People like Matthew Perry, Chester Bennington and others make this cold dessert more habitable... they'll carry to live in the hearts and memories of the fans of their artwork and the people they've helped. Respects.
Please please please I know we all love Friends and Chandler was our favourite character and Matthew always put a smile on our faces and that’s all amazing but can we please please please talk about this:
“I've had a lot of ups and downs in my life. I'm still working through it personally, but the best thing about me is that if an alcoholic or drug addict comes up to me and says, 'Will you help me?' I will always say, 'Yes, I know how to do that. I will do that for you, even if I can't always do it for myself! So I do that, whenever I can. In groups, or one on one.
And I created the Perry House in Malibu, a sober-living facility for men. I also wrote my play The End of Longing, which is a personal message to the world, an exaggerated form of me as a drunk. I had something important to say to people like me, and to people who love people like me.
When I die, I know people will talk about Friends, Friends, Friends. And I'm glad of that, happy l've done some solid work as an actor, as well as given people multiple chances to make fun of my struggles on the world wide web...
but when I die, as far as my so-called accomplishments go, it would be nice if Friends were listed far behind the things I did to try to help other people.
I know it won't happen, but it would be nice.”
- Matthew Langford Perry

As always, I share stuff about ADHD that I want to, usually that I find amusing or relatable, this doesn't make it part of the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, mean it's exclusive to ADHD, or that it should be taken overly seriously.

Romanticising death or after life as an idealistic state that is supposed to be comforting for all those who completed their time on earth, however, it makes you wonder....is life truly worth living if the need to escape into alternate fictional reality which is spreading like a plague. Life will never be perfect, it isn't meant to be, perfect isn't perfect, perfect is corrupted and hollow inside.....maybe life is just about development of your problems (something mark manson talks about in his book "The subtle art of not giving a fuck") Don't get me wrong...I m not talking about existentialism.... although its comforting to look at life from an existentialist point of view. Anyways as I was saying....maybe life is just about finding ur Chandler and Joey and Pheobe, its about moving on from the problems that make u romanticise death or just any kind of escape to the problem of picking a snack that everyone will love on movie night, movie night not cause u need to escape the hurt, movie night cuz its family (blood or found) time, time to nerd out together and when the movie ends...not being disappointed that u have to get back to your normal life, but just a gust of wind that soothes ur scared heart and soul while u find comfort in the presence of your family, and once again you realise that the war is through and if ur past scars hurt or u pick up new wounds(cuz hooman no exist without pain) you know that you won't have to aid yourself while doing everything else. The path was long and so was the war, you've come a long way oh warrior, now its time to rest you tell yourself as u find a hand holding ur trembling hands, and with eyes that say, we're safe now...you don't have to pick your sword again, you are now allowed to rest and heal
