Beginner's Tips: Sandrock Edition

Make storage chests when you can. Preferrably label them with categories (e.g. clothing, craftables, relics, ect).

Hoard materials. Hoard all the ores! Also hoard niter (you'll need it to make pistol bullets later).

Kick trees, but don't cut them down. Deadwood is different though, you can cut down deadwood.

M. Rasmodius (Stardew Valley Expanded, Romanceable Rasmodius)

Aadit (My Time at Portia). Yes I know he abandons the builder by letter like a coward. Do I care? No. He's so sweet. Will I take psychic damage from it later? ABSOLUTELY.

Wesley (Sun Haven). I have a soft spot for historians and those trying to stay in touch with their culture. He also kinda hates you until he realizes you want the same things he does.

The biggest tip I have is regarding money early game (I'm very new to the game). Honey is money. Kick all those bee trees and sell honey/beeswax for profit. Both add up and it's the only way I'm affording those mine fees.

They might be cursed. Like just in general. Last time I had Sims 4 installed I had cherik as sims. I also had Life Tragedies installed. Tell me why Charles kept getting kidnapped every time he went outside. I didn't force it, it just happened. And then the mod glitched and he got killed by the kidnappers. I've never exited a save so fast.
