regarding your rant on frances design: TELL ME ABOUT IT. tbh i think all the designs peaked with beautiful world, and everything after that was just...discount budget versions of whoever theyre supposed to be. the beautiful world designs are GORGEOUS on their own, but compared to world stars? theres no contest. some designs i do like, like england looks nice, if not a little too polished, and portugal is really cute, but everyone else just got twinkified and butchered. and i love a twink! i do! but they look like they could be swapped out with my little pony designs and it wouldnt make a difference. france to me will always be a blonde with a ponytail, a little unkempt, with chest hair and stubble and flamboyantly manly with a touch of tragedy. thats france to me. not whatever waif they cooked up in the more recent series

this england isLOSING hair where did his EYEBROWS GO!!!! thats HIS WHOLE FUCKING CHARACTER but also i really dislike the change from him going from a dirty blond to a bleach blond... doesnt work...

i want my man to look like he has a nicotine addiction, rugged and smug as shit. i think they leaned too hard on the 'tsundere' trope for him cuz hes not puffy cheeks with pouty lips hes an old man with a laundry list of war crimes

ok. this one is a little hard cuz romano is good in ever season but he has these little minor changes that drive me CRAZY but my favorite will always be the earlier seasons

this ver of romano was a NASTY bitch he just showed up to be an asshole and i love it so much , i love his hair being dark brown with brown eyes ok , at the minimum his design fit his voice...

for beautiful world i think hes cute but i really don't ? like his eyes being green? like i dont know it just never felt right to me:( i like him having brown eyes

earlier seasons of russia showed up just to say some morbid shit and be brutal as fuck but he could also lean into being cute, thats his whole gimmick, cute but scary. his current design is cute with no threat.

beautiful world was WORKING to make spain look good, he was ugly . he was boring. and then he walked in with a new tan and a warm hair color and the cutest smile (tho its hard to find pics of spain in these seasons cuz hes younger in a lot of them) and then it's just

one of the most overlooked characters but i love him

i think my favorite ver of him is still his original cuz i preferred him with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and he's side part... it was so cute... and they swapped it for a middle part .... </3

since i've spent the past few days essentially staring at nothing but natsuyuu volume covers i thought it'd be so fun and silly to try and redraw them all from memory tee hee. all 30 (thirty) (三十) of them!!! wheee!!!!

i haven't actually looked at them next to the originals yet so guess what time it is!!!! LET'S COMPARE

starting with volume 1. iconic. show stopping. masterpiece. the mona lisa of natsuyuu SURELY i reproduced every single detail perfectly such that it kickstarts my career as a forgery artist RIGHT

forgor the flowers tho. i literally forget everything that isn't a character like immediately BUT OK CUT ME SOME SLACK like after a point the covers start being whole ass scenes which are SO much easier to remember shit abt than the fuckin Green Void (p sure this is the last green void cover tho)

8/10 composition is gr8 but details like the shirt & the yellow flowers are wrong, also the stick is backwards. i literally looked up what that thing is called and forgot already tee hee

fuck dude. fuck. i rly thought vol 6 was the last one LOL not to spoil but as i was grabbing these images i saw a Preview of what's to come and the green void lasts until fuckign volume TEN LOL collapses onto the ground and dies

so erhermrm this is vol 7 lolllll i remembered the bg flowers this time can u believe hahaha distracts u from the fact that LITERALLY everything else is wrong auhghg

u know what the green void turned into bushes and i think that's beautiful.... like points for creativity on my part tbh. like to be completely honest. 3/10 i got the characters right

1st off it has been a hot second since she took credit for styling Chris. There was a fasion article that credited her a specific look, bringing Polos baxk that included Chris Evan' s , donald glover and Dwayne johnson wore and she did tag him when she posted that article but outside of that its been a while.

The post of the pic thst says "Misc. Hord (Not Chris)" was odd. But maybe its her way of saying not Chris' clothes and that she isnt doing much of his styling because lets face it a posit it saying: Misc. Hord (not Chris)There are many Chris' in Hollywood as well. Maybe Chris Pine or Pratt are going and she's styling one of those?

She did mention Chris in the post for a Vanity party but she also listed others and apprently the Vanity Party is extremly hard to get into. Unlike someone else.

Looking at her styling and her past Styling for Chris as well as those she styles similarly Dwayne and Billy, I feel like she goes diffrently for John. You can see its clear she did not dress Chris for the party he went to.

