I'm rewatching Book of Circus (Season 3 of Black Butler). And this arc to me is one of the saddest arcs. Even sadder because I know the fate of the characters and the fate that was spoiled for me in the more recent chapters.

It also finally clicked for me that what I always thought as some retcon or mistake on Yana's part. The flashback of o!ciel (I think that's the naming convention for online) during the summoning of Sebastian. I thought it was a retcon or mistake since it seemed like he was always changing places from the alter to the cage. That he was in one location but changed later for whatever reason. Only for the big twist is that o!ciel was in the cage and his twin brother was on the alter. I can't believe it took me this long to realize that. Even though I'm up to date on the physical release chapters. Silly me.
