Character Information
Kanji: 鈴林 麗晶
Romaji: Suzubayashi Reiaki
MC Name: Black Cat
Gender: female
Pronouns: she/her
Age: 24
Birthday: June 14
Star sign: Gemini
Blood type: B
Occupation: SFX artist
Division: Minato
Team: R.I.P Märchen
Height: 166 cm (5’5) / 171 cm with heels (5’7)
Weight: 47 kg (104 lb.)
Hair color: platinum blonde, sunset orange
Eye color: plum purple
V/A: Azusa Tadokoro
Rap voice: SeeA (Pink Fantasy)
Stage actor: Jennie Kim (Blackpink)
Appearance
Reiaki is a slim woman with cat-like plum-colored eyes and noticeably sharp canines. She has a straight fringe and shoulder-length platinum-blonde (dyed) hair. A portion of her fringe and half of the underside of her hair had been dyed a sunset-orange color. While the rest of her hair is worn straight, she styles her hair in a half ponytail that’s been lightly curled and has two tufts of hair that frame her face and are also curled just slightly. Due to her choice of attire and tattoos, she tends to come across as intimidating.
As a worker in the beauty community, she wears mostly black. She dons a black distressed t-shirt dress with white and red prints, cinched with a white industrial belt. On top, she wears an oversized denim jacket which loosely slips off her shoulders. She completes her look with a black choker, a silver toggle necklace with a coin charm, a silver link chain necklace with its clasp worn in the front, and black above-knee boots with a silver block heel. She sports multiple piercings: on her left eyebrow, double lobes on both ears, lower helix on her right ear, upper helix on both ears, and a navel piercing.
She has a total of fifteen tattoos: a ghost above her right elbow, an eldritch-looking hand bound by rope on the side of her right elbow, a witch’s hat on her right bicep, dark forest of tall trees circling around her right wrist, a bubbling cauldron paired with a witch’s broom on her left bicep, a snake circling around a sword on her left hand, a scarecrow with a jack-o-lantern for a head on her left forearm, barbed wire formed into a heart on her right shoulder, a second larger ghost down her right hip, a cracked skull with feathered wings on her upper left thigh, a black cat donning a skeleton-like mask on her left ankle, a kneeling skeleton holding a mass of black feathers on her right shoulder blade, two skeleton hands holding onto either side of a wishbone, a jack-o-lantern face on her left middle finger, and a sword on her left middle finger.
When away from cameras and the public, she wears a white cropped, sleeveless henley, paired with a beige oversized cardigan and grey sweatpants that she wears loosely on her hips.
Personality
Despite her tough appearance, Reiaki is portrayed as a kind, charismatic, and cheerful socialite who is persistent and is always determined to help her friends or those she cares about. She understands them well and is willing to accept them for who they are, no matter what their flaws may be.
Reiaki, with her people-pleaser tendencies, is always prepared to go out of her way to help those who need it. She's quite the loudmouth, but if she knows her opinions are unwanted or people won't agree with her, she'll shut up.
Despite her impulsiveness, she has shown that she is capable of remaining calm in stressful environments and utilizing her quick thinking to get out of there.
Abilities
Her rap ability, Horror Story, allows her to induce fear on her opponents. The more frightening her horror stories are, the stronger the impact on her opponents. In rap battles, her verses tell the tale of a short horror story.
Trivia
Reiaki has cross dominance (she writes and applies makeup with her right hand, and does everything else with her left).
She likes cherries, piano, kickboxing, and ghost movies while she dislikes being alone and people who are controlling.
Her favorite food is spicy fried tofu while her least favorite foods are eggplants.
When Miku was an idol, Reiaki was her SFX artist for music videos.
She is fine with keeping secrets, but she’s terrible with surprises because she gets too excited and tends to blurt everything out.

Hola <3 I love your work!! I would love to see your take on Danny Johnson (ghostface) with a Gn or male S/O who is also a slasher! I hope you have a good day! <333
What's funny is that you caught me at a good time of a dream I had I was a killer. Couldn't speak for shit but I had a scythe :v And you kinda strike me as a duel wilder so das what u gonna get gods i need to write more Anyway enjoy this tiktok too lol. Also from now on any sort of Entity mentioned is Sock nao LMAO unless otherwise. And Imma go for a male reader here.
A Killer for a Killer
TW: blood, mention of attempt of r*pe, minor gore
Don’t forget to like, reblog, and follow if ya wanna see more! (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤
-------------------------------------
It was a gift you were given from the Entity. A gift of a single mori. That sausage bodied lizard had dragged you a charm of a green head for whenever you feel the need to use it... Which you did upon the next trial you went into.
It was in Coldwind Farm: Torment Creek. The artificial sunset lighting honestly felt warm on your face before you tugged up your scarf to focus on the task at hand. Moving forward, you progressed into the cornfield where you hoped to catch sight of a survivor so you know who you’re going up against. The sound of a gen being worked on caught your attention that you got low into a crouch, then lept up and crashed down onto not one, but three survivors. Bill, Felix, and your least favorite: David.
You hit someone, hearing one of them cry out and feeling the warmth of blood on your hands. Looking up you spotted Bill hobbling away in a hurry with his hand holding his now injured arm where you see the damage you caused. A gash from his bicep that spans to the back of his shoulder.
You didn’t give chase, instead you went and chased after Felix. The more injured, the more harder it is for them to heal each other to survive. Catching up with the German man, you brought your blades down to create an X gash on his back, smiling at the way he cries out . He stumbled over his own feet from how blinding the pain was and landed on his back that he yelped. With a grunt, you flip him over to grab him and slung him over your shoulder to make your way to the nearest hook.
A gen went off which drew your attention and you made your way over. You saw a flash of blond and heard the familiar sound of legs flopping around in boots. Looking over, Kate was running off with a toolbox in hand. You went to go chase after her, that was till a bright blinding light went off that you couldn’t see. You took the time to furiously rub your eyes before looking around to see David. Great. You remember vividly that the last time you had an interaction with him that he socked you in the face hard. And some... “attempts” were made had you not grabbed his throat and ripped it out with your bare hands.