First off she never uses just a regular button down shirt unless

A) theres a jacket or sweater going over it

B) no way in hell would be look that wrinkled. She had standards her men always look pressed. She even ironed bareys underware for god sakes!

C) IF it was just a plain white shirt there would have been a stlyish element such as big buttons like Billy had worn at a diffrent even

D) She couldve gotten 3/4 sleaves. And dont all be like she wouldnt have know if he was was going tonroll his sleave -shes dtyled this man for waht i think 10 years she knows him

Now, there is nothing wrong with kahkis or jean kakis or sears but his "date" is qeaing a white sheer dress braless. And hes wearing Kakhis.... yiu can also look at Dwyanes clothes as I said theyre styled alike for evens espeically the tops he wears dress pants.

And the NUMBER 1 REASON HOW WE KNOW ILARIA DIDNT STYLE HIM FOR THE PARTY:

i feel like a vital thing often missing from a lot of discussions of abuse and mistreatment and mental illness because many people just assume its "obvious", even though if you are mentally ill it means you will commonly see things in ways they dont present and trauma can make you read situations different is:

when someone says your feelings are valid- they are not saying your accusations must be as well.

if you say, "i feel really grossed out, my parents own a picture of me newly born. im naked in that pic, clearly its porn right? my parents own my newborn pictures for sexual reasons!"

and your therapist or a friend etc says "that sounds really stressful for you." or something, theyre not saying "yep, and they should go to jail."

the truth is, your parents probably own that picture because... its the first picture they have of you. they probably dont think anything of your nakedness, i mean, they probably changed your diaper and bathed you and dressed you so much the idea of you as a baby naked is totally nothing to them. you may have alarms go off due to your overactive trauma fear responses that may make you constantly on edge of being hurt by things that didnt happen.

trauma and mental illness can make us jump to a lot of conclusions. it can seem really practical in our heads, but can be taken from 1 to 100 really far too fast.

For example, disordered thought may produce a train of thought like this... my friend liked a post i fandom tagged we both are in the fandom for, even though they dont know this blog is mine -> my friend is sneakily interacting with me -> my friend is tracking me -> my friend is stalking me -> they know my IP -> my friend WILL dox me -> my friend is going to try to get me killed -> my friend is going to kill me...! by the end of the thought train you may be completely convinced this person you spoke to 4 times is actually genuinely going to attack you in your home. but "shares a fandom and liked a post that was fandom tagged" is very much a different statement than "going to break into my house with a gun", even if you dont see it, and if you actually start accusing that person of being a serial killer, thats not appropriate.

the fear you are feeling is stressful! its there and real, the fear shouldnt be swept away- but the delusion is not. please remember to try and ground yourself and follow it BACKWARDS, not forwards. if you assume everything only happens in bad faith, you will live in a very scary world. if you assume a parent feels aroused when viewing baby pictures and not that they are thinking, "what a stressful day that was, but you were so small and magical. what a miracle!" than you are misrepresenting a majority of people in favor of a non-conscious victimization instinct.

its really hard to break out of, but until you do... dont throw accusations at people about like, being child predators or serial killers. dont use your delusion to hurt other people. if you can find the resistance, please resist.

MY TOLKIEN BLACK HEADCANONS because I understand him

A lot of people just chalk him up to be "a smart kid" a la kyle or wendy but dont really define it which bothers me. I think Tolkien is only really smart in say mathematics and biology and is more so an athlete than bookish. Mfer can do advanced algebra just fine but dont ask him too many questions about the civil war he just doesnt care okay.

Speaking of Tolkien has not read or seen anything okay his pop culture consumption is bizarre. He doesn't know what a harry potter is he doesn't know what star wars is and everything he knows about lotr has been against his will. He has lived off of direct to dvd disney sequels and whatever esoteric foreign artsy movie his parents are obsessed with in that week to seem so smart and pretentious. He is frankly a little too scared to ask too so he just plays along for the most part and skates by on whatever he knows second hand.

HE LOVES SPIDERS why dont we talk about how he loves spiders. Which just makes me think he LOVES bugs in general he's that kid that has an illustrated encyclopedia on bugs he reads for fun and if given the chance would go on a tangent on any random species if hes sure you wont make fun of him for it. I just know he has a lil terrarium and he would NEVER squish a bug ever in his life and he would be very upset if you did maybe distrust you even. His friends know to send him a pic of a cool bug if they come across one in the wild he loves that.

