I have created a guideline for a spiritual lifestyle change. This outline of guided faith activities can help you reset your life, increase communication and understanding with God, and totally transform you spiritually. No matter what denomination you are.
You may have been feeling drained or stuck lately. I have created this spiritual guide for those of you that are struggling in life and need refreshment or a reset.
Let God be your refuge and healer.
(I have also included visuals for you to download to your photo library or print out.)
The Spiritual Cleanse Outline & Tips
Remember: This cleanse is a mix of various daily activities to be sustained for at least 90 days. Also, all outside and nature time should be spent in safe and secure environments.
Here is the spiritual isolation cleanse outline…
I only have two golden rules :
☀️ You must do this for 90 days, because 90 days creates a habit. A whole year creates a lifestyle. Try it.
☀️ The only thing you can drink is water or coconut water (if not a raw vegan/alkaline smoothie). You may fancy up your water with some natural resources like date syrup, fruits, floral teas, vegetables etc. (I will allow those who indulge in sparkling water to do so, but it must be plain, if you want to add flavor you will have to do that the natural way)
🐛 Nurture yourself now so that you’re lacking in nothing for your butterfly era. It’s coming sooner than you think. Prepare yourself to blossom elegantly. 🦋
Tips: make this fun! Invest in your faith and purchase a new Bible, Bible highlighters, faith based journals, and anything else that may aid you in your journey. Rearrange some things in your life as well, clean up your room and create a prayer space or change your schedule to fit your new faith practices. Make this experience a new and exciting experience for you no matter how small the gesture.
𝐒𝐍: I have included a schedule template for you to create your own schedule with and some tips to make your spiritual cleanse even more effective. Also I have made a little bingo like game you can use to find new activities to do during the cleanse. Even if you don’t typically do any of the things in the bingo chart just give it try for a day !! 🥰
I HAVE ALSO LINKED BELOW SOME AFFORDABLE SUPPLIES YOU CAN USE DURING YOUR AT-HOME SPIRITUAL RETREAT 🩷📚🙏🏽 (sn: these supplies are mainly for Hebrew scripture based religions/denominations… let me know if you guys would like me to provide specific supplies for your specific denominations, and I will happily do so and update the post)

Take time to get alone with nature and talk to God...or wherever we are. We get so busy it's hard to hear him...

We will find time for just about anything, except when it comes to finding time to spend with God. The time you make for this world is time wasted, while the time spent with God is time that counts for eternity.
In a world where most movies, TV shows, and even cartoons, are desensitizing us to the dangers of sin, we must be extremely careful with what we see. Not to mention, you are directly, or indirectly, supporting immoral companies to keep doing what they’re doing by purchasing and downloading their content.
We must make time for our growth in holiness. We must make time to read and study His Word. We are told we must “meditate day and night” on His Word and His laws (Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2). We must make time for Him! How could we expect to spend eternity in heaven if we are not willing to spend what little time we have on this earth?
Stop wasting time on things that will have no bearing on eternity. You think anyone in heaven cares about your favorite streaming show? You think anyone in heaven cares about your rank in a video game? Stop acting like a child (1 Corinthians 13:11) and walk in a manner worthy of your calling (Ephesians 4:1): that is, a Christian—a follower of Christ.
Stop living for yourself. Stop living for your flesh and desires.
Start living for God.

[Scripture tells us that] the Jewish people never knew in advance how long they would be staying at any given camp – it could have been for a day or for years. Nonetheless, they would set up the Tabernacle in its entirety at each encampment, following G‑d’s instructions to keep the Tabernacle functioning at all times.
This [fidelity amidst unpredictability] teaches us two important lessons. First, we should recognize that it is G‑d who leads us through all our journeys in life – whether geographical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. We should indeed make our own plans based on our lives’ goals, but at the same time, we must realize that G‑d knows when it is in our best interest to stay put or to move on to the next station in life, and that He arranges things accordingly.
Second, we should not “put our lives on hold” when we are in temporary situations. Since G‑d is beyond time and place, when we connect with Him even for one moment, that moment lasts for all time. Whether a personal journey lasts a day or a decade, we can make it into a sanctuary, imbued with the eternal permanence of G‑d’s presence.

Spirit Awareness
-:By paying attention to your daily thoughts, you become spirit aware with Christ. Becoming more spirit aware results in intimate relationship with Jesus. :-
-: Mindsets are connected to thoughts and thoughts are connected to the spirit, the core of an individual. The spirit is where Jesus abides in us, therefore the care and nurturing of the spirit is so vital to a relationship with Jesus. The spirit sings praises of gratitude, and the thoughts say, “I’m so blessed to have the life I have” to which the developed mindset becomes contentment. By getting aware of thoughts you get aware of mindset, which is an awareness of the state of your spirit. This awareness can unlock the door to the deepest parts of yourself, and once you find something that is not supposed to be living in your spirit you can invite Christ into a hole new level of relationship.
-: My Daily Thoughts journaling prompts :-
-: 1. My Mood :-
-: 2. My Positive Self Talk :-
-: 3. My Negative Self Talk :-
-: 4. My Positive Thoughts :-
-: 5. My Negative Thoughts :-
-: 6. 3 Things I am Grateful For Today :-
-: An example of a spirit awareness discovery :-
----- : You’ve been writing your daily thoughts. You’ve noticed a trend in your thoughts, the feeling of being numb and not thriving in life. You think about what kind of mindset the thoughts could have developed. Maybe one of dissatisfaction. If the mindset of dissatisfaction is not address, you understand that you could become grumpy, unhappy, and potentially annoyed in the future. You can see that your spirit is hurting, desiring or maybe exhausted by something. During your morning prayers the next day, you invite Jesus into your new discovery. “Jesus, I’ve noticed a trend in my thoughts that I believe to be developing a mindset of dissatisfaction. I ask you to reveal my spirit to me. Help me see what only you can see. I surrender my thoughts to you.” In reply Jesus warmly answers. “You’ve lost the presence of fulfillment.” Jesus talks you through how you’ve been too busy, and lost time with Him, lost time for your hobbies, and lost time for your relationships. In your following days, you spend more time with Jesus working on a plan to regain fulfillment, and to work on saying “no” a little more often.
