Well I voted for Blaise but here's my opinions on the others

Manfred - not surprised he was nominated, but surprised he's voted so high (at least as of now). At worst he's a distant father to Franziska. Not a dotting father though. He is a terrible adoptive father, probably the worst in the series (Go Inga). But how it counts is a bit murky since neither Edgeworth or Manfred see each other as father and son.

Magnifi - if you asked this before Spirit of Justice then he'd be close to the top of the list. But because of all the retconning, the main proof of Magnifi being a terrible human being is after Thalassa's supposed death

Zak Gramarye - loves his daughter, but abandoned her. Also did make her an unknowing accomplice to his escape. So that’s not cool

Inga Karkhuul Khura'in - terrible human being. One of the worst. But he adores his daughter.

Russell Berry - loves his daughter but severely emotionally stunted her. So that’s bad

Morgan's ex husband. Well which one. Ex husband number 2 sucks for abandoning his daughter. Ex husband number 1 sucks more because he abandoned one of his twins for really no reason. Also was just power hungry, which for sure affected his parenting ways

Drew Misham - similar to Russel but also let his daughter become a criminal. at least he realized what he did was wrong at the very end.

Dane Gustavia - abandoned his son and didn't bother to check if his son was dead or not. That’s just cold.

Isaac Dover - made his son commit a felony (and a voilent one at that). Also nearly killed him (albeit accidentally)

Arthur Cantebella - same with Russel, but on a much grander scale. Also he's working to save his daughter, but barely paid attention to her. Saving grace is that he was desperate to help his daughter

Blaise Debeste - nothing redeeming. He's an emotionally abusive man. At least all the other parents care/pretend to care.

Bonus

Phoenix Wright - no doubt he loves Trucy. But he straight up forgets he has a daughter in Spirit of Justice a number of times. Seriously stop trying to sacrifice yourself, you are a parent.