A growl rose in your throat that you lost track of the others. Th others noticed and did their best to hurry along to not witness the oncoming slaughter. Dwight can vouch for it when he saw how you had ripped into the brute and shoved his heart into his mouth. He only had gotten as far as removing your pants and grabbing at your dick, but you had reacted fast upon realization and a knife to the shoulder had got him to get off. End result was blood that coated your arms up to your elbows.
You couldn’t kill him yet, so you were stuck with hooking him for now. Felix, the ever observant, slowly made his way over while taking glances at David and carefully got your attention. The way your head snapped to glare at him made him jump a bit before clearing his throat.
“Would... Would you like for me to unhook him?”
You realized what he was going to do and the tension in your shoulders relaxed a bit before nodding. The German went over and unhooked the Brit who had started to struggle when he noticed the sudden alliance. Blondy made a run for it from the other’s wrath, but he didn’t get far as you brought one of your knives down hard on his back which knocked him flat on his face. His scream broke out when that dirty, bloody hook slipped back through the hole in his shoulder, but it tore open more that he tearing of muscle was audible.
Once again, Felix approached and looked to you as David started to struggle from having to keep those horrid claws of the Entity. It’s strange how such a small lizard is also an old eldritch being that feeds of the suffering of others, when the reptile likes any kind of bugs or veggies in his little gullet. But you didn’t question it. Sock is fun to keep on your shoulders and watch struggle having to get over small ledges.
David was off the hook again, but he wasn’t safe from you. Felix made a run for it the moment you advanced forward. Mind you, he went off on the brute when Dwight told the others what happened. His words were met with retaliation and slurs like calling him a “Nazi” due to Felix’s German roots.
Along with Felix, Bill and Kate had escaped thanks to the luck of a key being found. That left you with David, which you took your sweet, sweet, sweet time to make an example of him. You may have gotten some “inspiration” from a certain killer with how you made his still living body a display. Gut torn open, intestines pulled out and formed to make the Star of David to mock his name despite it being a common name. As a last show, you had cut off his dick (which you cringed after realization) and stuck it in his mouth as the very life faded from his eyes.
Trial over, back wandering a sort of forest that serves as an in-between for those without realms, you felt satisfied. You felt eyes on you, watching your movements even though that’s common in this hell. A shift of wind, a soft whisper of words that sounded amused graced your ears.
“That was quite the show that was put on, my dear~” The voice purred. Strong, yet gentle arms wrapped around your waist to pull your form close to a more sturdy one.
“My pretty boy all gory and satisfied I bet~”
This made you chuckle as you turned your head to see the familiar mask of the Ghostface pushed off to the side to show one half of his face.
“And I’d do it a thousand times over. Didn’t know you were watching, Danny.”
The taller man let out a low breathy laugh before tilting your head up more with rough leather gloves holding your jaw to then grace your smiling lips with his. The kiss was deepened when you managed to loop an arm around his neck, a hum rumbling in his chest that you snickered a bit and broke from the kiss.
“I may have drawn some inspiration from you on leaving a lasting impression on people~
“I’m touched~ And honestly, I think a sort of prize is deserved.”
You arched a brow, only to let out a yelp when Danny picked you up and peppered your face and jaw in kisses and nips to your neck. You didn’t need to question what the prize was. With Danny, it’s obvious since the sight of blood and dead gazes get a rise out of him and drive him mad like a male rabbit in a rut. But hey, you never minded a single bit.

may we please get the mirror world headcanons?
heck yes u may
Most of it will be under the cut bc I talk a lot
I like to think the Mirror World is a reflection of the regular world (I call it Prime World for convenience's sake), and by reflection I mean opposite. It's not opposite in a "good v evil" way, just in the sense that a mirror world counterpart is the inverse of their prime world self, for better or for worse. For example, Noddies in Prime World sleep for most of their lives, while Mirror Noddies barely ever sleep and are constantly alert. Instead of a Sleep Ability, they give Panic, aka the Kirby equivalent of slurping down 15 espresso shots in a row. The mirror world counterparts are no better or worse than the prime world, just different!
Headcanons for all the mirror world counterparts of the Star Allies (or at least the ones I've thought abt) are under the cut :3c
Shadow Kirby (Skirby): Where Prime Kirby is reckless, bold, and overconfident, Skirby is reserved, cautious, and kinda pessimistic. They're no weaker or meaner than Prime Kirby, but seem a bit shy and non-confrontational because they always want to scope out the scene before they launch into anything. Some might call it cowardly, but Skirby thinks it's pragmatic. Much like prime Kirby, though, he's the hero of Popstar and is usually the planet's last defense against whatever eldritch horror comes their way. He deserves a break, though, since unlike Prime Kirby he's not surrounded by friends to help him out
Shadow Dedede (SDDD): He started off as a good king, always being diligent, professional, and responsible in contrast to Prime DDD's self-serving, goofy ways. He wanted what was best for the mirror world, but life didn’t make it easy. The mirror dees, rather than the loyal helpers we know from the prime world, were backstabbing jerks who were loyal to no one but themselves. SDDD tried so hard to be a good king, but had no one to help, no one to pull him out of a slump, so he just slipped through the cracks and got worse. Bitterness and anger consumed him until he started looking out for himself and himself only. He became a tyrant, turning into an iron-fisted, merciless ruler whose laws were enforced through violence. DDD got better with the help of his friends, but SDDD got much, MUCH worse as a result of his isolation and loneliness. Also he has a battle axe instead of a hammer bc I think it's cool
Dark Meta Knight (DMK): He's basically the antithesis of a knight: he's willing to work for anyone no matter how rotten they are; he always plans on backstabbing them later, cares about no one but himself, never plays fair, and is a lazy, rude jerk. He likes spicy foods instead of sweets, challenges children to duels WITHOUT offering them a sword first, and is deathly afraid of heights, despite having wings. He was in the process of creating a land-razing tank called the Halberd, but his crew betrayed him and cut up his wings and mask so now he isolates himself out of anger and fear. After being with the Star Allies, he's made some friends and realized the value of teamwork-- also he likes teaching Adeleine swears. With Dark Mind gone and the Mirror World still a bit of a dump, DMK would much rather hang out in the prime world and get on Meta Knight's nerves. He tries his best to protect the two (2) people in the mirror world he does tolerate, though (it's skirby and sddd).
