Reminder that you don't need to do anything to be a regressor.

You don't need to have gear, do activities, look at agere content, get a caregiver, act like a child, feel good or bad about your regression, etc. You can just sit there and do nothing if you want.

No regressor has to fit any certain criteria, you can just exist! There is nothing wrong with having a very simple or complex regression.

It's nice to just sit still sometimes 🧡

✨Bedtime Routine for littles ✨

First- 🍼you gotta get some food in your belly so eat some supper! No sugary drinks or candy 🍭 just a mealy 3 course dinner!

Second- 🤭playtime yes playtime is very important to wind down it wears you out by the time you need to take a bath!!🧸

Third- Bathtime🫧 Scrub Scrub Scrub away at the nasty Dirt! Wash your hair and your face and don’t forget behind your ears! 🧼

Forth-🪥 Brush those teeth!! If you don’t really like brushing your teeth play a fun little song while you do it and dance around singing into your tooth brush while getting them clean!! 🦷

Fifth - Pajamas and Lotion 🧴 Get into some soft Pj’s and get some bedtime lotion to comfort your skin! The smell is a comfort smell for me it always helps me fall asleep👚

Sixth- 🌕Grab your stuffies and read a bedtime story ✨ Good night little one and get some sleep!!💕
