it shows all the kids helping joyce, will, and jonathan move out of their house bc they’re tired of dealing with everything. eleven is also going to live with them bc her surrogate dad (hopper) is “dead”

that pretty much all i can remember. it turned out hella long so i don’t expect you to read all of this🚶🏿‍♂️

ANYWAY, the reason I bring all this up in an OC fact trade is they get a kiddo! Wave built them a robot kid named Leaf. 🥰 They told Wave not to program Leaf to be a fantastic Extreme Gear boarder, and she complied... by making Leaf a fantastic mechanic/inventor instead. But anyway, they pass Leaf back and forth between each other on a schedule.

Leaf keeps building Big inventions that either make fishing more efficient or would allow him to catch more fish at once because the poor kid hasn't quite grasped why Big fishes and they want to help their dad do it better. They mean well though, so Big always appreciates the gesture.

He’s very much into robotics and even managed to amke his own robotic hand, he was born with disfigured that got removed so he just went fuck it imma make my own hand. And you know that while hsi creations of robotics are a wonder of science and engineering... he still has his moments. He either makes the most stupid memeist things because of boredom or the internet. Like a goddamn screaming roomba (if you know the reference i love you). He knows more memes and more about internet culture than his own son but he adores his son. He has moments where his depression will get really bad and he’ll become dead inside but he stilll tries his best to be there for his son even with his issues and will drag himself out of bed for him (AND NOT MICROWAVE HIS GODDAMN CHILD FROM A BAD DREAM GOD FUCKING DAMMIT LOCKE.
