Strange story: I was at work the other day and dunkirk was playing on the tv and I was gushing and being very loud. So this coworker, was like, Cristal are you okay? And I was like YES! There’s Harry! I love him. And she was like, the first thing she said was like, “Is he gay? He’s gay isn’t he.” I KID YOU NOT. My brain malfunction so I was like after 10 seconds of silence “yea he is.” I for sure can’t remember what the specifics of Harry’s sexuality is. And she was like “is he dating someone?” SO MY BRAIN WAS LIKE “do I start larrying or WHAT?!” and in the end, I was like “yeah with his bandmate for since the beginning of his career” and she was like “but he has a gf?” AND I WAS LIKE YEA UM “yeah its pr, like mutually beneficial contract only” and then she was like what’s the bandmate look like, so your miss girl here pulled up a photo of Louis and the first thing she saw was this article about larry where their faces side by side and the first thing she said “OH THEY LOOK ALIKE” so once again miss girl’s brain malfunction and I was like… “what????” and she asked “how long have they been together?” and so like a loon, I said “um—over a decade.” my little larrie heart busrt a little when she said “Ahh, no wonder.” And then after a few minutes she was like “do I know the women he’s pr with???” and so I listed all the names, miss girl was SHOCKED. but ok, we’re alright and then she was like “Ahh it’s okay if he’s not out. His choice.” CRISTAL HERE GOT DEFENSIVE A LITTLE BECAUSE MY BABIES, THE HORROR THEYVE GONE THROUGH. And so I said, “um—closeting is not his fault??” and she then said “but why does he need all these pr???” and so with the patient of an angel, I told him “do you even know how homophobic the entertainment industry is?????!!!”

Anyways, that’s my short story. My point is, how do you let everyone know you’re a larry in a concert without telling them that you very explicitly? And what do you wear???

so like... at a concert, it depends on which concert you're talking about lmaoooo if it's a harry concert, you wear some louis merch and bring all the rainbows. if it's a louis concert, you wear harry's rainbow tpwk tee and again bring all the rainbows. that...... well i feel like that usually gets the point across lolllll but as for what i wear, again if it's a harry/louis (or in the old days, 1d lol) concert i wear all the rainbows. i have big rainbow, bi, and ace flags so i usually rotate between those, i have my eye makeup and nails usually done in the colors of one of those flag options, and then i'm usually also participating in a rainbow fan project, so i'm then also passing out rainbows. so i am essentially a walking rainbow. i also figure that is like... half the job done, yeah? i still bring rainbows to niall's shows too btw but they are much smaller usually and not as overt. because niall's shows just don't feel the same as harry and louis' lolololol and honestly, who needs to advertise as a larrie at a niall show anyway? hahaha

but yeah. i actually tend to more just try to advertise myself as PRIDE FRIENDLY rather than a larrie specifically, but i did once (or... twice i think actually) wear harry's rainbow tpwk tee to a louis show. and one of them was in detroit in 2022 and louis defo pointed at me a few times because it took me a hot minute to recognize and admit to myself that he really was trying to point at me hahahahaha i'd worn the shirt as a snarky way to get back at an anon that i didn't plan to advertise anywhere and i was never going to let the anon know even... i hadn't planned on wearing it to any of the louis shows, i just brought it to wear with my friends on travel days hahaha you probably don't care about any of this lololol

Ramblings about this fic below the cut!!

Alright, so I think Bucky’s fame comes so fast it knocks them on their asses. Like it’s great at first, he’s winning matches left and right, he’s in all the papers, he’s trending on various platforms, TV interviews, podcast sessions, radio shows, merch, people throwing their underwear at him LOL. He’s THE guy suddenly.

And like that’s fine, hell Sam’s even enjoying it, seeing that sexy little smirk when he’s talking cheeky to the press, the glint in his eyes whenever he mentions his coach.

So then naturally some fancy gym, some big-time coach with a huge reputation and an even huger budget offers to train Bucky—and like this would be the opportunity of a lifetime, world titles guaranteed—but Bucky still chooses Sam.

I can see this creating a bit of tension because Sam tells him to go for it but Bucky is adamant that yeah he wants to win the world champs but he’ll do it with Sam. And maybe this means training harder, jumping through hoops for sponsors, but he has no doubt that him and Sam can do it together.

