I’d love to hear about James in a human AU

This is one of my favorite AU things hehehe

Firstly, the Dr James Frost CEO thing is NOT a joke lol you can in fact get a doctorate in business administration. But that’s when he’s older.

Personality wise, like all of the cast, James does not change.

To recap-

In the human au (whenever I do human!jack and such this is the universe I’m referring to) Jack gets Suzy pregnant the night they meet the first time. Death row does its thing and Jack isn’t immediately executed. Eloise is fucking PISSED but she can’t kick Suzy out or force her to get an abortion so they attempt to track down the identity of this dude (Jack.) Once Suzy learns of his identity and his impending fate she begins to visit him which is where their romance kindles and they fall in love, it takes them some years to find him though since Suzy didn’t have much information so James is like 5.

I think Suzy would wait a bit to tell Jack about his son, it’s not like Jack can ghost her LMAO but she wants to make sure. Plus a part of her regresses around him and she selfishly wants time with just the two of them for a little while longer (yes this includes conjugal visits and yes he gets her pregnant again while he’s still inside the prison lol), when she finally tells him she just lies and says James wanted to wait because he was scared.

ANYWAYS, Jack of course is elated to meet his son. I don’t think they’d take a risk of letting him physically touch him but they do the cute pressing their hands against the glass thing. Their relationship isn’t great to start out with but Jack catches on to the fact that James is an evil little shit and regales him with stories about his time in prison.

You may wonder how the rest of the kids come to be and how Jack gets his freedom, well the answer to that is BRIBES lots of money more money than any of us could dream of in our whole lives. Suzy loves that autistic man /ref and Eloise does care about appearances. Jack being bought out of his sentence and being disappeared in to rich obscurity is better for the family than the press getting pictures of her daughter and grandson visiting him at prison every day.

This is about James though, their relationship quickly goes downhill when Jack lives with them and actually does fatherly things. Some good some bad, like disciplining him or all the homophobia at his ridiculously flamboyant son. So the story is pretty much the same there. Drama and being at each others throats and secret moments of fondness.

When he’s old enough, about middle school, James gets shipped off to boarding school. This isn’t done out of a disdain for him or anything he knew he would be sent there someday before Jack was even back in the picture. It’s just what is done with rich children and his sisters join him.

When he’s all grown up, Dr James Frost CEO takes over the company that Eloise got out of her divorce. Of course, making his family even more disgustingly wealthy than they already were, and making his parents proud.
