asra who finds it excruciatingly hard to sleep after they lost you. they find any reason not to sleep because going to the bedroom the two of you used to share hurts. cleaning the store at 1 am if it means they don’t have to be reminded that you aren’t accompanying them anymore, no longer able to give him those honeyed bedtime kisses he longs for once again.

asra who moves heaven and earth to bring you back to them, giving away a piece of their heart for something they aren’t entirely sure will work. they’re blown away when it works— more so in disbelief despite the fact that you have no memory of your past with them. it’s fine as long as they get to see that dazzling smile of yours again. just to see you again is enough for them.

asra who can’t help it as they watch you fall in love with someone else. seeing you smile at someone else the way you used to smile at them. and despite it all— despite the way their heart aches and burns with jealousy..they can’t find fault in you. you didn’t know that they were the one that used to hold you at night, used to whisper sweet nothings into your ear like tomorrow would be their last.

ASRA who never wishes to leave your side, but he adores the way you react after he comes back after a long journey. Your eyes light up like the stars as though he was the one who hung them there himself as soon as you see him. You pull him into one of your hugs that he loves so much— a silent mutter of I missed you in the air as you welcome him home.

NADIA who loves making you feel like the world, like the center of the universe; the only thing that matters. Your reaction when she showers you with gifts and praise (which are all warranted) will never not make her feel butterflies. And the mere fact that she can make you as happy as you deserve leaves her feeling soft.

JULIAN who is smitten with you and the way you make him feel. He’s never had high self-esteem— but the way you go out of your way to tell and show him how wonderful you think he is makes him feel things he’s never really felt before. And of course, he’ll always make sure to return the favor.

MURIEL who’s always been fond of the way you look cuddling up to him and Inanna, the light from the warm flame hitting you just right to make his breath catch in his throat. It’s at these moments he thinks about you— about what you’ve done to him, how you make him feel safe and loved in ways he never thought possible; especially for someone like him. But he knows he’ll do anything for you, and he’ll always be grateful.

PORTIA who often comes home late because of her duties, and no matter how hard her day was— seeing you there waiting for her to come home is enough for her to feel like she’s sailing across the ocean again. And there are no words needed to satisfy her, just you is all she really needs.

LUCIO who is selfish, and he knows it (despite how he acts). He wants to make you feel happy because he’s euphoric when you are. He wants to tell you all his stories— from the ones that actually happened to the ones that he made up to impress you because he loves the sound of your laugh. But despite that, he hopes you’ll stay with him— accept him with all his vanity and selfishness and countless other flaws. He doesn’t know what he’d do if you didn’t.

julian likes to be pulled by the hooks on his pants. it startles him the first time you do it, but the splash of pink laying across his face gives away his pleasure in the action. any touch around his waist sends jolts of excitement through his veins, especially when you wrap your arms around his body in a warm hug. he’ll never admit it verbally, but then again, his loving gaze gives him away.

meow what abt old back ache having julian devorak who does the most dad things ever like groaning when he gets up and him being obvious to it but mc finding it hilarious and cute idk im a sucker for ilya🫶

no cause this is so funny. like— julian falling asleep sitting in the chair across from you, and you don’t have the heart to wake him up. he looks so peaceful. but when he wakes up he’s immediately groaning and then complaining about his back, and telling you it has to be because of the way he fell asleep.

you do not have the heart to tell him that he always groans like that when he gets out of any chair. you just laugh and he’s so confused?? cause what did he say that was so funny? and then he’s demanding that you tell him what your laughing about, but you can only laugh more because he’s so cute and you can’t help it.

i could also see julian doing various dad specific things such as: developing atrocious dad jokes (i’m talking the worst of the worst) and opening the window just to talk about the weather on a really nice day (coffee in hand as a bonus).