Sam would absolutely feel like he’s not doing enough, even in the fic he’s got a lot of reservations for a lot of reasons. His fear of what happened to Riley possibly happening to Bucky too, the guilt, the “I shouldn’t be responsible for this kid’s career” So he would push and push for Bucky to join the other team, to let the big-time coach train him and get him to the world champs.

Bucky would get pretty frustrated about it. I imagine an argument about it because how many damn times does he have to tell Sam you’re it. He’s starting to think Sam wants him to go. So, pissed off as hell, he says fine, I’ll give you what you want, and storms out. And maybe the next day there’s a press conference where Bucky’s supposed to announce he’s joining the big-time coach because that’s the logical decision and what Sam—and the whole country tbh—expects him to do.

So Bucky’s sitting on the panel, grumpy. Sam’s sitting at home, moping because look, that’s his guy. He hates thinking of some other asshole taking Bucky in. (Conveniently he’s going to remember all those steamy training sessions they had at the start, being up close and very personal with Bucky, that time they fucked in his office) and he’s going to be hating on Big-Time Coach for no good reason lmao.

Then, when the reporter finally asks him about the potential contract with Big-Time Coach, and if he’s got something to announce regarding the rumors, Bucky leans into the mic and says “Yeah.” And like everyone gasps and starts scribbling on their little pads.

At home, Sam’s heart drops and he’s on his feet before he realizes, watching that TV with rapt attention. Suddenly his world is narrowed to a 70-inch flat screen. And maybe this is the moment he realizes what matters the most and how hard-headed he’s been and now he might lose everything because he keeps underestimating himself and letting his doubts get the better of him.

And then Bucky says, “I ain’t going anywhere.” And he looks straight into the camera. He knows Sam’s watching. “I go all the way to the top with Sam Wilson, and Sam Wilson only, or I don’t go anywhere at all.”

Sam’s relieved, has to sit down maybe because that was close and now he wants nothing more than to have Bucky back home with him and much later Bucky will come home and still be grumpy as hell, glaring at Sam from across the room and Sam will try to soften him with some sweet talk but all he wants to do it take Bucky into his arms and kiss him stupid.

Maybe Sam breaks the ice with “Sam Wilson and Sam Wilson only, huh?” while they’re standing around the kitchen island pecking at dinner and avoiding eye contact. And bucky will roll his eyes and say “Did I stutter?” and Sam will get an instant boner—no ok, he’d go over to Bucky and say “No sweetheart. No you didn’t” and kiss him.

Grueling training for the world champs starts the next week. Grueling. Bucky regrets everything and Sam thinks it’s really funny wearing a shirt that says “Sam Wilson Only”

1. are you named after anyone?

Grandma originally named me after her little sister who died in early childhood. She was babysitting and blamed herself for that accident.

But that was too dull, widespread, and didn’t felt mine, so my nomatophobia started progressing. Finally I renamed myself after Fairytopia Barbie. Best friend started calling me Elina in 2008, when I was pretty much into Barbie movies fandom. It stuck, I started telling everyone it was my actual name, even at work. Then finally changed it legally and never regretted. 

Barbie movies is everything, yeah.

2. when was the last time you cried?

One weekend ago.

3. do you have kids?

Nope, and it’s most probable I won’t. Already in my 30s, didn’t start wanting/regretting yet. I like kids, kids are like flowers, but let them bloom in someone else’s garden. 

4. do you use sarcasm a lot?

Not really. Being neurodivergent, I have troubles with a sense of humour in general. Many things feel more offensive than funny to me, and if I try it myself, it might be rather insulting than funny... So only with closer friends, I guess.

5. what sports do you play/have you played?

Drinking games, lol.

Not a fan of sports and competitions. I prefer fitness\wellness, where you don’t have to compete or show off. Never liked team games as well. As a kid, I enjoyed tennis or badminton a bit, but again, just for fun.

I do yoga a bit, would like to excercise more though.

6. what's the first thing you notice about other people?

Style, clothing, hair, accessories. Whether they have some fandom\music\etc merch on. This way I might identify them as the ones like me, the ones worth talking to - at first sight.

