We have to remember that we are living in a world designed to minimize us! We must focus on what we can control.
We are taught to focus on our imperfections, our flaws, our skin, and what makes us less than but you MUST remember to only allow your mind to see the facts. The truths about yourself , not the lies that others tell you.
You are the only person who can protect you, and you are the only person who can write your story. Nothing that anyone has to say about us can transcend our truth.
No one can take your voice, no one can minimize you.

I want to start using this platform to create change. We're in an incredible moment in history where social change is happening at such a rapid pace, social norms are being questioned and power structures are slowly yet surely being dismantled.
It's time to make our own table that prioritises us first!

There are so many reasons for this page and especially as a black woman for so long I have wanted to make it because I have always felt that I could not speak and write about real things. Why is that?
I’ve always felt this sense of a muffle...a silence. An absence of woman’s voices in places that they matter, in times that they matter, in a world where THEY MATTER.
Is it that we’ve always been conditioned to reduce ourselves to make feel safe. Especially my bipoc ladies/cis/trans fam! Why? Why do we shrink so others do not feel uncomfortable? I have grown to feel small, and muffled, and unheard because people would rather pretend that social and racial injustices cease to exist. Speaking up reminds people of that, is that why we stop talking?
Maybe we shouldn’t. I say speak your truth.
