i love amanda young so much. she is a killer, first and foremost, but dont you dare tell me she doesnt think about adam every day, because she does. theres an entire scene in saw three where she stares at the fucking door. she feels guilt and remorse and shame, just as before she was an apprentice. every moment of her life. guilt, remorse, shame. she chokes on her rage towards the world as if it wasn't towards herself. she never thought she deserved a second chance, and thats why she clung to john kramer. even when shes killing adam, shes sobbing, shes saying she would free him, shes apologizing as she tries to choke him, and fucking damn it, he's fighting back, he wants to live, she knows shes doing the wrong thing. she knows he wants to live, she knows he beat the game, but she kills him anyways, one way or the other. she looks back and she has blood dripping down her skin and she knows she killed a man. amanda feels rage towards everyone but john. if john didnt remind amanda that he needed lynn to save him so that he might survive, she would have blown lynns brains out. she would not have waited. she would have set the world on fire to make her father happy. she would do anything for john kramer, because lord knows she can't love herself, and john is the only one who can forgive her. he does, every single day, until she fires that gun. in the end, she died loved and unforgiven.

“No writing is wasted. Did you know that sourdough from San Francisco is leavened partly by a bacteria called lactobacillus sanfrancisensis? It is native to the soil there, and does not do well elsewhere. But any kitchen can become an ecosystem. If you bake a lot, your kitchen will become a happy home to wild yeasts, and all your bread will taste better. Even a failed loaf is not wasted. Likewise, cheese makers wash the dairy floor with whey. Tomato gardeners compost with rotten tomatoes. No writing is wasted: the words you can’t put in your book can wash the floor, live in the soil, lurk around in the air. They will make the next words better.”

Was walking alone through the alley behind my apartment and saw a weird guy so I checked that I had my pepper spray and I guess the guy saw me do that because he said "Don't worry, I'm more scared of you than you are of me" and I said "Ok" and he said "I'm terrified of women"