I can be generally cautious, even hostile, about people, esp males and elders. And in general, I prefer meeting people online or in some safe spaces / meetups where everyone shares some interests/hobbies/fandoms. It’s easier for me.  

7. eye color?

blue gray. and I do wear color lenses - need them to see things anyway, so why not have fun with colors? Last year I had red ones and wore them casually.

8. scary movies or happy endings?

Happy and clever endings that give you food for thought and make you feel feelings - I’ve been a long time Pixar fan, you know.

There was time I’ve been into mystic horrors, some years ago, but now I’m old and tired even for them. LIfe is a dystopia by itself, I need more kind stuff.

(don’t watch movies much these days, I prefer games).

Some say I am outstanding and bold,and that I have great creative potential, and that I inspire some people just by being myself... IDK.

I’m a a self-taught seamstress, I’ve been sewing most of my life (because I always loved creating things myself & from my very childhood wanted some unusual clothes that couldn’t be purchased in regular stores). At times, I took comissions, then were 5 years of cosplaying.

I’m into corsetry (waist-training and making corsets myself).

And drawing, of course.

Nope. Used to have an aquarium in the past.

When do you think the Monster High show will be on Paramount+ and other watching places? Apparently its not up anywhere, the live watching times have passed already. Does it have a different release on Paramount+ than Nick? (Just really curious. I really was the watch it lol)

I feel you! I don't have Cable so I purchased "The Monstering" on Youtube for $2 (I don't need to see it in HD)

I have Paramount + and according to the Nick Live website it SAYS that 17 Monster High titles are going to be added in October, WELP it's November 1st and as of right now the only Monster High media on Paramount + is A New Ghoul @ School and The Live Action Monster High Movie.

What is the truth Nickelodeon!?

The Movie aired pretty regularly all during October However, according to the TV Guide Website it is not airing on Nickelodeon in the next 14 days. So if you wanna watch the movie you might have get Paramount + (use the free trial f you got it) or buy the movie outright which might be a challenge because I don't think it will be getting a DVD release since studios hate physical media (I HOPE I am wrong, dear god let me be wrong.) Hulu has the movie as well but only with the Nickelodeon live TV add on, Regular Hulu won't help you.

The Monster High Animated series SHOULD be on Paramount +, it's a nickelodeon property and we are 2 episodes deep with a 3rd on the way Friday. The fact that it's not is very annoying. I shouldn't have to pay to watch it on YouTube when I am already paying for Paramount + but I did.

Now, I don't want to advocate for Piracy because it's "wrong" or whatever.

But sometimes piracy is your only viable option. And with it becoming increasingly obvious it will be our only option with Physical Media breathing it's last breath as more and more companies refuse to make DVDs and/or Blu-Rays and even more companies pulling content (that many have already purchased) from their libraries with no way of getting the content you purchased back. Did you like Final Space? No you didn't because currently? you can't buy it anywhere!... things are looking grim for a lot of shows.

So I don't want to tell you to download these things illegally. But at the same time... I'm not your parents.

THAT BEING SAID! if you chose this route (and I'm not saying you should) You are absolutely morally obligated to support the series in other ways. I don't like resorting to these methods, I'm a content creator myself as are many of my friends but sometimes our hand is forced. so IF you choose to go down this path, you absolutely must watch the show through proper channels as soon as you are able to, create fan art, stories, cosplay for the show, send some nice messages to the creators, buy the dolls, toys, merch, make up, anything! Bully Nickelodeon and tell them you want DVDs! Blow up Paramount + and demand they air the content you're paying for in a timely fashion! Harass Mattel and tell them to do better with their product!

Remember Kids: it's okay to bully soulless corporate entities! But do not under any circumstances bother the Actors or Voice Actors they don't have the power to change anything and they are real people with real feelings. I saw what y'all did to Lagoona's voice actor and that shite was wrong.

Now, I am going to watch "The Monstering" on my purchased youtube pass, Because despite the fact that I pay for Paramount + it's not on there. And if that is how I have to watch the show then so be it because I'm not waiting 9 months for them to add it to Paramount + all in one big drop the same way I have to wait for Rick and Morty on Hulu, I won't do it and I shouldn't have too. the rest of you?