I don't think Madea is some exception to Tolkien I think he is just a very easily amused boy okay literally anything and everything makes him laugh. Tyler Perry in a dress? Hilarious. Kick a guy in the balls? Hilarious. Whoopie cushions? Puns? Banana peel? HILARIOUS. Its why he and Jimmy get along so well Tolkien is never a dull audience.

AND ON THAT NOTE i think Tolkien watches bad movies on PURPOSE cuz theyre funny in an ironic way alright he loves watching people genuinely try to make a movie and fail at it so spectacularly. Madea is a guilty pleasure tho no doubt about it.

He had a very obnoxiois karate kid phase. Not the movie I mean like he took karate classes and everyone had to know about it. You know the kind I'm talking about.

To keep it sort of brief i believe Tolkien's more of the one who gets his heart broken than be the heartbreaker. Hes very popular and his relationships are wonderful and passionate but they fizzle out fast - and not even necessarily from his end. Everyone says hes a great boyfriend and he always tries so hard but he's never "the one" and I imagine it eventually makes him a little jaded ngl, learn to take everything more casual and expect it to never really last for long. Which of course then ironically makes it a self made issue. Point is is he's the cool guy you like who never seems to care and is so effortless but deep down he cares a lot actually.

I think after the Faith+1 and Wing incidents Tolkien actually keeps his interest in music on the down low. He only plays the bass in private and skips karaoke night. Its just that the embarrassing memories make him cringe way too hard but he does genuinely love it still. You're gonna have to coax it out of him very gently.

I think he's the type to use social media in like little bursts where he joins in on specific trends and posts daily and then just stops within a week or so and a few months later when he comes back online he's surprised at his decent clout and then repeat. Very basic basic tho like selfies and five month old memes and his random opinion on whatevers relevant that may or may not age very poorly.

I don't like to think of Tolkien as the "mom friend" or whatever but I can definitely see his friend group seeking advice from him cuz hes 1) got the most relationship experience and 2) his parents are the most functional of all the parents in their group so they raised him properly to like, yknow, communicate and problem solve and stuff. A wild concept. Him actively mothering everyone tho? Not so sure about that like hes a rich only child where does he learn to take up that kind of role.

He is not above violence, drugs or alcohol LET HIM HAVE FUN for God's sake. He doesn't really smoke tobacco and he drinks socially but he is a stoner and will experiment with anything if the company's right. And obviously he'll only throw a punch if driven to his limit or in defense but my boy likes to witness some mindless violence at the very least.

Idk how to finish this post so I'll just say that Tolkien did in fact not see Black Panther IN FACT i would go so far as to say he is a comics-only truther even. That is all for now.

AQUARIUM DOODLES!!!! I was so excited for everything!!! AND THE CATFISH WAS HUGE!!!! LIKE SIZE OF ME! BIG!!! HE WAS HIDING IN THE BACK BUT MAN WAS SO COOL! 27. What causes them to feel dread?

the fun thing about caine is that hes got really good instincts. its only heightened with hark (over 30 precog im p sure?) since hark encouraged him to listen to their gut. so if somethings about to go wrong, yeah, the dread is kicking in and theyre nope-ing the fuck out of there (the only exception to this is the casino scene). but there can also be false alarms if he disassociates hard enough, which is becoming more frequent lately. their paranoia+growing insomnia just adds to all of it. basically they just feel dread half the time,,, but also a more tangible thing that causes them to feel dread would probably be ortegas mind. if theyre in the wrong headspace, ortega brings back too many bad memories for them to feel safe.

28. Would they prefer a lie over an unpleasant truth?

hmmm,,,, im not sure! it really depends on why the other person is lying about it ig, and how severe/urgent the unpleasant truth is. by default he tends to prefer the truth, but its mostly for informations sake. for example, with argent, they Really wouldve preferred not knowing what she was capable of. now that the cats out of the bag hes even more paranoid, especially since they have no information on her to use to protect himself. meanwhile, with the autopsy pics, they appreciated chen telling them what happened because it gave them a better idea of what happened while they were gone, and in their eyes chen had no obligation to tell them (plus they got some free bonus info about the kind of contacts chen has which is really useful too). basically, if he thinks he needs it to do things better or more efficiently, hell be ticked off about somebody withholding the truth from him, and vice versca if he thinks the lie would be more beneficial to him instead. either way though, theyre good at keeping their emotions in check, so hed be fine getting the unpleasant truth either way.

