Have you ever loved one of your OC so much that you created an alternative universe version of them? Then after a while you created yet an other AU version of them? No?... me neither

I haven't been listening to a lot of new stuff, mostly whatever interesting I found in weekly discoveries... anyways useless tier list

Last place: Yanderechainsawreguration-Absence of Normalcy(Death Slam metal): I've been trying to get into slam... let's just say that it is so mid that for a while I gave up. While I genuinely love the first song, the initial shock value quickly fades away in the mist of repetitive riffs and boring vocals. Also it could have been saved if it used more anime samples in a more "serious" tone (ie. like how they're used in Heavier than your manga collection and in Rotting body Dakimakura)
7th place: Rose McDowall-Cut with the Cake Knife (Synthpop): It's good. I don't usually listen to pop, but stuff like this makes me happy. I don't know something about how the vocals are mixed makes me feel like a dolphin jumping in the air.
6th place: Sorry...-Innocence. love. sadness. (DSBM/Post Punk): Tbh this is more post punk than DSBM, BUT this might be the reason why it is um... how should I say... doesn't suck ass. The depressive lyrics are actual lyrics instead of ear piercing groans and the instruments are actually instruments. Has a great vibe, not always in rotation, but always a solid pick.
5th place: Carcass-Necrotism(Death metal): They riffed. Probably not my favourite death metal record, but still a great album.
4th place: Wormrot-Voices(grindcore): YEEEEEEEEEESSSSS. I mean it's Wormrot what else I could say that's new :)
3th place: Emperor-In The Nightside Eclipse(Black metal/Symphonic black metal): I have a soft spot for black metal if I'm honest. This album almost fits that spot perfectly. Also it takes the symphonic part and runs a mile with it, the way how I like it. My only issue might be that the vocals are a bit quite sometimes.
2th place: System of a Down-Toxicity(Nu/Alternative metal): Album so good that I bought it in vinyl at the first chance I could.
1th place: The Jimi Hendrix Experience-Electric Lady Land(Psychedelic Rock/Blues Rock): The fuck else am I supposed to say that others have said a million times? Just listen through it already ›:(