My English is so weak but here we go

Ok idk how to start... I guess by the beginning lol. First, I need to mention how did I queque, my lovely friend Sofia (a veteran solo Louie) and her friends started to camp one week before the show and she added me on her list and also @frhkh's (other veteran solo Louie, so cool ik) so I had to go some days before the show to take care of my place (I know, please don't come at me) and damn let me tell you there was so many people there, like it was so crowded days before the show!! Louies went crazy!

Ok so the day of the show I got there so early (I had to get out of home before 5 am!!!) When I arrived the place was so full, and it was covered in rainbows 🥺 I think it's so beautiful how Peruvian louies started pride month with Louis 💞💞 then journalist came and interviewed a lot of fans like they interviewed a girl next to me that came from Ecuador JUST to see Louis!! (Actually I kinda of appeared on tv too kskksk) we had to be there for hours !! We would scream like crazy everytime we saw a black van thinking Louis was inside🤣🤣 I still can feel the excitement when we heard the band soundcheck and Louis sing, we were so confused cause some said it wasn't him but I KNEW it was him!!!

Let me tell you I may love the sun but it was so hot waiting there even if it was already autumn and Lima is always grey but I guess that's Louis' supernatural effect in the weather!! Then by around 2 pm they told us to get inside, I even couldn't go to have lunch cause they were issues at the queque and if we moved we could have loose our spots ;( ( please never do that, it was so irresponsible, always eat before shows!!) Also Move concerts was so irresponsible for that, they told us months before that the doors would be open at 6 pm and many fans like my friend couldn't arrive at time so they lost their spots at the line. But anyways, once we got inside they made us form other long lines and some people from merch would get close and ask those who wanted to get merch (I didn't get any ) that's when Joshua came out 🥺🥺 he was so cute!! He is so tall too ??? We screamed like crazy and he smiled at us a lot 😊 then Sun Room did their soundcheck (they are so cute too!!) And the band came back for another soundcheck around 4 pm, one of the big curtains kind of fell because there was so much wind and we could see Michael 😏 he was so fine!! then they FINALLY let us go inside and we run like crazy I was so scare of fall and die lmao!! But still I got barricade !! I couldn't believe it like I was so close ??? Omg I still get shivers everytime I remember that feeling of being inside. Louis' pre show playlist is so fckin good I was dancing with other girls to RHCP, fatm and oasis, it was so lovely. Then Sun Room came and they were so fun!! Like their cover of blitzkrieg bop made all of us jump and dance !!! It was so fckin cool! their set was great. And finally, it was time for the man, I can't even describe how it felt to see Louis come on stage!! We just went insane, the screams were so loud it was unbelievable like out of this world, we all screamed every we made it word, seeing Louis wear a turtleneck so close to me almost send me to the hospital lmao I never screamed so hard, Louis live just hits different!! Like it's fuckin crazy how good he is like this man is a rockstar. I started crying so hard when only the brave came, that moment was so breathtaking and fearless?? Omg that song isn't real!! Michael and Steve were beasts!! Louis is so fckin beautiful, he is an angel!! He just looks so beautiful! His hair, his eyelashes, his body AND HIS VOICE!! so soft so sweet oh I was dying sister I WAS DYING!! The begging of KMM just killed me completely, that live guitar is just... Wow!! I was so close to touch him but someone fainted and security had to take her out quickly so Louis was not able to come to my side ;( once the show was over I realized that I had never been happier in my life!! Those almost two hours were the best time of my life. Once the show was over I reunited with my best friend that was in campo b, we got out of the venue and I finally met @frhkh we hugged so hard and screamed about Louis, we couldn't believe it!! Like everything felt so surreal!!! I can't wait to see Louis again!!! Best day of my life.

I. Would like to ask for a (romantic) match-up if that's okay 👁 because I've been into mystic messenger since I was...God, 15? Way back when it first came out. I'm in my early 20's now and once again replaying. These characters will forever hold my heart, I swear.

Okay. I'm not so sure where to start with this? I'm a college student, studying alternative medicine. Wanting to become a business owner in the future. (Herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, etc.) I started this all because I watched a show one time where the girl was an herbalist, and I was like "wow I wish that was a real job." BUT THEN 5 MIN OF RESEARCH AND IT WAS I WAS MINDBLOWN, anyways so I've been at it for a couple of years, very passionate about it. I love to give my friends and family Herbal remedies to try and stuff, it makes me happy. On top of this, I love crystal healing (like reiki!) And I've been learning a lot of stuff like tarot and palm readings!