Mirror Bandee: Hates SDDD with a passion. In fact, he's attempted to assassinate the king at least 26 times, but fails both because SDDD is way smarter than him and also Mirror Bandee is a sniveling coward who runs at the first sign of danger. His repeated failures have made him more of a scaredy cat, so no one takes him seriously anymore. He has a knife and ties his bandana around his "mouth" like a scarf, but it doesn't help to make him more intimidating. His repeated attempts to kill the king (and more recently Skirby and DMK, who hang out with SDDD) have become a constant in their lives and weirdly enough they don't mind his company.
Mirror Marx: I always assumed that Prime Marx was a noddy with Mirror instead of sleep. Well Mirror Marx is the opposite-- instead of having Panic like the regular hyperactive Mirror Noddies, he has sleep. He didn't show up for the events of Amazing Mirror bc he was snoozin. Because of this, he never got the Nova's powers, never tricked skirby, and never did anything evil. In fact, unlike Prime Marx, Mirror Marx cares too much about everyone's feelings, is always kind, and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He's the glue holding the mirror world together bc not even the worst of villains want to hurt him. He's just so darn CUTE
Mirror Animal Friends: Imagine the animal friends. Give them angry expressions and sunglasses. Now make them part of a gang. Yeah that's it. The Animals are no friend of skirby's and would sooner maul the poor kid than ever lend him a paw (or flipper or wing). The forest bows to their whims and they rule it like your typical mafia boss. They're jerks.
Mirror Daroach: See these posts.
Dark Taranza: Hoo BOY he's bad. He's real bad. He rules over Mirror Floralia (Sporalia?) which is underground and filled with nasty creepy crawlies. He hates getting his hands dirty and will do anything it takes to get more power and luxury so long as he doesn't have to put himself in danger. He only cares about one thing, and that's himself. What about Queen Sectonia, you ask? She was the original queen of Mirror Floralia, but Dark Taranza mind-controlled her into his puppet to do his bidding. When the people finally snapped and declared war on the tyrannical queen, it was her they shattered, being none the wiser that Dark Taranza was the one pulling the strings. He still has a box of her shards in his castle, just in case he needs a new puppet to play with. He loves jewels and machines, all things inorganic. The imperfections of flowers? Not his style.
Mirror Magolor: Quick tangent here: Mirror Lor Starcutter, rather than being a ship to BRING people to paradise, is a sort of pocket paradise, a little virtual reality magic... thing. It can also be easily modified to only open from the outside. That's important for later. Anyway, Mirror Magolor is brutally honest, but also rude, unfriendly, impulsive, and incredibly violent. He hates machines and will start punching a lamppost if he accidentally walks into it. Scrappy little dude. He would actually rather claw his ears off than be friends with another living being. He just likes brawling and destroying ancient artifacts and that's it. Well one day he tells the mirror crew he wants to go get this thing called the Master Crown so he can destroy it. SDDD, Skirby, Mirror Bandee and DMK realize hey, that'd be nice for us to have, let's join him and then betray him at the last minute. As soon as they get there, though, the crown ends up choosing Mirror Mags as a host before anyone can do anything. Oops! The others manage to shatter him... but then the crown pulls his shards back together and attacks them again. Realizing he's both totally lost it and also immortal, the others lock Mirror Mags inside the Lor as the crown erodes the last of his humanity. Consumed by blind rage and the crown's power, Mirror Magolor just lashes out at anything that moves, biting and clawing at whatever he can reach like a feral cat. There's like a 80% chance he has rabies.
Sorry to Susie, Gooey, Adeleine, and all the non-Star Allies crew, I haven't thought abt them yet

what other people want added to Minecraft: g u n s
what I want added to Minecraft
•Birds
-For multiple biomes, but mainly for the forests.
-Songbirds would add SO MUCH life to the otherwise quiet areas of the game
-Ravens and crows would be awesome and could use some of the parrot mimicking AI
-Cardinals in the snow biomes would bring a GORGEOUS pop of colour into the white atmosphere
-Seriously we need something to populate the sky, parrots do NOT fly like they should
-nests in trees, can find eggs in them
-doesn't really add a use but fun new feather types would be cool
•Owls
-technically still a bird but would go really well in covered rooftop forests and snow biomes
-we're already getting larger avians added in the form of vultures so why not more large birds?
•Mice and / or rats
-absolute precious babies
-sadly would go well with owls :(
-with cave update coming we need adorable rodents scurrying around
-lil bastards could make mouseholes inside of blocks
-will they be tameable? idk.
-adds the necessity for cheese
•Deer
-MOJANG this is a MUST, this is a NEED
-You literally have pigs, chickens, cows, and sheep spawning in forests what the fuck
-Deer with spotty baby fawns??? Yes
-Young bucks with different stages of antler growth? Yes
-Fawns frolicking in flower forests bc they feel safe
-Stripped wood appearing on trees where bucks scrape velvet off their antlers
-Being able to collect sets of antlers when they fall off periodically (would NOT be attainable by killing the deer, you have to wait for them to shed)
•Elk and Moose
-Same vein as deer
-Bigger, much bigger, neutral instead of passive, less shy
-Snowy biomes
-Better additions than fucking llamas tyvm
-Sidenote but savannahs could also really use some endangered deer-like species to help raise awareness for their status
•Squirrels
-Mojang plz
-Adds nuts to Minecraft ;)
-Black, grey, red, and mixed colour squirrels and breeding
-Brings life to forests like songbirds and deer
•Bears
-Mojang bby you literally already have a neutral bear in Minecraft why have you not reskinned it for grizzly/brown/black bears?