17. Are they easily embarrassed?

nope! not at all. i mean, if she hyped herself up and managed to fail spectacularly, then yeah, i could see her getting majorly embarrassed. but thats p much one of the few situations i could imagine her feeling like that. ceci isnt known for shame– shes extremely blunt, to the point of being insensitive, and shes willing to do a lot for a quick kick. except,,,,,hmmmm,, argent making a comment or stealing a quick kiss when she didnt expect it and managing to fluster her,,,,,, please hold while i experience the visionsTM.

34. How hard is it for them to shake a sense of guilt?

oof. i think prehb the guilt of what she left behind was definitely there, but it got buried under the satisfaction of being free and having fun for once. nowadays, she still lives by those principles, that no matter what happened at least shes here now, but this time around theres an added layer of her actively trying to forget. if she does something she genuinely regrets, its still getting buried, but itll just claw right back to her in inopportune moments. most of the time though, guilt is getting tossed right back out the window so it doesnt disturb her happy fun loving times. no, ortega, no, finch, she is NOT repressing, she is simply being #goofysilly and will not stand for regret ruining her vibe.

B) What inspired you to create them?

speaking for my general process with all my steps: im rather predictable when creating characters. lots of them follow the same molds, they just tackle different storylines, and the differing plots are what makes them all different characters. so when making my steps, i ended up using those same character archetypes and taking them to their logical conclusions based on what choices the game offered. it makes it easier for me to imagine how they react, and its fun to tack on a slightly different trait to the mold and see what happens. ultimately, they all fall somewhere on the extreme ends of the "good/evil" spectrum, but with an added bit of ✨spice✨ from the other end to get them going into fully fledged characters. these are my inspiration/archetype for each individual step:

Caine- being an imported character for the exile if, i already had his character in mind when making him! in exile, they were very much meant to be the stoic leader character that was just beginning to doubt what he fought for. the problem when i tried to put them in fhr was. chen. chen i love you but holy shit it was so hard to make him unique and interesting when you were literally RIGHT THERE covering all the bases they were supposed to cover. and chen has a dog which made him obviously superior. it was annoying, but my frustration with their similarities pushed me to put a lot of love into them and well. look at where my son is now lmfao.

Cyrus- @ that one person who made that post about herald subverting the cinnamon role stereotype: thank you. i owe you my and my bastard sons life. cyrus was just meant to be a step i used to explore heralds ro route, so i didnt mean to take him too seriously. because of that, and because this was directly after caine and i was getting frustrated figuring them out, i kinda just went with the flow– he was originally a character closer to the "flirty and funny but actually competent and surprisingly apathetic" type. he used to have like. 50% ruthlessness lmfaoooo. a lot of his major character beats were caused by me making mistakes and figuring things out by clicking random choices out of curiosity. after i played him once, the higher ruthlessness route i went intrigued me, and i started tweaking him further, which is how we got here.

Cecilia- i! wanted! to! have! someone! fun! i wanted to have someone fun. i just wanted to have a step who would dick around and do stupid shit because they wanted to. she was my third step, both caine and cyrus were so serious, i needed somebody to juxtapose that. she was very much the "fuck around and find out" character. i created her to explore the lupin route, which seemed appropriate for the sort of character i wanted her to be. i also wanted to romance argent. it all just sort of culminated in a whirlwind of the most out there, daring step i had. it was only later i considered adding some more serious edges to her story, she was a bit like stress relief lol.

Cynthia- i created her with ortegas ro route in mind! even though caine was technically an ortega ro step, he was secretcrush so they couldnt really do much lmfao, so i was itching to play somebody whod actually pursue her. i chose the "calm, kind, do not burn down the house please and thank you" character for her since it seemed like fun to try with ortegas more out-there energy. i also had her as an anarchist, which i thought would be interesting to see play out since she was definitely on the more heroic end of the spectrum and i wanted to see how she would tackle one of the more destructive job choices. unfortunately, the kinder characters are almost always the hardest for me to work with, so it did take cynthia a while to find her footing. now, though, i think shes come together nicely! very much a balance of the nicer character i wanted for her originally while having that small kernel of "i can fuck things up if i wanted to" that i find more fun.