I have essentially two sides, pinky where I am my melody in the flesh, and then my kuromi side where I wear more HARDCORE fits (the hard-core in question: dark purple and black sweaters and black mini skirts lol). So just overall very girly. I'd say my main aesthetics are Cottagecore (currently redoing my room in all mushroom and strawberry themes!), fairycore, and then a whole lot of sanrio.

My humor? Awful. Bad. "Unfunny" except I'm actually hilarious. I tend to have a bit of darker humor, and I make a lot of dirty jokes. My friends say I have the humor of a 12 year old boy JAOSKEJDJD SO THERE IS THAT. I'm pretty energetic too!

I'm a writer in my free time, and though I say I like to read, I mainly just read fanfiction. I tend to get these characters I really like and obsess over them extremely for a long time. I get merch of them, I write about them, I stay up for longgg periods of time reading about them. Yeah it's bad, and even when I do one day date someone I ain't giving up my fictional men so they gotta deal, hahaha.

I struggle with explaining and showing my emotions. I grew up in a family where communication was not much of a thing, we either got mad and blew up at each other or gave each other the silent treatment. And I never liked this. Even when I'd cry they would get angry about it, and don't get me wrong they're great parents and I love them dearly, but communication and feelings have just always been hard with them, and therfor awful for me. I try my best though, I really do. And that's why in a relationship I desperately need someone patient and at least decent at communicating. Even when I'm bad. I mean I struggle to hug people and tell them how much I care about them a lot because of how I grew up, but I try so hard!!! I wanna break this cycle and have a healthy relationship!!!

I will add though I do somehow enjoy deep conversations. Like we could be talking about stupid stuff one second and then switch to a talk about our deepest life regrets or talk about just how we think the universe works. I like learning about how others think.

I let people walk all over me, I struggle to say no and I take on a lot more than I can handle sometimes to please other people. Anddd then inevitably burn out and isolate for a while. It's my toxic trait that I also need to work on lol.

But overall I'd say I'm fairly outgoing? I love love to talk and ramble about stuff. I'm not sure how much of this media you know but in case it helps my highest kins are Taiga (from Toradora), and then Hu Tao and Ganyu from genshin HOW I KIN BOTH OF THEM IDK I got two sides. My outside personality: Hu Tao vibe, my inside personality: Ganyu. And then Taiga is just actually so me ive never related to a character so hard. Ignore this part if you don't know the media :3

My love language is gift giving, I love to give people things and make people baked goods and write them things and aaa I just love it. Problem is I hate when people give things to me in return which they often feel like they have to. It just makes me feel bad and awkward to recieve gifts, it's another thing I need to work on. Receiving wise I'd love someone who's love language is....actually?? I'm not so sure?? I'd appreciate any, but I feel like quality time is the most important to me.

I'm a bit adventurous, while I like spending days at home I also like to go places and just explore and have fun. Being cooped up inside too much usually puts me in a depression, as I extremely found out during covid. I like to enjoy places with pretty scenery and nature over cities however, crowds do stress me out and I'm a teensy bit of a germaphobic (I say teensy but it's actually kind of not teensy. An awful habit I have is scrubbing my hands raw so they are always dry and in pain. Ironic for someone studying alt. medicine, huh? WORKING TO OVERCOME THOUGH)

I like to watch anime and play games like honkai impact and genshin impact. I love to cosplay pretty characters and go to conventions, I do tend to dress not so modestly however. Cosplays especially I wear revealing ones. My latest cosplan is Elysia from Honkai, her herrscher outfit specifically. I'm just decently confident(-ish) with my body and I like to show it off sometimes.

I fear this is becoming long so I wrap it up. In a relationship I DO NOT want kids. I do however want and value marriage. I need someone patient with me and understanding, and ideally affectionate? I love to dote on people and be doted on in return. And yeah! That's about all I got! I'm excited to see who my Kait assigned soulmate is, hehe. Whoever you pick I am 1000% gonna redo the route of. (Unless they're routeless, in which case fanfic time.)