-Bear caves
-Hibernating mobs
-Brings more use to the beehives and bees, bears could be attracted to any area that has more than one bee hive with honey
•WOLVES AND DOGS
-They NEED the ocelots and cats update
-More wolf types (red, timber, snow, black, etc)
-Actual wolf packs (the AI would be difficult to program but the doges are worth it)
-Please let the howl at the moon, if foxes get to say ringdingding all night long wolves deserve to be allowed to howl
-More dog breeds (I know that there's no reason for domesticated dog breeds in Minecraft but ACTUALLY THERE IS)
-Hunting dogs like springers that can jump and run faster
-Foxhounds :D
-Most Important Goodest Boy: Herding dogs like collies and sheepdogs
-Herding dogs could be found in plains where cows and sheep spawn and create herds
-LET DOGS LAY DOWN FOR FUCKS SAKE
•Herding
-Instead of having to pen up and enclose your livestock you could form herds of cows and sheep
-Your Goodest Boi herding dog would protect them and move around with them when they graze
-Just soft peaceful minecraft tingz
•Salt licks
-Something SO SMALL but would make SO MUCH HAPPINESS
-Drawing new cows into your herd by putting up a salt lick
-I'm soft
-I guess salt would be a new ore???
•Bird feeders
-idk I think it would be cool
-excess seeds used for SOMETHING
•Raccoons
-The coolness of wolves, the chaos of foxes, the cunning of cats
-thumbs
-be gay do crimes
-can open chests (trigger trap chests to catch them?)
-Fantastic little shits
-Not tameable but will trust players like foxes do
•Snakes
-I know it's a lot to ask and it would be hard to make them look good
-But??? Imagine a tiny lil garter snake in your garden
-unlikely but would be so fantastic
•Rope
-climeable
-please Mojang we need this so badly
-imagine the ships? The bridges? The bell towers and everything?
-super easy to add, just reskin vines and add a string crafting recipie
•Butterflies and Moths
-Bflies could be a unique mob to flower forests and friends with bees
-if moobloom is added they would all be BEST BUDS
-get it "buds" ahahaha
-help with flower polination but just gives a TON of life to flower forests
-We literally have lanterns in minecraft why do we NOT have moths? Such a cool aesthetic addition.
-helps fill both the daytime and nighttime sky
•Hummingbirds
-fourth member of BEST BUDS
-just soft baby
-i love birbs okay
-the only avian who does not work for the bourgeoisie
•Fireflies
-10 million of them please
-they give great hugs
-adds so much atmosphere to the night world
•Cheese
-We have milk
-We have, presumably, goat milk
-Quit being cowards and add butter and cheese
-Butter churn job block for villagers
-V funny bc they have no arms to churn with?? Oh well
•Seashells
-Something decorative and beautiful that could 1) liven up beaches and 2) have snails and crabs inside!
-Mojang plz do not add sand dollars to the game people already don't know how to tell if they're still alive before trying to take them home
•Whales
-WHALES.
-Imagine something as massive as the ender dragon but peaceful. Allows you to stand on them (idk how but make it happen Jeb)
-WHALE SONGS.
-Being so deep and far out into the ocean, and when the moon is high in the sky and you're sitting in your boat, you just hear the beautiful melancholy sounds of the whales in the distance
•Jellyfish
-Idk if y'all know this but the glow squid is a bad idea
-Dream buddy you fucked up, please use your influence to get in contact with Mojang and have them redo the vote. People would have so much regained respect for you if you tried to fix your mistake.
-Also why does a speedrunner get to tell millions of people what mob would bring more life to Minecraft? He's only playing the game for 5 minutes smh
-aNYWAYS
-Jellyfish could literally do everything the glow squid is going to and look better for it AND possibly be neutral instead of peaceful
•Orcas
-Not much to say but it would liven up the frozen water biomes a bit
•Penguins

DISCLAIMER: I recognize that mobs are added to Minecraft to serve a purpose within the game and that many of these mobs would be better in mods and such, but I also feel like many of these suggestions would really bring so much more life to parts of the game that really need it. Even if they don't serve a huge purpose, they would still be really amazing additions imo.
I would love to see the ideas and suggestions that other people have for what they want added to Minecraft, please TAG ME if you make a post like this, I wanna hear and read it!

Backstory Iaumh came into existence long before The Star came to be the home for the Ancients. His presence always kept into a deep pocket of 'space' where he dwelled and simply watched as the worlds formed around him. Overall, the voidsent was content to simply stay in the pocket of the void that he called home and simply watch the things as they happened. He found what the Ancients did curious and would generally pay close attention to their Aetheric manipulation because it had caught his attention with how they used the magic to create things.
It was always interesting to him as he did not fully understand the magic that was used and he would often see children randomly create a being which would garnish the attention of their elders. Iaumh would see the growth of the Ancients, see their failures and their greatest achievements... he would see their travels and overall he would be there as an ever watching presence hidden in the shadows. There would be points where those who were traveling would sometimes happen upon his space, though what interactions happened have not been documented and Iaumh generally tends to avoid talking about them with others.
When The Final Days came, the eldritch being simply watched... not getting involved in the natural way of things and seeing it as a lesson to be learned from. When dealing with such strange magics one must always play within the rules and laws of things. Iaumh would see the Final Days as a thing that happened due to the lack of knowledge with their magic and the constant 'playing with fire' that came from the creation of things. Using too much Aether leading to the balance being taken away and thus, the magic ran wild and so the fall of Amaurot happened as a result. His disappointment would ultimately come when the leaders of the Ancients would nuture a youth in order to sacrifice it to summon a being into existence that was meant to help but caused further destruction.
The entirety of the events of the Final Days would cause the ancient voidsent to simply turn his attention away, as he was disappointed in what they ultimately did in order to 'fix' things, or attempt to anyway. For the longest of times Iaumh would simply slumber in his voidal space, watching on occasion as things were done by the survivors of the Final Days. He would watch and observe as they would bring about the Calamities so that the shards would rejoin their world, watching as their first attempt failed and would bring about the creation of 'Lesser Voidsent' and the World of Darkness which the majority of the Voidsent of the Source call home.
