in tomshiv discourse i don't think people remember that tom being considered to go down for cruises was actually entirely his own fault. he wasn't being framed or targeted. tom covered up cruises without being asked, in a highly obvious way with a paper trail, witnesses, and accomplices. he fumbled pathetically about said cover-up nationally in front of the senate. he then offered himself up to go to prison for it. he then felt sorry for himself because the dogs-eating-people's-faces family that he married into without a fair pre-nup decided he was edible. and finally he betrayed the only person who saved him (over her own brother) from going to prison for a crime he himself literally committed. i hope jakey dies

I am a tabitha succession truther till I die

Because I'm a total cliche, my favorite thing in Succession fanfic is when Tabitha forces Roman to admit he's finally fucking some dude and then is so excited for him. Not in the creepy, overbearing fangirl way but in the "you're my friend and I'm glad you're working your shit out, even if it's not with me" way.

Tabitha was just so generous with everything - love, joy, kindness, comfort, etc (in contrast to the Roy's, who were so stingy all the time). And she brought that quality out in Roman. I talk a lot about Romencken but, truly, if they had cut Mencken completely but we'd gotten a Tabitha/Roman friendship, I'd have been so happy.
