(she/her, an adult ) side blog that’s based on the tales series! ✨ Fave is berseria and graces! so beware of spoilers but also I’m still a newbie to this franchise haha
The recent news is really heartbreaking. Inomata Sensei's artworks are so iconic and inspiring, with her beautiful character designs, her delicate usage of watercolors, and the way she styles eyes left such a lasting impression for me. My favorite designs from her came from my favorite games, Berseria and Graces.
"It was so sudden, she had drafts left over, and I'm sure she's still drawing even in heaven. I'm sure she's surrounded by cats, drawing her adorable characters with big eyes like she always did."
Hey everyone! Had some issues but hopefully this post works today! Welcome back to another year of UnsungTales! An Unofficial Tales of Fan-Event to celebrate the obscure, the unknown, and the forgotten parts of the Tales of Series! Come celebrate with us on May 15th to May 22nd, 2024.
What is UnsungTales? Here are some pointers below!
The Tales of Series has alot of characters and games that tend to be overshadowed or underappreciated by the mainline games or mainline cast. This event is to celebrate the ones that don't get the spotlight.
Celebrate however you like! With art, fan-fiction, information & facts, videos, etc. Whatever you like!
This event is to celebrate the ones that are lesser known in the Tales series. NPCs, Side characters, Tales cast from games that aren’t mainline titles, and niche characters from other tales media are the main focus here!
Hopefully this year will be as amazing! I hope you all will join and celebrate with us!
a generous fan who'd prefer to remain anonymous has been uploading complete scans of guides/perfect guide books from across the series, including most mothership titles and even a few spinoffs!!
I can't read a lick of Japanese myself but I've been having fun putting the Graces perfect guide through Google Translate's OCR anyway, would highly recommend to any fan 👍

Hi! From my experience, I ran Berseria with a Lenovo ThinkPad (like those student computers) and I will tell you it was kind of the same situation where it was really laggy. It did work fine and smoothly for Tales of Symphonia. However not so much Berseria. The gameplay was longer because of the lag especially through cutscenes. For instance, a part of the story that would take 30 minutes completing was painfully extended to maybe an hour or so. I think the combat was really slow too.
I'm no computer doctor but it didn't hurt the computer in anyway but the lag was unbearable to go through. If it's not too bad definitely go for it! Make sure it's on sale though because it can go down to $5 on steam if you wait at the right time.
Yo Tales of fandom, I'm thinking of downloading Berseria. The only problem is that I have an HP 15 laptop. The only console I own is a Switch and I can't afford a PS4/PS5. I downloaded the demo and the combat felt pretty good but it was slow on the field. I'm also a little concerned about it wearing down my laptop. Have any of you ran this game on a similar device, and if so, would I have a decently smooth experience? Or should I hold off for now?