As time went on with each Shard that fell to one of the Umbral Calamities, Iaumh would come out of his pocket and deal with the aftermath. Generally he would come out and consume the remains of the Shard after it was destoryed, making sure that whatever was left behind wouldn't suffer. This has earned Iaumh the title of being a 'World Eater' to those who learned of these actions. His immense size also leads many to calling him by this title and the fact that, when he was having a moment, he would roll about in the stars and just 'play' would also have people calling him 'Star Eater'.
It wasn't until the time of the Third Astral Era as mortals called it that Iaumh would start to pay closer attention to things. His focus being on the survivors and what they planned to do with their plans to restore their world and bring back their 'god' of destruction Zodiark. It is thought that the voidal forest had some relations with the survivors, but it is unknown what sort of relationship they had as Iaumh does not speak of it and all of those who survived are now gone. Eventually, the voidal being would retreat back into his pocket of space and go into an eternal slumber.
Finally having grown tired of the habits of the beings he watched and simply wanting to turn away from the chaotic nature of these creatures that he once found interesting. His slumber would eventually be disturbed as one of the Voidsent found in Mhach would wander and eventually come across one of the Keepers found within the Northern Shroud. As one of the Bajhiri clan members, it wasn't uncommon for them to meddle with the ways of the voidsent. Cuchulainn, seemingly knowing this, would court the young Keeper and in secret, perform magics that would bind the child conceived to the eldritch being of space without realizing what was done. The goal had been to simply bind the unborn to a voidsent and to test to see if the potential for those of the void could reproduce with any of the mortal races of the world. And while the act was successful, it would cause a great deal of problems in the future.
Iaumh would continue his slumber in his voidal pocket until the 'coming of age' would happen for the child that was bound to him by mistake. A ritual would be performed in the depths of the forest that the Keeper Maiden called home and this would not only awaken the voidal being but would drag him out of his pocket and onto the Source where the impact of his arrival absorbed the Aether of the entire forest and more causing it to wither and die. This would also bind the being to the child who would change his name to Toshinaku as a result of his transformation into a voidsent, though the two would not know each other for several years as Iaumh was weakened from being pulled and bound to the area.
These events would cause the great being untold amounts of anger and rage towards those of his 'own kind' and in that rage the forest that would be seen as his 'new form' would be twisted and warped. Transforming to reflect the being that was tied to it and also making it into a trap where those who wandered too close would find themselves consumed or lost to madness.

Hanzo awakening after his revival by Ryou and Raiden
Tumblr media
▬▬ι═══════ﺤ 🔥 || Life itself always has been a stage; a performance of what he wants and who he becomes. There are whole acts where he stands under a beaming spotlight alone, finding his way under the gaze of the world. In Hanzo Hasashi’s case, the only resonation he had felt was the roaring hellfire, its unbearable intensity and exacerbated onslaught of scorching licking every aspect of his now disintegrated humanity and goodness, blinding him with the impending bloodthirsty destruction. Even as a dark-magic bound Scorpion, the subjugated vessel doing sacrilegious scheme of the dark sorcerer Quan Chi, he had still yearned to find his way under the gaze of chaos, as the conglomerated emotions of repressed guilt, powerlessness, and vengeance all became the ensembling fuel that stand together to overcome any impending challenges that lies ahead of the specter.
Yet, despite his motivation, his weakness towards such annihilative vices would hinder that changes he desperately yearned to possess in the course of his narrative towards betterment and redemption. Scorpion now clearly sees the indispensable allies in his story, without all the villains involved to make him a helpless marionette, the Agent of Chaos that would serve as their mindless pawn. But most importantly, he sees the people who lie just beyond their shadows, watching desperately to see what Hanzo Hasashi may do next, because they too, have roles to play. He could be their triumph, their hope, or he could be their lesson, their warning. He does not fully know this yet - although one thing that becomes exceedingly indomitable is the fact that Hanzo Hasashi knows the character who he wants to be in the story he creates.
The world as he used to know beneath the filtered intangible glsss of iridescent, seared flaming moons of white-hot embers diminish, as does the fading scent of wilting ferrous rust, as Scorpion finds himself floating amidst the vibrant nebulas of the lapping Jinsei, as the once charred, macerated insides of the specter’s violated form still retaining resilient strength and thick musculature lays dormant, as colorless uncertainty begins to overwhelm the ashen pallidness of the aspect of the spectral wrath, uncreasing the vicious ravines of his austere, angry expressions.
The flowing luminescent ichor, along with the radiant solar flare of the immaculate sun seeps through the crevices of Scorpion’s ravaged, viciously malformed viscera and blackened hollow of his obliterated heart. The onyx nebula of his slaughtered past will revivify to burn as a young star, as Hanzo Hasashi’s resurrected heart will embody his realized worth and warmth, and let his resurrected life become the catalyst for change.
Tumblr media
All of Scorpion’s vitriol ire has become cold, chilled by the construct of time and exsanguination of eldritch magic. Yet, the coursing perpetuity of his hellfire continues to flow, inhabiting his body, heart, and soul entirely. His solitude is simply when he hugs tightly the desiccated graveyard he carries in his muscles. Despite the coursing purification cleansing every inch of his known architecture, the destruction written in sprawled sanguine squelch against the jagged blades of glacier ice, remains as a written proclamation of his eternal suffering without autonomy and freedom. All he wishes is that it wouldn’t be some kind of futile freedom, where the script ends with him.
Hanzo continues to trudge the barren wasteland of the Netherrealm in his mind, despite his subconscious continually leading his path towards the overgrown verdant forest outside the Shirai Ryu Compounds, where neglected architecture of his old home would stand erect, only with barest structural detritus remaining, with the cinder and ash brewing the scent of familiar despair and irreversible death. The scorching conflagration crackles and gnaws through his being, leaving him naked and bare; as the expanse of singed and carbonized flesh steadily encases by the unmarred dark olive of his human flesh, the streaking conduit of Raiden’s pulsing lightning stirs his nerve endings, as his appendages slowly begin to respond at the foreign touch; something Hanzo Hasashi has not felt in decades, if not, more.
