100 years
The reality of this picture is, in 100 years, no one in this picture will be alive.
Not one.
For the most part, all traces of them will be gone too. Their phones will be gone, their photos. Their parents, cousins, friends.
Everybody.
But that is the beauty of art. Someone will look at this, and wonder their stories. Someone may talk about a great great this or that, a long lost relative, and recall a time long gone.
They will be gone, but this won’t.
This will be a clue to the past. A window. A reminder.
Art is enduring, even if we are not.

10:30pm thoughts, 2 gummies in…….
It’s like my buttons are all pushed to the off position.
It’s low out put lighting,
and high out put music from a Harmon Kardon speaker that makes Blake Sheldon sound like Jack Kerouac.
It’s sit back and absorb,
and the art staring back at me, saying “who do you think you are” for putting me on this piece of paper.
It’s the distractions,
that become the attractions……
