Exciting news! I'm now part of the EA "Support-a-Creator" Program!

Can I interest anyone in some gorgeous pictures of Tomarang 👀

I have early access to For Rent right now & wanted to see what the world & one of my builds would look like with my Reshade on & I am not disappointed!

The apartment building in the first pic is already up as a Speed Build on my channel, & you can see it HERE! I also did an Apartment Tutorial on how the new Residential Rental lot type works, that you can watch HERE if you want more info about it! I've also done a complete World Overview up as well, where I go through all of the lot sizes, lot & family descriptions, & even give you a closer look at the world scenery as well! You can check it out HERE if you'd like! And for anyone curious, I'm using BojanaSims' Light Preset 2.0 Reshade preset! I tweaked the MXAO settings a bit, but didn't change anything else!

HelvetiHand Font Replacement Mod

Hi there! Life is Strange has always been my all-time favorite game, and l've been trying to model my own gameplay after it's aesthetic. So, when I came across this cool font, I knew I had to use it in my game.

After two days of hard work, I finally created this amazing mod, and I just can't wait to share it with everyone! However, there's a little disclaimer: At the moment, this mod only supports English.

When downloading, please make sure to remove any font replacement mods from your mods folder and drop this in no more than 5 folders deep. That way, it will work perfectly!

Wish you could order the new pizzas on the phone because the 6 types are too boring? Well, now you can! They're all $25 because unfortunately it seems to charge up front. You won't be able to resell them for what they would have been worth if homemade, though. Nice try, but no.

All the new 8 pizza types are included. They should show up in box form and function normally, including icons when you open the menu. It overrides both servicenpc_pizzadelivery and servicenpc_pizzadelivery_free, so this mod would conflict with any other thing that does so.

Thanks @muggadamug for testing this and making it possible in the first place.