And he comes about from the obfuscated trance, being buried in the deep trench of the Sky Temple’s mysterious, arcane fog as he meets seemingly omniscient gaze of Lord Raiden’s intent iridescence, breaching through the deepest shadows beneath his jingasa. There is so much nostalgia that still weighs him down, making permanent homes in his heart chambers, and yet, how the depths of his human eyes, in jarring jump between explosion and deathly silence, penetrate the unfamiliar expanse of God’s residence.
Tumblr media
The clarity of his world may still be muffled beneath his mortal flesh, coursing with exhaustive body-ache still. Muscles leaden, head empty of thoughts, except of symphony of life, revivified beneath the Phoenix’s wings and splendor of his solar flare. How magnanimity of his immaculate embers swirl and scintillate, like scattered confetti and sakura petals. Paralyzed confusion soon mitigates to become candor gratitude, as his splayed fingers find purchase against the slick earth below, as the softened flow of streaming Jinsei permeates his being, rendering him as a chirascuro silhouette against the shallow chamber.
“Honor, integrity, love, and loyalty, you have helped me to find my best self. And I hope to find my family in my best self,” Hanzo addresses to Raiden, who has his hand atop his sternum, undoubtedly checking for his pulse and more vital signs dwelling within. “Where is Ryou Sakai and Satoshi?” ▬▬ι═══════ﺤ 🔥 ||

Night In The Woods - Witches, Astral Projection, Dissociation, and the Hole at the Center of Everything
Tumblr media
Here’s my Night In The Woods theory out of left field because I love!!! this game! so! here we are. Lots of spoilers regarding literally everything so only read this if you’re familiar with at least one complete playthrough of the game. Sorry if this doesn’t have the best structure, I’m still trying to condense my thoughts on it all a bit but I wanted to get this out there!
The ending of Night In The Woods has seemed to confuse a lot of people, and I can understand why, because the deeper story elements can seem quite nebulous the first go through. But! fear not. I have some ideas that I’m throwing together here to hopefully consolidate some of the meaning and shine light on a plot a little more conclusive than what we have now. I’m not going to claim this is an original theory, because I’m new to the fandom and unfamiliar with any of the present conjecture, but I still wanted to share my ideas. I’ve only seen one playthrough of the game, so I’m unfamiliar with alternate choices, all of the evidence, and any of the companion game content, so if this interests anyone reading it more knowledgeable on the bigger picture of this universe please tell me what you know! Talk to me!
There are 3 key parts of the plot that I’m going to tie together here: Mae’s issues with dissociation, her dream sequences, and the cult of the Black Goat.
Part 1: Mae’s Issues
The focal point of this story is Mae’s struggle with mental health, namely depression, anxiety, and dissociation. To quote: “And suddenly, like, something broke. It was just like… pixels/No like… reality broke. The characters onscreen… Like I’d felt like I knew them… But they weren’t people anymore. They were just shapes. And their lines were just things someone had written/It was all just stuff. Stuff in the universe/When Andy stepped up it was like… And he was just shapes too. Just lines someone wrote.”
Tumblr media
Mae very clearly outlines an abrupt and dramatic disconnect from reality. The important part here is understanding that this is not based on psychosis - wherein one becomes delusional and hallucinatory, replacing or reinventing reality - but ‘depersonalization-derealization.’ This is when someone feels detached from themselves (either simple self-estrangement or actually feeling as if they are a third person observer of themselves) and/or their surroundings. Depersonalization Disorder (DPD) could, then, sound like a bit of Mae. Dissociation is, largely, a coping mechanism for stress, so then it’s no surprise that dissociative disorders - here DPD - are usually developed after prolonged trauma or very traumatic events. Mae’s past is largely unknown to us, but from the sounds of things, the trauma that incited the onset of these dissociative issues were existential crises: her first break occurs after she loses sight of significance and meaning. Things are just shapes and predetermined lines, performing the functions they were made for until they stop, associating reality with a script more than a series of natural events. Everyone and everything is just a series of shapes and lines. This is a feeling I can understand. It deals with pointlessness and inevitability and whether free will actually matters or even exists at all, what the purpose of anything is, forgetting that everyone has a personal life and inner monologue just as complex and unfathomably large as your own, and reconciling your feelings with these thoughts and truths. Mae then goes on to discuss how her symptoms worsen whenever she’s around new places and new people by herself, and alludes to her journal as a sort of anchor. Now I’m not a trained psychologist, just a second year high school student who’s done some research and had some feelings, so I can’t for certain say the significance of this? Maybe consolidating things, thoughts, and feelings, helps ground them in reality? On paper, from her hand, they’re somehow more real, more significant? Something immutable that she has made which condenses and validates her experiences - at the end of everything, hold onto anything. With all of her dream sequences being very spacey and barren, all the talks about stars and the spaces between them (and the meanings we give them, something which would be V important here and explain why she likes constellations so much), and the (black) hole at the center of everything are all things that deal with distance and emptiness, which is something to keep in mind in regards to all that. So! That’s our backgrounding on Mae and the key to the premise of this theory.
Part The Second: Mae’s Dream Sequences - The Astral Plane
Tumblr media
Mae’s dream sequences are really cool, and I can’t tell you what all their constituent parts are. All I know is that they feature amalgamations of Possum Springs and her university. I think it’s worth mentioning here that the songs for her dream sequences start with Astral, even Astral Train, which rhymes with Astral Plane, which is where we’re headed on this journey together.
