Okay...
Well, that lesson came out of nowhere. No promotion, no buzz, nothing.
Because of that, I'm tempering my expectations. It might just be the last leg of the story they should have included in the previous season, but they couldn't justify squeezing it in for some reason. We're still focused on the pacts to get back home, but now we have a two-month window within which we must do it (before the official founding of RAD), or else MC/Solomon will lose their magic and it'll all be for naught.
Interestingly enough, I think we could simply ask them for the pacts right off the bat and be done with it. Therefore, they're going to have to create conflicts to prevent that from happening right away. Mammon's acting out by being overly greedy, so that might set the trend... Levi becomes super envious, Asmo super lustful, Beel super gluttonous, etc. If it's all tied to them being avatars now, I'd like to have some clarification on what that entails, finally.
I also want Nightbringer to be involved and resurface (he's been absent for a while now), but it doesn't make sense for him to create these obstacles for us to overcome and become closer to the brothers anymore. A good portion of them have all but declared their love for us already. If anything, he should probably be helping us overcome these problems so his plan can get off the ground more quickly.
Mind you, I don't think we're returning to our timeline. There's no way they're going to make us bond with these versions of the brothers and then just cast them aside. I'm fully expecting another timeline merge at the end, like what we got at the end of S1.
Hopefully, the journey to that conclusion is at least interesting.

He’s not a perfect fit, but he’s chaotic good who flirts with chaotic neutral. On the surface his actions seem self-serving, but we learn in NB that his acquisition of power is fueled primarily by his desire to protect the human world’s interests above all else. That’s looking out for others besides himself.
Don’t think chaotic neutral characters typically have that kind of motivation.
I picked the ones I thought he'd more likely be, but you're more than welcome to explain in the tags or comments if you have other thoughts or opinions! Personally, I'm between him being Chaotic Good or Chaotic Neutral. Based on what I read, I don't think he has any of the Evil alignment patterns.
And please, if you do think he falls under one of the Evil alignments purely because you blatantly dislike or hate him, that's fine, but save your thumbs the typing and my eyes from reading, cause I don't want to see it.
Other than that, have at it! :)

I know a lot of people haven't played any other shall we date games outside of the obey me games. But it makes me mad when they use assets from past games such as backgrounds and music. Heck even when they are too lazy to make new assets for the characters like changing their outfits. I know they have money! They just don't want to use it

I think a large part of it is getting a bad first impression of a character, then exaggerating what they do to an almost cartoonish degree to reinforce the initial image they have in their heads. It's very weird looking from the outside in if you're not invested in it yourself.
There's characters I don't like on the cast that I bash all the time, though. Some personalities just don't gel with me Mammon. I'd be hard-pressed to call him anything but immature and annoying, however, and I think that's part of his charm for some people.
It genuinely confuses me that so many people hate some of the characters in ObeyMe.
Every character has multiple redeemable traits and I can’t think of one bad thing a character has done that a couple others haven’t.
Even my least favorite character, Barbatos has many great traits and moments. I can see why so many people like him and although I don’t, I can respect people who do. In case anyone was wondering I just think he’s boring
I think the characters of ObeyMe are really good. I think they’re (for the most part) well written and enjoyable.
So whenever I see a post bashing a character I just scratch my head. Obviously you’re allowed not to like any character but I just don’t get.
