Shaun T keeps saying "engage your core", but I don't know what the hell it means. Like, it doesn't make any sense to me.
For instance, I don't know how to burp. I'm told I should swallow air, however the f you do that. But then what? Something else has to happen, right?

Started today with my wife. My 5 year old son joined in and ran circles around us. Literally and figuratively. Ita pretty damn difficult, at least if you're just starting to get in shape like me.
But, difficult is a good thing. Difficult makes you better if you see it through. Difficult changes lives.
