Announcement

Hey everyone! So sorry for the lack of activity, a family emergency came up so I haven't had much of a chance to check the results of the poll. But now I have and it looks like many are interested in a Banana Splits Secret Santa Event. Due to it being December already though, I believe it would be best to have the event next year. That way we can prepare for it better and have everything set up.

I would love feedback though so please let me know what do you think the event should have. What types of art should we allow for the event? Should we allow ocs, or should we just stick to the main four?

Pride Splits

I think I accidentally created a self indulgent au with Barnaby and the splits cause I had a whole idea of a fanfic and everything. But now I'm making bunch of doodles with incorrect quotes

The creator of Welcome Home did mention that Wally is the only one that can eat so I'm imagining how overwhelming it would be for Barnaby when he eats for the first time. But over time he gets used to it and even have odd favorite food combinations, like potato pancakes.

Soo..ever since I got into Welcome Home my brain keeps thinking of this idea of a crossover with the banana splits. I wanna make an actually story about it but since I'm really bad at starting to write things down, I'm just gonna share my doodles so far.

So for the start of it, I was thinking that somehow Barnaby's head falls off (You can't tell me it wasn't a gag for the show at some point) and he ends up falling down a hole into the splits's world. Since I headcanon them turning into plushies in other worlds and coming to life, like those alive aus I see, I imagine Fleegle finding Barnaby and his head and bringing it home to fix it. Cue Barnaby going from plushie to life size in several days and the splits now have to bring him back home somehow.

Adventure!!

I swear it'll make more sense when I finally write the first chapter, just gotta start writing.

I never really thought much about this but I guess it won't hurt to post this.

Fleegle: He/Him

Drooper: They/Them

Bingo: "Gender? I hardly know her!" (In all seriousness though, Bingo could give two flying rats about his gender and pronouns. Might be agender but he's never heard of it. But he/him pronouns are the ones he use the most so people don't get confused)

Snorky: They're genderfluid, so they use he/she/they pronouns.

Stevie: He/Him

I had this cute idea that Fleegle likes showing off stuff his friends (and bf Drooper) get him as presents. You could give him a prewritten card and he'll show off how cool the art on it is.

And yes he is talking to another Fleegle. They belong to @ejsmith145 who makes the most awesome art in the world so check them out now.

Nobody is really sure how accident prone Bingo is. On one hand he can do a quadruple backflip and land perfectly, but on the hand his hand are like Vaseline and he can drop anything, even himself