 Edward had been a fool to think, even for just one moment, that Étienne would remain a permanent part of his day to day forever. The fact that he’d been able to get this much time with him was a damn miracle and he knew he shouldn’t be greedy, but Edward had gotten used to this strange roommate of his. Had even – developed feelings for him.

 Unfortunately, as the saying went, all good things came to an end, and so, as it happened, somewhere at the start of June, it was time for Étienne to head back to Montréal.

 Étienne would have stayed, or so he said, but the band’s manager had booked them a few park gigs back in the city. Something about giving the citizens a bit of joy after such a bleak spring. The concerts were outside and people would be socially distanced, but for as much as there was an option for concertgoers to see the show online, the band members needed to be present. Therefore, Étienne had to leave.

 Étienne had been excited to perform with his band mates again, but it meant that he had to head back home. And so, he’d purchased a return ticket and had packed up his things.

 “The place looks empty without all your stuff...” Edward played with the hem of his shirt while he looked around. Gone was the sheet music and the keyboard. Étienne’s sweatshirts were neatly folded and packed. His notebooks were stored away and every other little inconsequential item had been placed in its appropriate spot. It was almost as if he’d never been here.

 Edward didn’t want to imagine what it would be like once Étienne would be gone for good. Sure, it would be nice to have his space and quiet again, but – Étienne had been a good distraction and he wasn’t sure he wanted him gone. Edward wasn’t sure he could deal with his empty couch and emptier bed after so many weeks spent together.

 The man may have told him that he was willing to give whatever it was they were doing a shot, but it would be different with the distance. Étienne would return to his old life, would be surrounded with far more interesting people and – he would forget about him.

 Or – so Edward thought.

 “Think of it this way, you’ll be able to put back all your Les Maisons Neuves merch back on the walls.” Étienne grinned, pleased with himself and Edward rolled his eyes at him from his spot on the couch. Soon, they would get dressed to head to the airport, but – there were a few minutes left. A few more minutes where they could stretch this out.

 “Don’t let fame get to your head. I have other obsessions.”

 “Maybe, but I have it on good authority that I’m your current one.” As if to prove his point, Étienne draped himself over Edward’s shoulders and nuzzled the crook of his neck, before leaving a kiss or two. Edward may have flushed something fierce, but he took a hold of Étienne’s arms and gave his wrists a gentle squeeze.

 “Be careful, please...” He cautioned even though he’d told himself he wouldn’t – make a big deal out of Étienne’s departure. That he would keep his emotions to himself and break down once Étienne couldn’t see him anymore.

 “Promise.” Étienne reassured him, soft and sweet.  

 There were so many things he still wanted to tell Étienne; yet all the words died at the back of Edward’s throat and turned into tears that threatened to spill. His friend wasn’t going far even – they could still talk all the time, or almost. He was being silly and he knew it, yet the only thing he wanted to do was curl up in Étienne’s arms and let him hold him close.

 “And I promise this isn’t goodbye forever.” Étienne started softly, as if being able to read the worries that lingered in his mind, “I’ll be back to bother you before you know it. I’ll call you so often that you’ll run out of things to tell me.” He paused and simply held him for a moment, “I’ll write so many more songs just for you that you’ll eventually understand how much you mean to me.”

 Edward shifted and turned around, fully aware that his eyes were a watery mess, but he didn’t care. His time with Étienne was counted and therefore, he pulled Étienne down and held him as close as physically possible to him. He furrowed his face in his friend’s chest and tried to commit the sound of his beating heart and the scent of his body to his mind, before that too would feel like nothing but a distant dream.  

 “Just – promise me you’ll come back. That’s all I need.” As long as he could have this again, he would be fine.

Étienne held him just as close and maybe it was his imagination, but he swore he felt him tremble.

“I’ll be back before you know it.”

ACME Wildfire Tour (Constellations pt. 1) live show report

Hey guys, I was lucky enough to see Acme again after 2 years at their Constellations showcase in LA so I wanted to do a little report about it since it feels like forever since I went to a jrock concert TT A TT. It was a great time and I got a lot of cool stuff, so keep reading under the cut if you want to know more~

I was supposed to go with a few friends to this live but most of them ended up cancelling a few weeks before so I went alone. I was a little bit worried but I have traveled to that area on my own before so I knew how to get around. I arrived in Union at 5am the day of the show ;;;;;A;;;;;. I barely got any sleep but luckily was able to nap after checking into my room for the weekend. I woke up and grabbed some food/snack/shopped in Little Tokyo (Chinchikurin is so good btw I really recommend it!)

