Kiddads headcanons: (Lark and Sparrow)
Sparrow:
drinks red wine out of a coffee mug every morning.
Sometimes mixes in actual coffee with the wine (it's fucking disgusting and makes Lark gag)
Low-key kinda an alcoholic in the way that white upper-middle class suburban moms are
Still wears the friendship bracelet him and Lark made for each other as kids, along with a bunch of those beaded circle bracelets and the leather strappy ones.
Abso-fucking-LUTELY rockin' the 'Burks.
Still really likes art and painting but feels weirdly guilty about it so he only does it when everyone else is out of the house.
Has so many crystals it's a fire hazard. (Rocks rock!)
Keeps them right next to the Incense too.
Eats reeses peanut butter cups when he's really drunk and cries about how guilty he is cause they're not vegan as he is actively shoving them in his mouth. He never remembers this in the morning.
Actually, weirdly does not like weed. It makes him paranoid and he starts acting like Lark.
Took shrooms once as was convinced he had prophetic doodler dreams where he saw the end of the world.
He was convinced because it's true. That's literally exactly what happened.
Before he lost his love wolf powers, he got drunk and wandered around in wolf form until he got caught by the pound and Lark had to pay 30 bucks to get him back.
He read homestuck as a kid and LOVED jade but he grew up and ended up more like roses mom.
Both him and Lark watched gravity falls as kids and routinely argued over which twin they were.
Hero once told sparrow that his ponytail made him look like a dead anime mom and it mentally fucked him up for 2 day before he cut his hair down to his shoulders "just incase"
Sparrow doesn't have a favorite. he loves both his children equally. (its hero)
Sparrow believes in his heart that he's a bad father and thinks that Lark would do a better job than him (despite evidence to the contrary)
When Sparrow started doing yoga, both Lark and Henry had a heart attack cause he would do EXACTLY what barry did and start just yoga-ing mid-conversation.
Sparrow is still afraid of snakes.
Sparrow still has dreams about when Lark died in Oakvale, and it scares the shit out of him. Because of that moment, Sparrow is so afraid of Lark dying alone on a mission that it has gotten them into screaming matches because Lark refuses to stop going off on his own.
Sparrows favorite TV show actually IS the sunrise because it's been so long since he's seen it. He paints it a lot.
Sparrows second favorite TV show is gossip girl.
Sparrow thinks Harry Potter is stupid cause real spells are nothing like the Harry Potter ones.... but like.... he also owns a hufflepuff sweater.
If sparrow paints when he's blackout drunk he always ALWAYS paints the doodler. He burns the paintings cause they give him nightmares.
Sparrow feels like he, personally, is the reason the doodler was released. Because his drawing is what started the whole mess.
However, he feels like Henry is responsible for what Lark did.
Sparrow participated in heros training but he wasn't the main source of it. And he's the one who made Lark cut it off.
Sparrow has no idea if either of his kids are actually his. He asked both Rebecca and Lark if the timing lined up and they both just grimaced.
He played barbies with his kids when they were little and considered going to AA meetings after hero made the dad barbie get drunk at 3pm and fall asleep on the couch crying.
Sparrow has seen ALLLL the barbie movies #dadofadaughterthings
His favorite is Princess and the Pauper.
Sparrow was the one who set the school on fire. After he became a love wolf, he wrote a letter of "apology" to the school suggesting they make their classrooms less flammable.
Sparrows favorite kiddad (aside from lark) was Terry Jr. But he wasn't really all that close with him. it's like when you just observe someone from the outside and get invested. They still hung out tho. But both Lark and Sparrow are personally closest with Grant.
Sparrow is more afraid of Lark dying than he is of himself dying.
Lark:
For the longest time, Lark had pretty short hair, especially in comparison to sparrow who grows his out. But after code purple Lark stopped really caring about cutting it.
Lark bitched about normal never washing his mascot costume but Larks bomber jacket hasn't been washed since before normal's birth.
He smells like cigarette smoke all the time.
Lark drinks black coffee like normal people drink water. he drinks it hot when he can, but he also drinks it cold out of a fucking flask like a psychopath.
