Luckily, Konro is patient. After some time, he approaches this with caution. It would start as a innocent conversation when he gets back from the market with fresh supplies, making small talk about what was happening in town, the crop quality this year, who has he seen there…. Konro would continue, saying how you helped him pick the fruit, how polite you are, patient, people love you…nothing, reaction pure zero. Until he says you sent your regards to the captain. The eyebrow narrowed, and the corner of the lips twitched. He had him, almost. He continued by saying how he thinks you are single, and that is a miracle and not to say, a waste. But when he turned, Benimaru was gone. Damn, still to forward.

The town had festivals even when there was no Infernals, obviously. Just a small celebration with some fireworks, music, food and…drinks. Beni loves his sake. He is not a drunk, not even close. You would return a soft and gleeful gaze, saying gently – “ Thank you for watching over us so much!”. On your words, his heart would melt, and he would just fall even deeper in love with you, knowing that you are his soul mate and he swore to himself that he will never let anything happen to you.

He would take advice, open-handedly, once that the word about his crush is out. Well, kind of out. Everyone know except for you. First it would be noticed my Hinawa, who would confront Obi about it. Saying that it is inappropriate, making Obi lowering his gaze and a making sad expression combined with embarrassment. But after stating that out, Hinawa’s next words would shock Obi to the core. “You are going completely wrong about it. First you should take her to dinner, then get the know her on a more personal level, then ask her how does she feels about you two being colleagues, then ask her out again if that goes well…..” Hinawa would not stop listing the appropriate steps for this, and it would make Obi filled with happiness as he could not wish for a better friend. He would take some advice Hinawa gave, but not all because they were really sounding like he read it from a manual, and there is no fun in that. Others would slowly pick up your situation and give him a tip or two also, saying what they learned you like, the places you mentioned that you would love to visit, what are your favorite hobbies, songs….he almost knew all of this already because Obi was a great listener.
