HOW?! WHEN?! WHY?! ... WHAT?!

Ok, so something's been annoying me in regards to Kanduu's coffin. Ephraim first had some grave diggers dig it up when he was in NYC, right? But then, later, Ephraim ended up moving to Port Lawrence, which we can assume is a long way from the city, and possibly may not even be in the same State. What I find weird is this: Nathan did not have to go far to dig up Kanduu's coffin, so how the hell did his coffin get all the way from NYC to Port Lawrence? I know the guy is magic, but is he THAT magic that he can just make his coffin spontaneously appear wherever the hell he wants?! There is no way Nathan would have been able to take the coffin home in his car, the only car that can hold a coffin is a hearse, and we all know Nathan did not drive one of those. The other option he had was to tie the coffin to the roof of the car, but if he did that there's no way police wouldn't pull him over like "Wtf is this about?!" I mean, come on, it would be very sus to see a car carrying a 150-year-old coffin. I get shows and movies are gonna have plot holes but I hate when they're THIS obvious.