His ass never sleeps, or when he does its like 4 hours a night. he's constantly running on 14 cups of coffee and a prayer.
like and share if both you and your twin have ADDICTION ISSUES.
speaking of addictive shit, lark does not drink. he's too fuckin on edge to allow himself to be in a vulnerable position. especially since he has to willingly put his mind at the mercy of the doodler shit.
he did, however, smoke weed a lot with nick as teenagers.
Lark didn't get that moment of being absoultely alone in the world like sparrow did when he watched lark die, so lark literally just doesn't comprehend how much it would effect other people if he died. so he's an insensitive asshole about it.
He cares if he dies, but only in the sense that he feels he's the most capable of the kiddads of fighting the doodler and keeping everyone alive, and dying would inconvenience that.
He got arrested for trying to sneak a gun into hero's 1st grade classroom, quote, "in case of emergencies. its fine. she knows how to use it." unquote.
shockingly, this arguments was not taken well by the police.
Lark lives with sparrow because both of them are a fucking wreck without each other and they need that other half to stabilize them.
Lark knows a shit ton about the rocks on old earth from henry and he HATES that its legitimately helpful knowledge on the plane where its really easy to loose your mind and forget where you are and knowing the geology of the terrain really helps navigation.
He wore his glasses one time. for his drivers test. and has never worn them since.
He's is a really really good driver. he doesn't follow any of the traffic laws, but he's never gotten pulled over, and he'll get you places 3 hours early. He knows how to parallel park too its insane.
during one of the "camping trips" with hero, Lark pretended to be a bear to "keep her on her toes" and got shot in the shoulder.
His ass has like three prepper bunkers.
Lark is no longer afraid of snakes. (lie)
he's not a vegan anymore, and he'd never admit it, but Lark actually still prefers a lot of the "vegan substitute meats" that he ate as a kid.
Larks hair is curlier than sparrows because sparrow brushes his and makes it fluffy rather than curly, but Lark hasn't brushed his hair a day in his life.
Lark definitely has a favorite. its hero.
Larks least favorite of Normal's spouses is Lincoln (he slapped him that one time)
When he was alive, Lark and Terry Jr. had that awkward relationship of like "our friends are friends, but I don't really like you"
The main reason Lark grew out his beard, doesn't wear glasses, is all in an effort to not look like Henry. It mostly works until it doesn't.
Sparrow doesn't make that effort to avoid looking like their dad, and sometimes, he looks just like Henry. Especially when he's being kind and fatherly to hero and normal. Lark feels really bittersweet about it.
Lark knows that the doodler is his fault.
Sparrow has walked in on Lark trying to wrap up actively bleeding wounds in the bathroom in the middle of the night so many fucking times they have a jar for it now.
This is extra annoying to sparrow because sparrow HAS HEALING SPELLS. there is NO REASON for Lark to be actively staining the carpets with blood on his tromp through the house.
Lark is the main one who was training hero, the training was much much more brutal when sparrow wasn't there.
He's deffo the one who made her kill a deer with her bare hands.
Lark got the idea from batman to make contingency plans for if any of his friends turn on him. They're all 10 pages long. Sparrow found his and Lark had to make a whole new plan cause now that one was compromised.
Lark was bribed into playing barbies with the kids and then got yelled at by sparrow when he made his barbie kill all the other barbies.
Grant got prescribed anxiety meds, and Lark made a huge deal about them dulling your senses and instincts so he doesn't take them.
Lark should be on anxiety meds.