So there’s a lot of significance to Mae’s dreams, ranging from the first sequence we see where she destroys a looooooooot of things, to the all-important talking with God, and you could make a lot of connections to different things (including her issues with dissociation and how they manifested), but that’s not quite my angle per se. Mae’s dreams are astral projections: her soul left her body and traveled through reality, where she would encounter the star giants, and ultimately God, as well as find the Black Goat. Astral projection, in and of itself - when one’s soul wanders through existence separate from the body (which ties in to Mae’s wandering tendencies nicely) - is very similar to dissociation: the soul (seems to) leaves the body, severed from the confines of physical reality. Through astral projection, it is thought that you can encounter higher powers, such as God, which Mae did. During her conversation with God, they alluded to the ‘hole at the center of everything’ and showed her visions of eldritch beings who - because I’m a Homestuck - we’ll refer to as Horrorterrors.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now it could be said that there aren’t actually any mystical forces at play in NITW, considering Mae - with her mental illnesses - makes for somewhat of an unreliable narrator, but it’s undeniable that Eide possessed supernatural abilities from an unbiased perspective (with all 4 friends present), and I’ve seen cut content featuring Germ’s grandma where she predicts Mae’s future regarding the cult of the Black Goat and discusses how she started ‘walking in her dreams’ once the mine shut down and the Hole opened. So we have God, the Horrorterrors, the eldritch horror that is the Black Goat (who I believe to be inspired by the Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young from the Lovecraft mythos). We also have two related figures to back them up: the witch and the Forest God.
Tumblr media
Now, astral projection features in Wicca, and before that, a variety of other religions pagan or otherwise. Wicca is the practice of witchcraft, which we see reflected in the witch of Possum Springs, who could have been drawn to the area because of the slumbering Black Goat, or - if they weren’t in Possum Springs already - somehow have summoned them there through their practices. One of the primary two Wicca deities is the Horned God, god of nature, wilderness, sexuality, hunting, and the life cycle. He can be reflected in both the Black Goat, as the Horned God so often appears to be, or in the Forest God who banishes the witch to “wander the stranger places” with the “ghosts” which also sounds a lot like astral projection. Either way, there seems to be a lot of pagan imagery going on here (and the janitor is a whole theory in and of himself).
The important part to take away from all this is that Mae’s dreams and otherworld events aren’t just in her head: they are real, as is God, the Horrorterrors, and the Black Goat (but if you wanted to argue the delusional dissociation theory I’m down for that too). I think something important to note is that when Mae was pulled into the hole through the river, Gregg described her as looking like she was sleep-walking, which she would be, if her soul had left her body to travel across dimensions.
Part Fuck Man: The Cult Of The Black Goat
Now this is where we start to tie things together.
Tumblr media
The cult of the Black Goat all share something very important with Mae: they’re displaced. Displaced in society. Displaced in time. They’re disillusioned by the contemporary era and are scared for their dying back-end town. They’re depressed, anxious, and dissociative. This is how the Black Goat gets you. The weak and vulnerable, with wandering souls. It calls to you in your sleep, much like the Horrorterrors, whispering to you, like any outer god. A dark, enigmatic, ineffable, cosmic, selfish force.
And so, like every cosmic horror who manages to tear a hole in the fabric of reality with its dark, dark hooves, hiding within an interidmensional pit in the abandoned mine of your abandoned town, it makes pacts with the vulnerable residents it can prey upon within their astrally vulnerable dreams. Whether or not it actually makes the town prosper - if it even has the sort of power something so intricate and unquantifiable like that requires (though it is worth mentioning that material wealth is the easiest to get from these things because it just becomes a matter of equivalent exchange) - it convinced the cult to throw people into the tear to feed it. In reward, some got abilities, most notably Eide. Throughout his appearances we see him use intangibility - whether it be during the Harfest kidnapping or jumping us in the mines (which would require him to faze through solid rock because he definitely didn’t use the elevator to appear out of nowhere).
Tumblr media
Nowhere as in he literally appears out of nowhere. During this sequence everything starts going dark and the lights are flickering. Perhaps there’s some connection between his powers and darkness, which would make sense, considering their origin.
Before this you could have written the paranormal off: ‘Mae’s an untrustworthy narrator with mental issues and the game is a series of delusions’ or (as the article in the library mentions) ‘everyone is bugging out on mine gas’ (which is such a flop theory because to share a specific, collective hallucination for so long is SOOOOOO improbable and the nature of the people selected is too evident of a pattern yet random i.e. - Mae was never in the mines and nobody else in town was affected by the gas besides the cult, but both of these parties have mental issues and supposed astral travel capabilities making them vulnerable to cosmic interference). But here we have it. The elevator doesn’t move in these few seconds at all. The whole group is there. The narrative is not untrustworthy as long as they are there, experiencing events. This moment cannot be a hallucination, because one of them would have noticed the elevator moving, even though we can clearly see it wouldn’t have had the time to in the frames of darkness knowing how slowly it moves. Irrefutably, there is paranormal bullshit going down in Possum Springs involving the Black Goat. It preys on the mentally vulnerable and detached in their dreams, and offers them power and material gain in exchange for food. Typical Horrorterror stuff.
So what does it mean
You know what? I’m not sure what it means.
For one, it means everything actually happened. 'Mae’s total psychological break down' and 'a variety of hallucinations' are neither interesting explanations story-wise, nor the story I think this game was trying to tell. I think mental illness and what happened went hand-in-hand, but in a more causal nature, or a symbiotic relationship kinda thing, not just one over the other. I wish I had something really profound to say about it but I don’t think I’ve got that far. I think the hole in the center of everything is relatively omnipresent, like a disease. It exists in the literal center of everything, it manifested in Possum Springs, and it consumes the affected residents from the inside out. I think it’s a metaphor for Mae’s issues as much as the Horrorterror stuff is related to them, so it has a bunch of meanings.
In the end all that matters is that everyone’s hopefully going to get better.
I don’t think she closed the hole yet, but I think she’s working on it, and I think there are good people who can help her.
A hole that doesn’t care, and people who do.
Tumblr media
If you have any relevant ideas or perhaps more of a satisfying conclusion, or you just wanna talk about things, please! do! I would love to talk about this or this game with peeps so HMU if you’re interested God bless. Perhaps theory isn’t quite the right word for whatever this analyzation is, but here we are anyway. This game means a lot to me, so I wanted to put my thoughts down and get them out there.
Thanks for reading!

