nah. he wouldn't have anything he cares about enough to put on his skin Forever and he's not impulsive enough to get one without a design he really likes. also cherish wouldn't even notice with the type of shit she's got going on, but if she Did, her recognition that he did something as extreme as getting a tattoo in an attempt to annoy her would wrap back around into him losing because the rule of Sibling Irritation Battles is that if you're a tryhard at your own expense about it you end up losing points. subtlety and subterfuge is a necessary aspect. also i put ten bucks on him having unexamined hang-ups about not Doing Things to his own body. if he gets injured fighting that's whatever but no piercings, no tattoos, no drinking, no drugs, etc, in his body is a fairly hard rule he mostly-unconsciously keeps. and also yeah he would find getting one boring/irritating
