Believe it or not, a bed too soft will hurt your back as it won’t support you physically. Same with a super soft pillow. While most of us don’t like hard pillows or mattresses, you want to find a good in between that’s soft enough where you feel comfortable while still letting you get the support you need. It will also help you sleep better.

Don’t keep any harsh lights in your room overnight. They don’t calm you down as much as soft lights or candle lighting. This will make your sleep calmer and deeper.

It’s important to moisturize every morning and night. Not only is your skin going to be smooth, but it gives you a second to breathe and anchor yourself. Try to use something gentle both in feel and smell. Something too strong in smell will actually overwhelm your senses and make you feel less calm.
