Cozy A-Frame Cabin on Homestead - renovations & tiny community plans!
Welcome to our 1970's A-frame cabin! We're tiny nerds, Alexis & Christian--Tiny House Expedition creators. The time came to put down roots after traveling the country in our DIY tiny house for many years.🌲 Our small A-frame sits on our 1.25-acre tiny homestead in central Oregon.
We're slowly renovating the cabin--all about balancing available time & money. Also, we're fixing up our various outbuildings, including a massive greenhouse. Next, we plan to rent our tiny home on wheels & create a 2nd tiny house parking spot for someone else to rent. Looking forward to having a mini tiny home community!

Love waking up on those early autumn mornings. Who wouldn’t want to wake up every day to look out your window and see trees, mountains, and lakes as far as the I can see.
Yall ever daydream about being in a platonic polycule living on a plot of land with native plants and tiny houses and a thriving garden? Or is that just my found family fantasy running away with me
Couple Built $25k Tiny House then Nomadic for Yrs - now Homesteading!
Meet Alexis & Christian (Tiny House Expedition creators), a couple who lived in their DIY tiny house for 6.5 years. 🛠️ They built their 130 sqft home with the help of friends & family, using about 80% reclaimed wood & recycled materials.
🚚🏡💨 Then they hit the road to live nomadically in their tiny house on wheels for 4.5 years, crisscrossing the US many times. During that time, they traveled to numerous tiny home communities, welcomed 75k people into their home & created tiny house documentaries. 🏘️
🌲 Now they have a tiny homestead in the PNW, where they plan to create a 2nd tiny house parking spot for someone else, renovate their A-frame cabin & finish their shuttle bus conversion. 🚌🌄

So I’ve been very absent from posting my own content on here. Many things have happened since July.
I am getting a divorce
I moved twice in October
I had to find new homes for all of my animals
I now live in a tiny house
I just got a kitten last week
I stopped school for a career that I thought I wanted
I started journaling and figuring out self love
I began crocheting again
I found love again
I am currently going through some medical scares, but I’m OK
So a lot has been going on. I would love to share my tiny house living and my beautiful cat Nori (aka Mrs Norris). I would love to share my alone time and what I do.
This is one of the biggest changes in my life and I would love to make more Internet friends, who share the same interests as me.
And if you follow me on Instagram and I’ve noticed that I’ve been inactive on there, it’s because I’ve taken a social media detox from TikTok and Instagram and kept a Tumblr because I know it’s a safe space ❤️
