I think Harry thinks Draco is good-looking alone for the fact that the narration/Harry can be very brutal is someone is not attractive, specially if they are also "bad" people (Dursleys, Peter, Snape etc). The fact that the Malfoys never get unflattering descriptions, and Narcissa even gets called beautiful, is telling. The worst is "pointy"; but pointy could look better on a grown man (because you naturally lose fat in your face but kids are suppose to have chubby cheeks).
Oh absolutely. Harry is harsh af when describing people's appearances - especially, as you say, people who he doesn't like. Ron frequently insults Draco's appearance. But Harry never once does, either verbally or in his internal narration.
He does, however, repeatedly describe the color and texture of Draco's hair and the exact shade and reflectiveness of his eyes. He also immediately notices when he starts looking sickly in book 6, further implying that usually to Harry he's notably better looking.
Harry also compliments Narcissa's looks the first time he sees her and later Kreacher mentions that Draco shares some of her bone structure. And yeah, even though Harry strongly dislikes Lucius and describes him as cold a lot, he never calls him bad looking. And we know he and Draco look quite alike.
tldr: Harry absolutely thinks Draco is good looking.

you seem so kind and sweet… so i hate to break that i’m not the biggest fan of draco……….
since reading the books, he’s become one of my least liked characters, but it wasn’t always like this ! when i was movie watcher (so literally up until i’d say december 2023), i liked him quite a bit! during this time drarry was also one of my favourite ships, definitely my favourite harry ship! i liked them so much as a ship actually that i’ve outlined a whole fic of them post-war that i still hope to finish this year!

So it seems that not only did Harry shift blame away from Draco in book 6 in the immediate aftermath of Dumbledore's death (x) but apparently based on this bit from book 7 it looks like when Ministry officials arrived he didn't implicate Draco at all and instead only gave evidence about Snape's guilt despite the fact that he heard Draco confess to a number of crimes.
The lengths he goes to to shield Draco are actually wild. Guess all our headcanons where he testifies on Draco's behalf don't go far enough lol.
Fanon Harry: Yes Draco made terrible mistakes but he shouldn't go to Azkaban because if you look at the whole context it's clear he was coerced and didn't want to do it and subsequently changed his mind and even risked his life to save mine so he deserves a second chance.
Canon Harry: Idk what you all are talking about. I was on the Astronomy Tower the night Dumbledore died and I only saw Snape. And sure someone Imperiused Rosmerta and made her pass on poisoned mead and a cursed necklace but anyone could've done that. If we had a witness who overheard the perpetrator confess their guilt then we'd know. But. Sadly. We don't. :)
