If Yui escaped from the Sakamaki mansion how do you think the brothers would react? Which one would be the first brother to find her? I think it could be Ayato or Reiji, (Ayato because of his possessiveness and Reiji because of his intelligence).

I can't really seem to answer about all the brothers. The truth is, I sympathize with Reiji and have read about him the most.

It's a pretty broad topic, by the way. The boys will react differently depending on how awakened they are as Adam, how interested they are in the prey. My reasoning here is not just about Yui, but simply about the prey. Which at first was Yui, just that she was extremely delicious, and father ordered her not to be killed, so Yui had a lifeline right away. One of my favourite moments. ㅤ Reiji's behaviour like that might surprise you, like where's his restraint, control. They are there, but they turn on and off for different reasons.

With Yui in general, it's very simple: she's a person with extremely delicious blood, here, close by. It's perfectly normal and enjoyable to drink it, for a vampire, for the demon that is Reiji. But there's more to this scene than that: I think it was also his desire to punch Ayato in the nose. He may have some sort of "get a grip on yourself already, you've got Eve" in the process. So it is half calculated and half whimsical. He might not have acted so... sharpy. >:3

Context is important too, here in a nutshell: Karlheinz's power belongs to Ayato. The brothers have distanced themselves from him, and Yui is trying to set things right at such a difficult time for her lover and for the entire demon world.

Yui feels that he is lonely.

To Reiji it sounds as: Ayato has the recognition of his Father, the title of King, powers and Eva. \Everything Reiji would want, yes\While, none of these things Ayato can hold in his hands. Ayato got on his nerves in the Dark arc. And then... his sweet Eva is here. In the Dark Reiji tried and tolerated Ayato's behaviour, after that he couldn't anymore.