A feeling of amused disdain flowed through her, but neither of the gods spoke again. She realized it was Horz, the god of the heavens and the stars, who had woken her. He had a tendency to be obnoxious but generally left Nadya alone, as a rule. Usually only a single god communed with their chosen cleric. There once had been a cleric named Kseniya Mirokhina who was gifted with unnatural marksmanship by Devonya, the goddess of the hunt. And Veceslav had chosen a cleric of his own, long ago, but their name was lost to history, and he re- fused to talk about them. The recorded histories never spoke of clerics who could hear more than one god. That Nadya com- muned with the entire pantheon was a rarity the priests who trained her could not explain. There was a chance older, more primordial gods existed, ones that had long since given up watch of the world and left it in the care of the others. But no one knew for sure. Of the twenty known gods, however, carvings and paintings depicted their human forms, though no one knew what they actually looked like. No cleric throughout history had ever looked upon the faces of the gods. No saint, nor priest. Each had their own power and magic they could bestow upon Nadya, and while some were forthcoming, others were not. She had never spoken to the goddess of the moons, My- esta. She wasn’t even sure what manner of power the goddess would give, if she so chose. And though she could commune with many gods, it was im- possible to forget just who had chosen her for this fate: Mar- zenya, the goddess of death and magic, who expected complete dedication. Indistinct voices murmured in the dark. She and Anna had found a secluded place within a copse of thick pine trees to set up their tent, but it no longer felt safe. Nadya slid a voryen from underneath her bedroll and nudged Anna awake. She moved to the mouth of the tent, grasping at her beads, a prayer already forming on her lips, smoky symbols trailing from her mouth. She could see the blurry impressions of fig- ures in the darkness, far off in the distance. It was hard to judge the number, two? Five? Ten? Her heart sped at the possibility that a company of Tranavians were already on her trail. Anna drew up beside her. Nadya’s grip on her voryen tight- ened, but she kept still. If they hadn’t seen their tent yet, she could keep them from noticing it entirely. But Anna’s hand clasped her forearm. “Wait,” she whispered, her breath frosting out before her in the cold. She pointed to a dark spot just off to the side of the group. Nadya pressed her thumb against Bozidarka’s bead and her eyesight sharpened until she could see as clearly as if it were day. It took effort to shove aside the immediate, paralyzing fear as her suspicions were confirmed and Tranavian uniforms be- came clear. It wasn’t a full company. In fact, they looked rather ragged. Perhaps they had split off and lost their way. More interesting, though, was the boy with a crossbow si- lently aiming into the heart of the group. “We can get away before they notice,” Anna said. Nadya almost agreed, almost slipped her voryen back into its sheath, but just then, the boy fired and the trees erupted into chaos. Nadya wasn’t willing to use an innocent’s life as a distraction for her own cowardice. Not again. Even as Anna protested, Nadya let a prayer form fully in her mind, hand clutching at Horz’s bead on her necklace and its constellation of stars. Symbols fell from her lips like glow- ing glimmers of smoke and every star in the sky winked out. Well, that was more extreme than I intended, Nadya thought with a wince. I should’ve known better than to ask Horz for any- thing. She could hear cursing as the world plunged into darkness. Anna sighed in exasperation beside her. “Just stay back,” she hissed as she moved confidently through the dark. “Nadya . . .” Anna’s groan was soft. It took more focus to send a third prayer to Bozetjeh. It was hard to catch Bozetjeh on a good day; the god of speed was notoriously slow to answer prayers. But she managed to snag his attention and received a spell allowing her to move as fast as the vicious Kalyazin wind. Her initial count had been wrong; there were six Tranavians now scattering into the forest. The boy dropped his crossbow with a bewildered look up into the sky, startling when Nadya touched his shoulder. There was no way he could see in this darkness, but she could. When he whirled, a curved sword in his hand, Nadya sidestepped. His swing went wide and she shoved him in the direction of a fleeing Tranavian, anticipating their collision. “Find the rest,” Marzenya hissed. “Kill them all.” Complete and total dedication. She caught up to one of the figures, stabbing her voryen into his skull just underneath his ear. Not so difficult this time, she thought. But the knowledge was a distant thing. Blood sprayed, splattering a second Tranavian, who cried out in alarm. Before the second man could figure out what had happened to his companion, she lashed out her heel, catching him squarely on the jaw and knocking him off his feet. She slit his throat. Three more. They couldn’t have moved far. Nadya took up Bozidarka’s bead again. The goddess of vision revealed where the last Tranavians were located. The boy with the sword had managed to kill two in the dark. Nadya couldn’t actually see the last one, just felt him nearby, very much alive. Something slammed into Nadya’s back and suddenly the chilling bite of a blade was pressed against her throat. The boy appeared in front of her, his crossbow back in his hands, thank- fully not pointed at Nadya. It was clear he could only barely see her. He wasn’t Kalyazi, but Akolan. A fair number of Akolans had taken advantage of the war between their neighbors, hiring out their swords for profit on both sides. They were known for favoring Tranavia simply because of the warmer climate. It was rare to find a creature of the desert willingly stumbling through Kalyazin’s snow. He spoke a fluid string of words she didn’t understand. His posture was languid, as if he hadn’t nearly been torn to pieces by blood mages. The blade against Nadya’s throat pressed harder. A colder voice responded to him, the foreign language scratched uncomfortably at her ears. Nadya only knew the three primary languages of Kalyazin and passing Tranavian. If she wasn’t going to be able to com- municate with them . . . The boy said something else and Nadya heard the girl sigh before she felt the blade slip away. “What’s a little Kalyazi as- sassin doing out in the middle of the mountains?” he asked, switching to perfect Kalyazi. Nadya was very aware of the boy’s friend at her back. “I could ask the same of you.” She shifted Bozidarka’s spell, sharpening her vision further. The boy had skin like molten bronze and long hair with gold chains threaded through his loose curls. He grinned. The Games!
Note: I’m subscribed to Humble Monthly, so more games should be added to this list every month. This is also a list of every game I own, and I’m not necessarily interested in some of them. It also doesn’t include my brother’s games that I have access to, because that adds 399 games and I don’t want to type those all here. Maybe if I ever start running low on my own games, which is doubtful to happen.)
