Fern Canyon! They filmed a scene from Jurassic Park: The Lost World here. Seriously one of the most awesome places we've been. You can drive here and take a short hike less than a mile hike. We took the James Irvine Trail from the Prairie Creek Visitors Center which is about 5 miles to the canyon (about 11 roundtrip). This is one of our favorite hikes of all time. It's full of redwoods and ferns.