I AM LOSING MY MIND OVER A SONIC ROCK BAND AU SO IMMA MAKE A BUNCH OF HEADCANONS BECAUSE I CANNOT CONTAIN THIS

this is what happens when you mix an emo punk rock fan with the sonic universe-

Sonic - Lead singer / guitar (kinda like Billie Joe Armstrong or Dexter Holland) Shadow - guitar / backing vocals (Frank Iero. NEED I SAY MORE) Tails - keyboardist / synth / DJ (it's giving Cumulus from Ghost or Sid from Slipknot) Silver - bass guitar (maybe even like the Geddy Lee pedal set up too) Knuckles - drummer (with the Neil Peart drum set up and CC from BVB vibes)

Sonic: pop punk vibe!!

probably shreads too fast on the guitar and loses his guitar picks every goddamn minute so he has his entire mic stand covered with those guitar pick holders

does the thing that Freddy Mercury does where he picks up the mic stand and walks around while singing

definitely crowd surfs and tells the mosh pit to go wild

he probably has had his fingers start bleeding during a live but didnt notice until Silver started freaking out

has probably broke down and cried on stage once but everyone comforted him and he finished the show EPICALLY

always makes sure that the crowd is staying safe. probably did that one thing that Andy Biersack did when he jumped into the crowd to personally fight this one guy

oh yeah he will also get pissed if you diss the band at their show or if you're just being an asshole and will deal with you personally

will beat you up if you assault someone in the pit

ik i put in a lot of classic rock songs in my song headcanons but i feel like the band would be like a Smashing Pumpkins, early BVB, The Offspring and Sum 41 kinda vibe. and ofc MCR and Blink-182

everyone is a fan favorite, but they all dont know how to interact with fans except for Tails and Sonic

Silver and Tails sitting alone in the recording studio in the middle of the night writing a song aaaaa

sonic and shadow doing those song battles

they all play guitar hero, it's the law

they actually freaked out when MCR dropped the new single out of NOWHERE

sometimes their punk songs is just dissing G.U.N.

they have a fanart / fangift wall where they put all of the stuff their fans give them

the tour bus is like sectioned off and everyone decorates their space differently so it looks like 5 different aesthetics in one place

Im very new to this site

How do I navigate it's kinda confusing and my ADHD keeps seeing colors and I can't figure out how to use things

Help pls 🙏

First of all, hi, welcome to the party!

Okay you figured out asks so yay! If you haven't noticed, theres also a little toggle for anonymous asks if you ever wish to send those, if I remember correctly though you can't send pics and vids on anonymous.

Basic getting started advice: use the search to find tags that you're interested in, it can be Fandom or hobby interests or anything really. You can choose to follow that tag (the option should be in the search bar after you've searched it, if that makes sense) and random posts from the tag will show up on your feed from time to time. You can also go through and follow people who post a lot in that tag that you enjoy the content of. Basic rule of advice for following people is to do it as freely as you wish, but don't feel bad about unfollowing for any reason.

And this explanation is going to be scatterbrained as I mention things as I think of them so I do apologize for that lol

Make sure you go into your settings and set your dashboard preferences to not include 'in your orbit' (or do, but most have their dash in chronological order rather than the more algorithmic version), this way you see stuff just from people and tags you follow.

Great ways to find people to follow are by searching like mentioned before, but also if you notice someone you follow reblogging someone's posts a lot and you enjoy those posts, that can be a great way to find more people.

You yourself can post as often as you want but there's a couple things to be familiar with that would show up on your blog.

The first is likes, which can be turned off (if I remember correctly the option might be when you go to edit your profile)

The second is reblogs, this is how posts get spread around. I like to think of it like likes are you telling the op they did a good job, and a reblog is you running to show your friends what you just found. It is greatly encouraged to reblog things like art and gifsets if you liked them because of the lack of algorithm on this site.

The last is your own posts, there should be a round plus button on mobile (it's been a bit since I've been on desktop but I think it's at the top?) That will take you to the text editor. I didn't llan ahead so this is the only one I have pictures for :)

Things to note: very bottom has the ability to add links, gifs, photos, audio, polls, and the Aa let's you edit the way text appears. Just above that you can add tags, many use tags for organization (I tend to use #gay thoughts for many of my own posts, eith #gay asks being added when I'm answering an ask), but there's also a huge culture around talking in the tags. Many add thoughts about the post in the tags, as anything said in a reblog will always stay with that version of a post, but tags are only visible when viewed from the actual reblog theyre on.

The 3 dots in the corner give you some additional options for your post

You can post it now or later, change who can reblog it, who can blaze it(pay money for it to appear on a number of random peopl's dashes), all that jazz!