Can you do a series for nepo baby of how her pregnancies went. Like cravings, her attire, what emotions she went through, the birth(s), how Eddie handled it, something with Wayne and nepo baby’s parents involved. I really LOVE when pregnancy fics are in depth
so overall nepo baby had a pretty good pregnancy each time- obv she was pregnant six times lol. she's one of those people who say like they enjoyed being pregnant, and she meant that.
she was sick a little, but nothing horrendous, and tbh a lot of the reason she felt so well was she was pampered the entire time. prenatal massages weekly, she went to birthing classes, and did yoga and had a birth coach/ doula. she spared no expense, neither did her parents or eddie.
the worst was with vega bc it was unexpected and was considered a 'geriatric pregnancy' so she was a little more on edge. the symptoms hit her a little harder and she was on bed rest for a long while.
eddie was so enthralled watching her pregnancies, watching how she grew, feeling the babies grow and move, and just how every single pregnancy was different.
she had the biggest cravings with the twins, duh, and they were the weirdest. she craved halloween pumpkin reeses during her pregnancy, and eddie had to scour the earth for them- paying too much to get them, because the easter ones would not cut it!!! she doesn't eat a lot of processed food as a mom (she's one of those that is into organic and farm to table, not vegan or almond mom like extreme, just more so free from preservatives bc they're harmful) and tried her best during her pregnancy but she got the weirdest craving for cosmic brownies and cool ranch doritios... together, when she was pregnant with zarah. eddie's in heaven bc fuck yeah he loves those, but also... together???? doesn't dare question it bc her hormones still rage from time to time.
she's insatiably horny all through the pregnancy with persephone. more emotional and cries all the time with kensington (eddie swears thats why kensie is emotional). with the twins she's sick the majority of the time and swells a lot, but to eddie its a win because her boobs are huge. the third trimester is the worst with them and she's super tired but tries not to be bc she wants to be with her other babies, and eddie has to constantly tell her to slow down and take it easy. zarah she's got the weird cravings, but it's her best pregnancy. everything's easy and relaxed (just like zarah in general) and she's just glowing and happy and excited. then with vega her hormones are on level ten and she's all over the place, mood swings left and right, and eddie is thrown each time lol (we'd expect nothing less from the mini queen of chaos vega).
I hc on my last blog she'd do home births, just for more intimacy and privacy. I think the twins and vega would be in a private hospital, just because it's safer and they were more high risk. eddie was a wreck each time, just so nervous because he thinks it's "hippy california ways" to give birth at home and is against it, but she wants it so they compromise. he makes sure there's some medical person there to help, not just the doula because it makes him feel better.
I think she'd do the classic 90's all white maternity shoot. probably a naked one for eddie too bc he loves her like this, thinks she's sexy anytime but she'd also just like to document her body when she was pregnant with her babies.
farrah throws her a baby shower each time in malibu, and it's always with the theme of the babies birth flowers (they miscalculated with the twins since they came early-ish lol). eddie always gets the flowers pressed and preserved for her. it's very bright and pretty and classic... then there's corroded coffin in their black and leather lol. and she really wouldn't have it any other way because that's authentically eddie.
the nursery's are always very personal and classic, but baby nurseries. she wants bright colors and pretty things, child things that aren't tacky but aren't dull (no beige toy babies sorry).
eddie always has a rocking chair, but like one of those comfy ones, because he's very serious about skin to skin time. he likes to rock the babies to sleep in it, most of the time falling asleep with them on his chest.
I think for the first few months, they'd keep a bassinet in the room with them for the baby to sleep in bc it's easier and they're both a little scared.
the hospital outfit is always the same for every girl, a tiny white gown with pink frills that nepo baby actually wore coming home that her mother gave her. she at least gets a picture for her mom, and saves it.
I'm thinking of doing a full pregnancy fic (no smut or very minimal, it's not the center focus lol) of rockstar!eddie and nepo baby, but which pregnancy would you like to see???

man its hard to complain about vegans when you're a vegan because of how much genuine hate for us there is on this site lol. anyway. most of us are vegan because we care about many issues and veganism intersects with a lot of them. but sometimes a vegan will be making a great argument and then casually drops some like... racist or something notion in their argument and it's like, this is it, the vegan that only cares about animal rights & no one else's.
ok it's like vegnews right. it's a vegan magazine, i follow their ig, cause it's a good place to get recipes etc. however. they post a lot about brands releasing vegan items, or how to order vegan at such and such place. such as: vegan kitkat, vegan reeses, how to eat vegan at chic-fil-a. and every time they do the comment section is like "ok? nestle/hersheys/chic fil a is doing x y z, which are big human rights concerns, why would i want to eat there?" but they keep doing it. and i know its bc theyre a magazine probably owned by such and such corporation so i try not to hold it over them. but sometimes there really are vegans out there who just go humans? why would i care about humans? they kill animals! and it's like bitch they are animals, but this is just one kf many concerns with your arguments!!
