It mostly depends on who is in the wrong. I don't see either one of them prolonging it. Sylvana values a relationship with a person far more than being the one in the right. If she knows she hurt Jaecerys in any way during their argument she will not waste any time in admitting her fault and apologising. The same goes for Jacaerys, though I can imagine he's the one who breaks the ice first after the argument and apologizes first when it's not his fault.

Yes! With Helaena's love for bugs and Melara's need to be surrounded by greenery, they made a small corner in the royal garden their private little place. Helaena's private chamber is also one of their places, most people do not bother visiting Helaena except Alicent so they can spend as much time as they want without being interrupted by someone.