I had never been to the venue before and looking at the pictures from Maps I was a little weirded out since it looks like some warehouse in the middle of Skid Row. Once I was close I saw the line and instantly knew where to go. I walked right into the VIP line by pure chance! but then realized I had to check in at the front so they could mark my name from VIP list. It seems it was just the right time since everyone else decided to come afterwards and the lines kept stretching around the block.

After half an hour or so they started letting VIP line go in EXTREMELY FAST?! Yeah, they barely even checked our bags which was suspicious but I guess they just didn’t want to waste time or they would be behind schedule? Since it was a lineup of artists & not just ACME, there was multiple VIP lines for the other fans and the ACME line was a little confusing to get into, but i made it in by asking some people around. I keep forgetting just how TINY they look in person. They had the black suits with the crystals and glitter all over and I immediately spotted Chisa wearing red heels (you can peep in the picture). The line was not as big since I realized later most people came for Demondice (which I had no idea who they were until that night).

The photo op went by pretty quick and when it was my turn I said thank you for coming in japanese and they responded to me in english “Hiiii“ and “Thank you” It’s cute to see that theyre practicing their English for NA fans. I wish I could’ve talked to them more, but they were already signaling me to pose and I got my pictures taken. I didn’t know I could ask for individual photos until other people went after me and they got solos with Chisa, Hal etc. I was so shook LOL, but I didn’t want to make demands if I didn’t think they would be comfortable with it (that’s also why i kept my mask on too). At the other show I saw them at I also saw people getting solos but I thought that was part of their VIP pack or that it was mentioned to them. I might try that next time xDD. I also feel a little sad since I wanted to give Chisa a drawing but wasn’t able to complete it before the concert ;; so I think I will probably send it to him on twitter later. (follow here if you’d like) This is now the second time I miss out on that LOL.

During VIP line I also talked to some people and made a few friends just geeking about them. Regretting not getting their info later TT A TT. Christina and Oscar if you’re looking at this let me know! We were wondering when we would get our VIP gift as well since we waited at merch line after getting out photos. I decided to ditch it after a while so I could get to the front of the stage before GA got let in. It was a good call since the show started not much later. The first performer was Shihori which I barely knew but I vibed to their songs. There was mic issues at the start of most sets, but the crowd was still hyping them up until everything was fine.

Next came ACME’s set and I was already super pumped and little warmed up from the last set. I could tell after a few songs that most of the crowd wasn’t their fans, but a good chunk of us were towards the front and kamite end because you could see the synchronized headbangs and furi. I’m still trying to find the set list for their show since I forget the order of most songs but the ones that were most memorable were Houkago no Shiiku, Enchanted, Zesshououka, and the final song with Shihori as special guest. I even brought my fan so I could furi to Zesshououka while most people just used their hands. I caught Chisa smiling during that one since we were doing everything in sync. It’s honestly one of the most fun songs to hear live. I took a few short videos and photos but for most of the night I barely reached for my phone since I wanted to enjoy the show. I don’t know if I was enjoying myself too much but it felt like such a short set and the fact that there was 5 other people still left to perform meant that they each got less than an hour probably.

At any rate I still stayed at the front of the stage until the end of Teddyloid’s set since he was the only other artist that I knew from the line up (and he was #5 on the lineup TT A TT) He played Fly Away and Anarchy which were the most fun for me, but still wished he had done the theme for Scanty and Kneesocks ;’(. Either way, after his set I was feeling way too dehydated so I abandoned my spot and got water from the bar then also picked up my VIP signed poster and magnet at the merch table. It suddenly felt like it got way more crowded after Demondice came out because I was being pressed against the bar and my head was ringing super loud even with ear plugs on. The whole day had caught up to me by then. I just heard the Demondice set from the back since I was too short to catch a glimpse of anything. After she was done people just LEFT the venue within two minutes. At least 1/4 of the crowd stayed after since there was a  closing DJ and/or they wanted to buy merch. I caught one of my other VIP line buddies Candace and talked a bit before finally getting some rides back. It all ended around 2am like we had imagined. I kept looking at my photos with ACME on the way back like an idiot hehe. Luckily I got more sleep that night but the headache didn’t go away until almost 2 days later.