but also like maybe they're young and still unlearning this shit so im not like, gonna start a fight
anyway this is why i think arguments that are based on "but what about the animals?" aren't effective at convincing people to consider veganism. it's not that people don't care about animals but that they are predisposed to ignore those kind of arguments because they've internalized ideas that vegans only care about animals. so they don't listen when you start with that.
like i have been feeling very odd about how much of a non vegan world we live in it is lately i am frustrated at non vegans for digging their heels in because of how ingrained this culture is. i get it. but you gotta care about changing everything for the better. or nothing is going to be.

wish list for moon knight season 2
idc if we don’t have a confirmation of a season 2, i am still obsessed with the show and delusional enough that i can dream 💪😔
steven swapping out calling his “mother” for leaving voice memos for marc or writing in a journal (showing more system communication!!)
marc and steven as cohosts, just enjoying life
jake’s cab, does he drive an average taxi? or does he take up high profile clients as a personal limo driver?
jake’s fake moustache
moon knight goes to new york
…potential avenger run in in new york?
gena’s diner PLEASE
frenchie and crowley (speaking roles, not just easter eggs)
steven helping with identifying ancient artifacts or translating hieroglyphics for a mission
let the man infodump without getting shut down
in fact, show autistic traits in the whole system
the system seeing a real therapist. i would love to see them work through their past trauma of mental health institutions and i think it would be awesome to challenge the common notion in media that therapy is scary. even if the actual sessions aren’t shown, i’d love for it to be at the very least mentioned
more scarlet scarab, how “temporary” is layla’s deal with taweret? does she continue being her avatar?
jake’s own suit
i beg of you, no “evil alter” stereotyping of jake. tbh i don’t trust marvel to even attempt showing jake in a persecutor role
steven and jake ganging up on marc
talking to elias
the system faking each other’s accents poorly
marc working against his internalized ableism
blurriness between alters, and not done in a scary way. like in the “i’m not sure who’s fronting so idk if we should eat something vegan or not” way
steven collecting so many books on DID, him and layla learning together
no divorce >:( relationship gradually recovering and getting even stronger :)
“this is my husband marc and my boyfriend steven”
discussion about how all the alters are equal in the system, and just because marc is the “original” doesn’t mean he has any more priority over the others (if marvel wanted to go further, maybe even a discussion on how there could be no original in the first place)
marc discovering himself outside of being an avatar, maybe as a nod to the comics he could develop an interest in film (since comic steven was a film producer)
sadly i don’t expect the midnight mission or characters like Reese to show up in a season 2 (season 3 maybe if i’m delusional enough 👁👁)
“I am Marc Spector. I am Steven Grant. I am Jake Lockley and we are going to be okay. We are going to live with who we are. We are Moon Knight. And we never needed you”
what would you all like to see in season 2?
im still very obsessed with moon knight so i may add more to this list lol

She's everything. - And why vampires 'r so hot in the Moon Knight's series?
Tumblr media
Reese it's just everything. I love the concept of her being a vegane vampire who hates to ve a vampire, but also learns to accept herself and know how her powers works.
Also I headcanon that she's kinda sapphic. I mean.... lksjahdlaJKHD.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then there's her (mommy), I just love her. She could do anything she wanted to me and I wouldn't complain. Aaaand… Well, it also introduces several interesting concepts and ideas such as the different vampire families and clans, as well as the competitions between the structures, because at the end of the day they can compose something similar to what organized crime groups are.
Tumblr media
She's not even a vampire, but she's another female character I love because of the way she's been treated. For a moment it seemed like she was going to fulfill different cliches that have already been reiterated in the comics, but nothing could be further from the truth. Andrea Sterman is a strong woman on a mental level, someone who makes an effort to understand Moon Knight, and, perhaps, understands him better than he understands himself. She doesn't care so much about his 'alters' since, as his own personalities said: The one who needs the treatment is Marc.
