Felix raised an eyebrow. "Should?" "Yes, because I know it's not an easy subject for you. But Gilbert's been bugging me about it for a long time." More quietly, he added: "And he's not entirely wrong." Felix rolled his eyes. "Get to the point." Dimitri sighed, "It's about the succession." Felix grimaced as if he had bitten into something sour. Yeah, definitely not a topic he wanted to think about.

The topic of children is very difficult for Felix, source of many of his nightmares. But Ingrid might have an idea, that can be a solution.

"You're so pretty," Yuri says softly as he sets his makeup brush down on the countertop, smiling. "Here, try these on." He goes through his closet and finds a pair of red high heels that surprisingly fit Demetria. "What do you think?"

Demetria stares at herself in the mirror. Her hair is still short and pretty and blond, and she hopes to grow it out long and pretty like Yuri's. She feels her heart racing as she looks closer into the mirror. Yuri is delicate when applying makeup; Demetria looks and even feels pretty for a change.

But what will Felix think? In actuality, Felix doesn't know. And all this time, Felix thought he'd been dating a guy. He never explicitly stated whether he was gay or not, but often says he "doesn't care about gender" as long as his partner can defeat him in battle.

"Do you have a different dress?" Demetria asks quietly, still getting used to the makeup on her face.

"I do, yeah," says Yuri as he enters his closet again, sorting through all of the dresses in Constance's collection. "I think you'd look pretty in purple, princess."

Demetria smiles shyly as Yuri takes out a beautiful purple sundress with flower embodiments stitched along the hem. And it fits someone as tall as Demetria, thankfully. Yuri helps Demetria out of her school clothes and into the dress.

"Oh, I have matching thongs too," Yuri quickly realises. "We can switch the heels out for those?"

"I think that's okay," says Demetria. She can only hope that Felix also thinks it's okay. "Do you think Felix will–"

"Don't worry about him," Yuri waves off Demetria's concerns. "Because I'm taking you out instead."

"What?"

"You heard me," Yuri smirks. "I'm taking you out on the town. You're the princess of Faerghus, after all."

Princess... it's going to take a lot of getting used to. It makes Demetria's heart flutter. Yuri continues, "And if anyone gives you a hard time, they'll wake up with a knife up their ass."

Demetria chuckles softly, smoothing out her dress. "Well... I'll come along. But then I have to meet Felix in the dining hall."

Yuri almost looks disappointed, but hides it very well behind his charming smile. "Not a problem. If you need anything else, just let me know, princess."

"Thank you."