Overall had an amazing time and I was glad that I got to be in the front row for them for a second time. Hopefully this will bring in some new fans for them in the future since I want to keep catching their NA tours whenever I can. I still think about how I missed the one in 2021 but alas. I’m a little more prepared now x). I will try to come back and update this with the set list if I can find it anywhere.

WRECKS ANON HERE OMG OMG idk what time it is there it’s currently night time as i’m sending this but HOW WAS THE CONCERT TELL ME EVERYTHING!!1!!

HI!! i just woke up and seeing this made me so happy because i NEED to talk about it, everything is under the cut so people dont have to scroll pass all of this if they dont care lol

okay so, i went with my friend and it was a general admission show that started at 8. we didn't want to be front row or even really in the crowd (covid plus i get anxious/claustrophobic) so we we're fine with just standing in the back so we thought we'd get there at 7 and walk around the area beforehand. but when we pulled up the line was like fully around the block and sooo long, like at least 200 people long. so we just immediately got in line. i thought it was so weird how they didn't even start letting people in until like 7:15 when the show started at 8 but oh well.

we get in, the venue is bigger than i thought it was gonna be and since there were so many people outside we thought it would be absolutely packed, but it was really comfortable, so me and my friend stood off to the side but we were still really close to the stage. then the opening acts quickly went on, i knew both of their music and i ended up meeting them after the show! mothe (like the bug moth) went first and they were amazing! then girlhouse went on and they were amazing too, the lead singer introduced a song by saying something like 'this is a song about people using religion to tell me what to do with my body' and then said she was giving all of the tips from her merch she sells to a charity for abortion funds which was amazing. the song was 'happy now' btw.

also i should mention before the wrecks went on it was...so hot. it was like 90 degrees outside and the AC was broken in the venue so everyone was sweating and dying even before the main show started....

then the wrecks finally went on and they're intro was so cool (i have a video i'll post it soon, i have a few videos i'll post throughout the day). the energy was immediately amazing and it was a hometown show for two of the members so it felt special. also i'm not exaggerating, nick made direct eye contact with me like... every other song. for a long time like we held our gazes for a while it was POWERFUL. it was also one of the most respectful concerts, nick kept saying that it was really hot and they were handing out water constantly in between songs, he also said to look out for your neighbor if they need help and alert him immediately and bring attention to it, he also said if there's a creepy dude bothering you to also alert him and security will get him out. i thought that was very nice that he made an active effort to have people feel safe.

they did stop the show a few times (i think 3) first was a small fight because someone got pushed, the second was a false alarm and the third was someone passed out or was about to pass out? she ended up being fine but they stopped the show for like 10 minutes and were handing out waters to everyone while she was being taken care of.

then the show continued and they kept having people applaud for their crew member named trevor. nick went on a whole bit and kept saying things like 'trevor is the sock under your bed you find that matches the sock you were looking for' and other things like that. for like 5 minutes while trevor was fixing his guitar. then it came to an end, it was amazing.

i waited till after to get merch and that's when i met both the opening acts because they were just hanging out afterwards. got pictures with them both and they were so sweet. i bought a girlhouse tote bag and stickers, as well as a wrecks signed vinyl.

we waited outside afterwards to see if we could meet them (the guitarist was out there just hanging out but no one was like... talking to him or anything because he was the friends so people just kinda ignored him lol). we didn't get to meet them because we left after like 30 minutes because 1. we were so tired and sweaty 2. there was a real creepy dude who was like 60 years old and talking to two 20 year old girls and they were like... smoking out of his pipe... so the vibes were off and we left lol.

they did say they would be back soon and try and do 2 nights instead of 1 so maybe i'll meet them then. but overall it was amazing. 💕💕💕

I'm just very grateful for all they've done for us over the years, and also that they used festa as an opportunity to talk to us like they did. They could have had the company announce something and left it at that, or they could have even had the company announce it before festa where they would then elaborate. But instead they told us during festa so they could be the ones who told us and explain their reasons why they're making this decision. It's just very cool and speaks volumes to the relationship bts and army share.