She may have the occasional attitude that, frankly, I detest about female psychologists, but first and foremost she is sympathetic and possesses great moral conviction to function as a supportive, independent.

The thing about the Gregor I draw is that he is actually everything in the show. This man is actually from Hungary, is funny and charming. He was so charming that Elliott thought he could impersonate Gregor in another country. Real Gregor would never steal your girl nor pretend to be vegan. He likes his Reese's puffs in the morning.

For Veganuary, some of my favorite vegan foods!
As a general rule, I use canned or frozen veggies in all of these. They’re cheaper, they last longer, and you don’t have to do any chopping (which is especially convenient when it comes to onions). The only exceptions are mushrooms and potatoes.
Rice!
I cook it with veggie broth (or a vegan chicken flavored broth), garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Before I set it to simmer, I dump in a bag of frozen veggies (I like mixed veggies or spinach) or fresh veggies (I like mushrooms) and throw in a can of chickpeas for good measure
Right after it’s done, I stir in some vegan cheese if I have it. I usually do about a cup of cheese when I make a big pot and that’s plenty.
Dirty Rice
Pasta!
To stretch mac and cheese, melt some vegan butter in the pot, add your unsweet dairy free milk, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and whatever seasonings you want. Bring it to a boil and then whisk in enough flour to get it to a gravy-like consistency. then add your dairy free cheese--you’ll only need half as much.
Garlic Butter Pasta
Chickpea “Tuna” Casserole
Alfredo
I like to add red bell pepper or spinach to a mozzarella mac and cheese; peas or meatless crumbles to a cheddar mac and cheese.
For tomato sauce, I just use a can of crushed tomato with salt, garlic and onion powder, italian seasoning, and a bit of balsamic vinegar. Spinach and mushrooms go well with this, too.
Some of my top recipes
Biscuit Topped Chickpea Pot Pie (takes a while but so worth it!)
Tabbouleh (I usually add chickpeas to make it heartier)
Corn Fritters (I just throw in whatever veggies I have on hand)
Biscuits and Gravy (I usually add some fake sausage to the gravy to make it more filling)
Split Pea Soup
Hummus and Pita (This isn’t real pita, but it’s close and much easier. Of course you can always just buy it at the store, too.)
Potato Wedges
Refried Bean Burgers
Burritos (No recipe, but I fill mine with refried beans, spanish rice--the little knorr packets are vegan!--taco sauce, and mexican style dairy free cheese)
Nachos (No recipe, but I top mine with black beans, a vegan cheese sauce, salsa, and black olives)
Pancakes
Desserts are easy--just sub out dairy-free milk and dairy-free butter. Or search for vegan versions of your favorites!
Cinnamon Rolls
Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls
Orange Rolls
Sprinkle Sugar Cookies
Rolled Sugar Cookies
Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Vanilla Pudding
Chocolate Pudding
Lots of stovetop pudding mixes are vegan--just use non-dairy milk!
Vanilla Cake
Chocolate Cake
Coffee Cake
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Banana Nice Cream
Frozen Pineapple Whip
Vegan Egg Substitutes for Baking
Cheese - I buy raw cashews in bulk from foodtolive--shipping is free, tax is included, and the price is very reasonable. I eat cashew cheese every day so I usually get the 7lb bag and keep it in the bottom of my fridge.
Easy Cheese Sauce (no cashews)
Go-to Cashew Cheese (This is a great base! Sometimes I add tomato paste and hot sauce for a buffalo cheese, or sometimes I go heavy on the lemon juice and add dried dill and parsley).
Pimento Cheese
Sundried Tomato Cheese

What's your favorite ice cream flavor??
Ooooohhhhh! A good one!
So, due to tummy issues, I can no longer have actual ice cream unless I want to suffer later.
HOWEVER, the So Delicious brand has a salted caramel and chocolate cashew milk ice cream (it's 100% vegan too) that feels like a treat without upsetting my tummy.
But I will risk the stomach upset for a Reese's Blast from Sonic every once in a while.
