i am so unwell about this game. a little part of me dies a little every time i think about lewis's story. how all he wanted was to be important, maybe to be just as special as the rest of his family that he heard about. to have some big ending.

i think my house is haunted or theres something else living here

i have a bunch of candles on a shelf by the door of my room, right? theyre super sturdy and not easily knocked over. theyre also an inch or two away from the edge of the shelf, up next to the wall.

this is the second time now where ive heard a loud thump from downstairs and walked up to my room to see one candle (same one both times) underneath my desk on the other side of my room, right side up, somehow passing by the millions of things on the floor.

so i naturally told my atheist parents who dont believe in the supernatural

my dad said it just rolled and landed like that coincidentally, so he threw it to prove a point

he threw it at least twenty times and could not get it right side up. and he also could not see how it fell off the shelf. he just looked at me, confused, and simply said "mkay, youre right, its ghosts"
