This morning I had warm water and lemon to help with digestion (it was disgusting but I held it down). The lemon had 4 cals in it.
For lunch I chewed on some bubblemint sugar free gum to distract myself from everyone else eating. I had 2 pieces and that would come out to 5 cals.
I ended my fast when I got home from rehearsal at around 6pm, it was a 29 hour fast.
I ate a salad which was 49 cals. A Greek yoghurt with fruit in it, which was 356 cals. I also had some coconut water on the side, which was 54 cals.
For dessert I had 2 yoghurt covered rice cakes which were 171 cals.
For exercise I'm going to do some cardio and core.
I also have done 10,000 steps throughout the day.
I've been on top of trying to fidget and not stop moving a lot.

Recently I got a Samsung watch 6 and I couldn't be happier! (It was a bd gift) Since getting it I've been more motivated to get my steps in, and I recommend it 100%!
You don't need a samsung one, I wanted one cuz I have everything from samsung, so it made sense for connectability, yk.
