Tough race due to the heat ☀️but also doing 20h training per month didn't help me much😂🫣🤷‍♂️🐌 Still super happy that I took the part and finished it. happy about the swim - I only learned how to swim in 2017 so any open water was always a panic mode. This time no panic and steady - super happy 1h38m, bike- was my strongest part this year - and I enjoyed the first loop but struggled a bit on a second after a mini crash on an infamous windmill hill where another athlete rolled back into my bike. It was a bit too hot for me too (27C). I had to stop to fix a few things so lost time there. 6h34min run- this was a struggle - but so worth it - the support on the course was out of this world.
