Haumeric’s eyes went heavy-lidded and he bit his lip, staring into the vibrant green of his Commander’s eyes, heat rolling through him.  Out of all of the members of the Heavensward he doubted that there was anyone he respected more or any who could, with a single look, make his heart stutter.  Thus when the Commander posed his next question, Haumeric found himself nodding, reaching out to tangle his fingers in Zephirin’s hair.

“Yes.  Please.” he gasped out, leaning in and hesitating, struggling to steal the kiss he wanted.

He did not have to wait for the kiss long, however; the Commander always took care of him.

One hand moved between them, rising to the back of the azure knight’s neck. He knew that long hair would likely get caught in the joints of his white metal gauntlet, but in that instant he didn’t care. He started to pull the other down into a kiss, the same as he always had, however he paused, a brief hesitation before leaning his head back against the chair behind him. He did not move his hand, however. “Are you certain?” he asked, voice as even as it ever was.

Zephirin eyed what he could see of the ruined room around the taller knight’s form before finally settling his eyes on Hermenost’s face. His face was utterly neutral, the only sign of emotion being the slow rise of a single blonde eyebrow. "UGH" - Haumeric

The mage seemed to loom over him in that moment. Standing so close, with anger glinting in those icy eyes, framed by raven hair. It wasn’t the anger that kept him from fighting the grip on his shoulders, however, it was the fear underneath. He drew a deep breath, slowly letting it out. Haumeric was right, as he always was. “I’m sorry,” he said, voice just a little softer than it usually was. “I can’t promise it won’t happen again, but I am sorry.”
