I was designing a human version of my Barbarian Housewife Wendy and her sons Frank and George. But black hair is hard to freehand so I dug around for some brushes and now I can do the hair correctly! (Mostly! Still working out how to actually use the brushes)

Also have a bonus Human Phantom and Penny since they're canonically black

In Stars and Time AU stuff I meant to post a week ago and forgot

This was good practice to draw out human versions of Phantom and Penny in any case.

And now I want to change Penny's hair into something akin to this human form of hers in the Main Canon. She wasn't going to reference her brother constantly

I recently watched a playthough of In Stars and Time and I am OBSESSED. Enough to translate my OCs into the series, because my boy Phantom is the easiest to translate. He's also an emotionally avoidant person that would rather eat glass than confront literally anything about his anxieties, and his immortality can easily be swapped out with the time loop and it wouldn't change much.

Phantom is Scissors, Twiggy is Rock, Xzy is Paper. ]

There's more art under the cut but be warned IT INDIRECTLY SPOILS IN STARS AND TIME so if you want to go into ISAT blind then maybe wait until you've gone through the game first. Some of it is pretty disorganized still. More might be coming!

I've been wanting to draw Phantom finally breaking after YEARS of repressing all the negative stuff he avoided his entire life. And Twiggy, the stoic and serious captain of the crew, is the one that eventually breaks him.

(To be fair, she has ridiculous Mom Energy, being a mom of 3)

This takes place after a heated argument where Xzy and Twiggy both catch on to Phantom's avoidant nature. Phantom lashing out like a caged animal. Twiggy recognizes the same things she did years ago, and knows exactly how to resolve it. Luckily she was correct. Phantom fights on the way down though.

Xzy joins the hug later.

Phantom has some trauma related to fireworks, and by extension explosives, after blasting his leg clean off and burning his face.

He tends not to mention that to other people. If anything it slips out on accident. Honestly he probably doesn't notice that his alarming obsession with explosives is a trauma response to be in control of the thing that harmed him enough to nearly die from it.
